CHARLES J. SEEVERS, 77, of Plymouth, Minn., formerly of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday. Born in Seward, Neb., He was pastor emeritus of Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and a counseling and pastoral psychologist. He was pastor of Zion Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne from 1963 to 1966 and had also served in churches in North Carolina, Illinois, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan and Arkansas. He was executive director of the Association for the Disabled of Elkhart County and Aux Chandelles Foundation in Indiana. He was preceded in death by his wife, Florine. Surviving are his wife, Ruth; two sons, Steven and Roger, both of Elkhart; two daughters, Sandra Price of Elkhart and Jane of Indianapolis; two stepdaughters, Deborah Flesness and Nancy Olmstead, both of Minnesota; two stepsons, Richard and Ron Rehschuh, both of Minnesota; eight grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and two sisters, Vivian Wolfram of Kansas City and Constance Kruelle of Potomac, Md.
