Clarence Dale "Rosie" Greer
CULVER — Clarence Dale “Rosie” Greer, 39. of Culver, died Monday, June 4.
He is survived by his father, Clarence Greer and sister, Barbara Trent, both of North Judson.
Funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
O’Donnell Funeral Home, North Judson, is in charge of arrangements.
Lucille Huff
NAPPANEE — Lucille Huff, age 78, of Nappanee passed away Monday, June 4, 2007 at St.
Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka. She was born Aug. 13, 1928 in Plymouth to
Albert and Laura (Roberts) Myers.
She married
Evan L. Huff on June 25, 1950 who survives.
Lucille was a member of Grace Untied Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for
many years. She loved family get-togethers, cooking and baking for her family and others. She
enjoyed her garden and life on the farm, including caring for her cats. Lucille was a very parient,
loving and kind wife, mother and grandmother. Her smile and gentle spirit will be missed.
She is survived by her husband Evan of Nappanee; three daughters, Susan (Richard) Amacher
of Mishawaka, Jane (Paul) Linderud of Crandon, Wisc., and Lois (William) Sheley of Elkhart;
one son, Robert (Regina) Huff of Bremen; one sister, Marian Munn of Plymouth; nine
grandchildren, Heidi (Ryan) Sturum of Wisconsin, Gregory Amacher of Florida, Laura and Amy
Amacher of Mishawaka, Todd, Chad and Troy Huff all of Bremen, and Jessica and Annelies
Linderud of Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Geraldine Ritchey; and one brother,
Eldon Myers.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 S.R. 331,
Bremen Thursday.
Services will be held Friday, June 8, at 10:30 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 232 N.
Montgomery St. in Bremen and will be officiated by Pastor William Garver.
Burial will follow at the Bremen cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church in Bremen.
June Pearl Wickizer
GOSHEN — June Pearl Wickizer, 91, of Goshen, formerly of Argos, died at 3 a.m. Monday,
June 4 at Eastlake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Elkhart.
She was born June 12, 1915 in Mexico, Ind. To Ross and Thelma (Clark) Benedict. She married
J. Morris Wickizer on July 4, 1937 in Argos. He preceded her in death on Oct. 18, 1979. She and
her husband had lived in Argos before moving to South Bend in 1959. She was a homemaker.
June graduated from Argos High School in 1933 and was a lifetime member of the Eastern Star
of Argos.
She is survived by one daughter: Jo Nina and Calvin Nolan of Goshen; one son, John Michael
and Yvonne Wickizer of Swanton, Ohio; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother:
John and Jean Benedict of Warsaw and one sister: Adeline and Chuck Oliver of Tucson, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, four sisters and one brother.
Visitation is Thursday, June 7, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N.
Michigan St., Argos.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Vale officiating.
Burial will be at Maple Grove cemetery.

Rev. Thomas L. Balje
KNOX — Rev. Thomas J. Balje, 56, of Knox, died Tuesday, June 5 in his home.
He is survived by his wife Pam, three step-sons, Wayne Fisher of Arkansas, John Fisher of
Knox and Brett Fisher of Columbus; three step-grandchildren and one brother, Jack Balje of
Knox.
Visitation is Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. CDT at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel, and one
hour prior to services.
Services are Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jack Hudgens officiating.
Burial will be at Oak Park cemetery, Knox.

Edith Cunningham
KNOX — Edith Cunningham, 87, of Knox, died Tuesday, June 5 at Beverly Living Center, Knox.
She is survived by one son, Tom Cunningham of Union Mills; one sister, Virginia Bates of
Kingsbury; one brother, William Lile of Plymouth; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel, and 9 a.m.
Friday until the time of services.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Steve Cunningham officiating.
Burial will be at Hanna cemetery.

Glenn F. Frenzen
IOWA CITY, Iowa — Glenn F. Frenzen, 86, of 2801 Highway 6 East, Iowa City, Iowa died
Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, June 11, 2007 at St. Mark’s United Methodist
Church in Iowa City with the Reverend John Caldwell officiating. Burial with Military Honors was
held at Memory Gardens cemetery.
Glenn, the son of Frank and Lillie (Stacy) Frenzen, was born Dec. 19, 1920, in Fullerton, Neb.
He graduated from Fullerton High in 1939, went on to receive his B.S. and master’s degrees
from Northeast State Teachers College(Truman State University) in Kirksville, Mo. During World
War II, he served his country in the United States Navy. On March 9, 1947, Glenn married
Lorene Dinger in Kahoka, Mo. For many years he taught secondary education in Iowa and at I &
T at Fort Zumwalt in O’Fallon, Missouri from 1974 to 1984. They retired to Knox and moved to
Iowa City in 1993 to be near family.
In Knox, Glenn was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 639 A.F. & A.M. He was a member of
the Orak Shrine in Michigan City; in Iowa City area he was a member of the Clarksville Lodge No
668 A.F. & A.M. in Coralville; and the Bethlehem White Shrine and Shrine Club of Iowa City.
Glenn was a member of the Handicapped Travel Club. He and Lorene loved traveling and
camping, belonged to a number of camping groups over the years including Good Sam’s. He
was a man that enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He loved woodworking and crafts,
and those who knew him knew his great wit!
His family includes his wife of 60 years, Lorene; three children and their spouses: Ronald
Frenzen and Sarah of Tecumseh, Mich.; Darold Frenzen and Melinda of Kansas City, Mo. And
Judy Steffen and Jim of Iowa City; six grandchildren: Ellen Lower and her husband, Brian, Abby
Frenzen, Janae Steffen, Kari Steffen, Nicki Steffen, and Jake Steffen.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, and one sister. In lieu of flowers,
memorial donations may be given in Glenn’s memory to Pathway Adult Day Care or The
Children’s Shrine Hospital in Chicago.
