Funeral services for Linda M. Johnson, 47, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St., St. Charles. The Rev. Joseph Nicolosi will officiate.
Born March 10, 1951, in Chicago, she died Saturday, Jan. 23, 1999, at Delnor-Community Hospital, Geneva.
Burial will bein Whitney Cemetery, Campton Township, Ill.
Linda was a bus driver for St. Charles School District #303 and was a cook at various restaurants in St. Charles.
She is survived by her husband, Lauren; sons, Lauren Jr. (Tracie) and Lincoln (girlfriend, Stephanie Singer) of St. Charles; parents, Anthony and Mary Lou Bilous of Theodousa, Mo.; sisters, Stasha (Mark) Gott of St. Charles, Toni (Marti) Lang of Rochelle and Tina Bilous of Naperville; brother, Michael Bilous of Las Vegas, Nev.; paternal grandmother, Sophie Bilous of New York City, N. Y.; brother-in-law, Clifford (Rose) Johnson of St. Charles; several nephews; and one niece.

Harold G. `Hal' Johnson of Batavia
Funeral services for Harold G. `Hal' Johnson, 83, formerly of Lancaster, Wis., will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Schwartz Funeral Home, 142 W. Oak St., Lancaster, with the Rev. Mark Dieter officiating.
Born April 30, 1915, in Saginaw, Mich., the son of Harold Hialmar and Ruth (nee Broman) Johnson, he died Friday, Jan. 22, 1999, at the Holmstad in Batavia. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson graduated from Beloit College in Beloit, Wis. and received his Ph. D. from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He worked in research, development and marketing for Monsanto Chemical Company, Vick Chemical Company, Am Metal Climax and Borg-Warner Corporation. He was also professor of marketing at Northern Illinois University from 1971 to 1985, when he retired and moved to Lancaster. He was a member of the American Chemical Society, Phi Beta Kappa, and had numerous patents in the chemical field.
Before his moving to Batavia in April 1998, Hal was active on the Grant County, Wis., Historical Society and Schreiner Memorial Library Board. With his wife, Elizabeth `Betty' Schreiner Johnson, he worked and traveled domestically and internationally for 60 years. He will be missed for his optimism, humor and life example by all who knew him.
He is survived by his two brothers, Ray (Juanita) Johnson of Rockford and Glen (Connie) Johnson of Bloomington, Ill.; daughter, Judy (Jim) Corfield of Geneva; two sons, David (Sandi) Johnson and Brad Johnson of Rockford; and four grandchildren, Marc Johnson and Nicole Johnson of Rockford, and Nancy and John Poznoff of Geneva.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Elizabeth Schreiner Johnson.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
The family requests that in lieu of plants or flowers, memorials may be given to the Grant County Historical Society or Schreiner Memorial Library, both in Lancaster.

Mr. Kaszynski was a Vietnam veteran and a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was a member of the Schaumburg Plans Commission and a former member of the Schaumburg Jaycees.
He was the beloved husband of Joanne Kaszynski (nee Dugo); loving father of Joey and Kate Kaszynski; dear son of Jean and the late Charles Kaszynski; fond son-in-law of Joseph and Adeline Dugo; dear brother of Ted (Connie) Kasch; dear brother-in-law of Rosemarie (Barney) Dufner; and fond uncle of Kerri (Bill), Julie, Kelli and Gianni.

Mrs. Morgan had lived in the Elgin/Carpentersville area for her entire life.

Betty Aston Niemeier formerly of Elgin

Born Dec. 19, 1919, in Elgin, the daughter of Alden and Ethel (nee Farnham) Aston, she died Thursday, Jan. 21, 1999, at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers. Burial will be private.
A homemaker, she attended and graduated from Elgin Academy. She also attended Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Wayne L. Niemeier; son, Todd (Lucille) Niemeier of Elgin; daughter, Joan (Thomas) Morrison of Wheaton; and grandchildren, Leslie, Ross and Brooke Morrison, and Elizabeth and Mark Niemeier.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Eva A. Palmer of Round Lake Beach

Born Nov. 5, 1912, in Chicago, she passed away Thursday, Jan. 21, 1999, at Winchester House in Libertyville. Interment will be in Ridgewood Cemetery, 9900 N. Milwaukee Ave., Des Plaines.
She had made her home in Ingleside and Round Lake Beach most of her life. She was a longtime employee of the Voters Registration Office of Lake County at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan. She was a charter member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Long Lake and numerous church affiliated organizations to include past president of Ladies Aide, past Sunday School teacher, former choir member, past secretary of the church and Priscilla Circle of the church. She was a member of the Sorosis Chapter #329 O. E. S. in Grayslake and was a past Worthy Matron in 1943. She was past president of the Women's Club of Long Lake and Grant Township G. O. P. Women's Organization, and member of Long Lake Garden Club, Republican Presidential Task Force, Illinois Federation of Women's Club, Lake County Home Extension and Round Lake Area Seniors. She was a longtime affiliate with Altman's Flower and Gift Box in Round Lake Beach.
She was the loving godmother of Jodi Altman Cagle and Becky; and the `adopted' aunt of Chuck and Judie Altman, and Jason and Jerry Altman.
She was preceded in death by her father, Reginald Palmer in 1951, and mother, Esther Palmer in 1964.
Friends of the family may visit from 6 to 9 p.m. today, at the church, with Eastern Star Rites performed at 8 p.m. and from 10 a.m. until the time services Tuesday, also at the church.
