Surviving are two sons, John of Hernando, Fla., and Thomas of Jacksonville; four daughters, Rosemary Hager of Orange Park, Fla., Rita O'Hara and Carla Harris, both of Jacksonville, and Catharine Noble of Westminster, Md.; a brother, Art; two sisters, Bernadette Kline and Helen Savage, both of Fort Wayne; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
