to Marva Jo Crebar who preceded him on November 29, 2002. He was employed by The Dalton Foundries, Inc., of Warsaw, IN as Pattern Maker and retired in 2003. He is survived by his loving family, including a Daughter: Mrs. Bill (Chris) Curl-Warsaw, IN; a Grandson: Rusty Curl-Warsaw, IN; a Brother: Marty Goudy-Maine; 2 Sisters: Nila Barnes-Claringto, OH; Judy Brindley-Mayfield, KY; and his Aunt:Betty Schied-New Martinsville, W VA.

Bruce V. Petro
Bruce V. Petro, 75, of 38 Ems T20 Ln., Leesburg, Indiana 46538, died on 12/13/2008 at 12:20 AM at Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester, In. He was born on August 3, 1933 in Muncie, Indiana.
Bruce was born to Dresden and Dortha (Hammer) Petro. He was a Warsaw, IN and Leesburg, IN resident since 1972. Bruce was formerly a Oaklandon, IN resident. In Oaklandon, IN on June 6, 1954 he was united in
marriage to Janet Hauser. Bruce was employed by the Oaklandon Sales Company in various managerial positions and was partial owner from 1952 to 1972. In 1972 he purchased th McKoewan Olds, Cadillac and GMC dealership in Warsaw, IN. In the early 1980's he purchased the Bledsoe Buick and Pontiac Dealership. In 1976 he built the current Petro GM Showplace in Warsaw, IN. Bruce formerly retired in 1988. He was a member of the North Webster United Methodist Church-North Webster, IN.,the Masonic Lodge, Fort Wayne Valley Scottish Rite-Fort Wayne, IN, the Mizpah Shrine Temple-Fort Wayne, IN, the Kosciusko County Shrine Club, and the Warsaw Elks Club-Warsaw, IN. Bruce faithfully served in the Indiana National Guard from 1951 to 1961. Pastor David Smitly will officiate the funeral service. A Masonic memorial service will be conducted by the Pierceton Masonic Lodge on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 7:30 PM. Bruce is survived by his loving family including his wife Janet, 2 sons: Steve (spouse Kelly) Petro and Robert (companion Lisa Justice) Petro, a sister Ann (spouse Charles) Langham and 2 grand-daughters Jaime Petro and Shelby Petro. He was preceded by 1 brother Phil Petro.

Llyod was born to the late Weldon and Edith (Burton) Minnix.He married
Pansy (Conder)Ray on May 4, 1991. Lloyd worked for Whitley Products as a Tool and Die Maker. After retiring he worked as a transportation escort for many different companies. He Served as a Military Policeman in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 258 in Pierceton. He Enjoyed fishing.
Lloyd is survived by his Wife Pansy Minnix, Warsaw. 1 Son David Minnix, Pierceton In; 7 daughters Barbara Farmer, Pierceton; Joyce (Arlie) Rowe, Silver Lake, In; Linda (Craig) Slone, Sidney, In; Aneala Bays , Pierceton, In; Irma (Paul) Thiry, Denver, In; Pam (Bruce) Messmore; Pierceton, In; Jan (Kip) Madsen, Warsaw.

Ronnie J. Kindig, 67, of 300 E Prairie Street, Warsaw, Indiana, died on 12/11/2008 at 12:15 am at Warsaw Meadows Care Center. He was born on August 27, 1941 in Warsaw, Indiana.
Ronnie was born to Lester and Reathel (Herrell) Kindig.
He was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Moose and Ealges Lodge all of Warsaw.He was a Carpenter/Handyman remodeling homes in the community, built BBQ Grills and helped build Vinegar Bend.
Ronnie enjoyed fishing, hunting mushrooms and telling jokes
He is survived by his
4 sons: Andy (Heather) Kindig; Steve(Susan)Kindig; Eddie (fiance Karey Abbott) Kindig and Roy Kindig all of Warsaw, In.

Albert G. "Sparky" Smith Jr.
Albert G. "Sparky" Smith Jr., 83, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 1/3/2009 at 6:30 am at Mason Health Care Center, Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on November 18, 1925 in Jonesboro, Indiana.
Albert was born to Albert and Berniece (Heath) Smith. He graduated from Union Center High School in 1944.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II from 1944-1946. He served with the Blood and Fire 63rd Division in Rhineland Central Europe. He received the Bronze Star and 2 Purple Hearts for his service to our country.
He was a Teacher with Whitko High School, having a special license to teach Industrial Arts. he also taught Drivers Education during the Summers. He retired from Whitko in 1977.
He also worked for Clausings Inc., as a Draftsman then worked for Essex Wire, Columbia City as an Engineer for 3 years.
After working for Essex Wire, he taught at Ivy Tech, Gary, Indiana for 4 years until he retired then worked for Ace Hardware for 1 1/2 years and Owens Grocery Store as a Carry Out for 4 years.
He received appreciation and recognition for guiding a student to win the Tri State High School Drafting Competition and he completed teacher training in Basic Electricity/Electronics from Sams Technical Institute in 1968.
Albert was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #15015 and the American Legion Post #49, Warsaw and also the Indiana Combat Veterans. He was one of the first to serve in the Citizens Academy for the Warsaw Police Department in 1994.

Vinoda was born to Chittoor Sheenappa Shetty and Holmage Akkayya Shetty. She moved to Newport News, Virginia in 1975 from India. She then moved to Warsaw, Indiana in 1981.
Vinoda married
Ravi Shetty on June 2, 1969 in Chittoor, Kundapur, Karnataka, India. She was a homemaker, caring for her husband and children. She was a member of the Hindu Religion, worshipping in her own home. Vinoda helped with the March of Dimes as well as the Food Bank.

Gary Frederick Black, 65, of 3177 N. Glenview Dr. Warsaw, IN, died on 1/27/2009 at 10:14 PM at Goshen General Hospital. He was born on February 22, 1943 in Kosciusko County, IN.
Gary was born to Ralph and Thelma (Knepper) Black. He is a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. On April 22, 1989 he was united in marriage to Janice (Koon) Poling. Gary, after 41 years,
retired from R.R. Donnelly & Sons of Warsaw, IN as Binder Operator. He was a member of of the Warsaw Church of God.
