His parents are Ted and Mary L. (Kelly) Campbell.
He spent his formative years growing up at Shriner Lake and after graduating from Columbia City High School Attending Hobert Welding School in Ohio.
He was the owner and Operator of Campbell Welding.
David loved camping, fishing, mushroom hunting and his grandchildren.
Survivors are
Three Children: Nicole N. (Tony) Elder of Pierceton, Indiana; Terry W. Campbell of South Whitley, Indiana and David A. Campbell of South Whitley, Indiana
Father: Ted (Marlene) of Campbell of Topeka, Indiana
Mother: Mary L. Campbell of Columbia City, Indiana
Grandchildren: Hailey Jesse, Julia, Jaxon.
Siblings: Dan (Cheryl) Campbell ;Doug (Alice) Campbell both of North Manchester, Indiana; Deb (Steve) Schmitt of Columbia City, Indiana; Dawn (Craig) Kelley and Dorothy (Rick) Beurkel both of Michigan.

Elwood "J.R." Hall, Jr.

Elwood "J.R." Hall, Jr., 51, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 4/30/2010 at 3:21 am at Kosciusko Community Hospital Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on November 17, 1958 in Russell County, Kentucky.

J.R. was born to Elwood and Helen (Scarberry) Hall, Sr..
He was a Warsaw, Indiana resident since 1970 and had formerly resided in North Vernon, Indiana. He was a Cook in the Food Service Industry and was formerly employed by the Eagles Lodge and Long John Silvers both of Warsaw, Indiana.

J.R. is survived by his loving family, including, his wife Dona Hall of Warsaw, IN; his life partner William T. Nipper of Warsaw, IN.; two sisters Deborah (spouse Douglas) Blanton of Pierceton, Indiana and Ellen (spouse Darrell) Dean of Winona Lake, Indiana; two brothers Roger Glenn (spouse Theresa)Hall and Elwood Glenn Hall both of Jackson, Ohio and four stepchildren. In addition, J.R. is survived by step-brothers and step-sisters including Ann (spouse Miles) Hull, Peggy (spouse Lynn) Schaeffer, John Moore, Dan (spouse Kia) Moore, Bob Moore and Jim Moore all of the Mechanicsburg and Carlisle, Pennsylvania areas.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, Indiana on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Calling hours will be two hours prior to the service on Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Burial will be private.

Louise Ellis

Louise Ellis, 87, of formerly of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 4/30/2010 at 12:43 pm at her son's residence in Lake Okeechobee, FL. She was born on March 8, 1923 in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Louise was born to Glen and Agnes (Dubbs) Davisson. On December 4, 1943 she was united in marriage to Robert E. Ellis who preceded her.

Louise was a homemaker and a member of Cook's Chapel Church of Warsaw, Indiana. She is a former Indiana State Junior Amateur Golf Champion.
Prior to relocating to Florida she was a long-time Warsaw, Indiana resident

Louise is survived by her loving family, including
Patricia (daughter) & Barry Niemann, Celebration, Florida
Steve (son) & Mally Ellis, Warsaw, Indiana
Dave (son) & Glenetta Ellis, Okeechobee, Florida
10 Grandchildren & 10 Great-grandchildren. Luise was also preceded by Don Davisson (brother).

Pastor Hank Lowman of Cook's Church of Warsaw, Indiana will officiate the services.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, Indiana on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 10:00 am. Calling hours will be 5-8 pm on Friday, May 7, 2010. Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery - Warsaw, Indiana.

Ricky Gene Crawford

Ricky Gene Crawford, 44, of 304 North Elm Street, Silver Lake, Indiana 46982, died on 4/30/2010 at 6:41 AM at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He was born on May 23, 1965 in Warsaw, Indiana.

His parents are John and Oma (Adams) Crawford.
Survivors are
Son Ricky Gene Crawford Jr. of Portage, Indiana.
His father John Crawford of Warsaw, Indiana.
Mother Oma (and spouse Tom) Hall of Silver Lake, Indiana.
Sister Kathy (and spouse Mike) Shilling of Warsaw, Indiana.
Brother Robert Dean (and spouse Cindy) Crawford of Pierceton, Indiana.
Several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded by one sister and his grandparents

Pastor Henry Junior Arnett will officiate the services.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 1:00 PM. Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to the service on Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery - Warsaw, Indiana.

Florence Margaret Stutzman

Florence Margaret Stutzman, 90, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 5/1/2010 at 2:04 am at Miller's Merry Manor - Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on February 16, 1920 in Champaign, Illinois.

Margret was born to Joseph Edward and Bernice (Stapp) Whitley. In 1943 she was united in marriage to Ivo Stutzman who preceded her September 1, 2005.

She was a 1938 graduate of South Bend Central High School and a Civilian Employee in the United State Army Air Corps during World War II. She moved to Warsaw in 1950 and was the Welcome Wagon Hostess from 1956 to 1958. She was a fifty year member of Trinity United Methodist Church and an alumnus of the Lambda Chi Omega Sorority. She was an active bridge player in both the Stonehenge Golf Club and Ramada Inn Ladies bridge groups. She was a member of Rozella Ford Golf Course for 43 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Nancy R. Bricker, Warsaw; a son, Jerry Stutzman of Hillsboro, OR.; seven grandchildren, Christine (and spouse Stephen) Forrister of Cartersville, GA.; Carolyn (spouse Nicolas) Guarriello, Bronx, NY; Elizabeth (and spouse Eric) Cox, Kelseyville, CA; Joseph Stutzman, Ajo, AZ.; John, Luke and Elan Stutzman, all of OR. and eight great-grandchildren.

At Margaret's request her body has been donated to the Anatomical Program of the Indiana School of Medicine.

Funeral service will be privately held and not open to the public. Burial will be private.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, Indiana is in charge of arrangements. At the family's request memorials may be directed to the Trinity United Methodist Church or Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice.

Robert Carl Clemons

Robert Carl Clemons, 70, of Warsaw, Indiana went to spend eternity with the Lord, died on 5/2/2010 at 5:37 pm at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on July 9, 1939 in Peru, Indiana.

Robert was the son of Haskel L. and Viola (Maynard) Clemons. He lived in Akron, Indiana for 38 years until moving to Warsaw 9 years ago.
He married Bonnie Jo Cumberland on September 29, 1964 in Silver Lake, Indiana. He worked as a Welder for Peabody's, North Manchester for 20 years and also for Wabash Valley, Silver Lake, Indiana for 10 years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army from 1961 - 1963 and also a member of Center United Methodist Church, Silver Lake.
Robert is survived by his Wife: Bonnie Jo Clemons, Warsaw, Indiana
2 Daughters: Diane Lozano, Akron, Indiana
Karen Jo Anderson, Warsaw, Indiana
6 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, 1 Son, 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Calling hours will be 12:00 - 1:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Saturday, May 15, 2010. Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.

Richard D. "Dick" Underhill

Armed Forces Veteran - Army
Richard D. "Dick" Underhill, 93, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 5/3/2010 at 7:05 pm at Miller's Merry Manor, Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on October 16, 1916 in Van Buren, Indiana.

Richard is the son of Tony and Marie (Anderson) Underhill. On September 8, 1948, in Portland, Indiana, he married Bernadine Steed, who preceded him in death in 1995.
He was a resident of Kosciusko County most of his adult life.
He was a self employed businessman in Silver Lake, Columbia City and Warsaw, retiring as owner of Service Liquor Store in 1973. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army 20th Air Force in India, China and the Maranas Islands. He was a life member of the American Legion Post #49 and VFW Post #1126 of Warsaw.
Richard is survived by his Daughter; Cristy Loomis, Warsaw, Indiana
Son; Randall Underhill, Lutz, Florida
3 Brothers; Dr. William Robert Underhill, Ames, Iowa
Edward Underhill, Warsaw, Indiana
David Underhill, Fort Wayne, Indiana
8 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Kingston in 1998.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 11:00 am with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating.. Calling hours will be 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Thursday, May 6, 2010. Burial will be at Lakeview cemetery, Silver Lake, Indiana at a later date..

Louise Marie Koerner

Louise Marie Koerner, 100, of Winona Lake, Indiana, died on 5/5/2010 at 6:40 PM at Grace Village Retirement Community. She was born on August 4, 1909 in Goshen, Indiana.

Her parents were the late Clarence C. and Ethel (McKibbin) Cobbum. She graduated form Goshen High School in 1927. On August 11,1929 she married J. Eugene Koerner at her parent's home in Goshen, Indiana.

During their marriage they lived in Goshen, Middlebury, and Warsaw.
After Gene's retirement from Nipsco in 1970, they moved to Ft Myers, Florida. Were he died on April 4, 1996.
She moved to Winona Lake in August of 1999 to be near her family.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son and her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Doris Bosstick of Warsaw, Indiana and a son Dan (and spouse Judy) Koerner of Saugerties New York., 6 grandchildren, Tammy (and spouse Lex) Dalton of Warsaw, Indiana, Lisa (and spouse Dick) Sidner of Noblesville, Indiana, Debbie (and spouse Carroll) Ekstrom of Hanover Pennsylvania, Cherie (and spouse Dale) Tober of Littlestown Pennsylvania, Lori (and spouse Lester) Schwark of Port Ewen New York, and Dale (and spouse Kristy) Koerner of Red Hook New York. 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grand daughter.

Cremains will be buried in Violet cemetery, Goshen, Indiana, with private graveside services at a later date.

Burial will be at Violet cemetery, Goshen, Indiana.

L. Annabelle Armey

L. Annabelle Armey, 82, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 5/6/2010 at 9:45 am at Mason Heathcare Center, Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on September 22, 1927 in Menervie, Ohio.

Annabelle was the Daughter of Leo S. and Bertha Mae (Welker) Renier. She lived most of her life in Kosciusko County.
She married Dale Armey on September 5, 1948 in Warsaw, Indiana. He preceded her in death on January 20, 2001.
Annabelle worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Heyde, retiring in 1961. She was a member of Church of God, Warsaw and Women's Christian Club. She graduated from Warsaw High School.
Annabelle is survived by numerous Nephews and Nieces. She is also preceded in death by a Brother and a Cousin.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Calling hours will be 11:00 - 1:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Monday, May 10, 2010. Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.
