Services for Violet W. Keisler, 60, of Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Elgin, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park St., Elgin. The Rev. Gordon Smith will officiate.
Born June 19, 1939, in Hawk Inlet Camp, Alaska, to Waso S. and Helen Jukich Pekovich, she died Thursday, July 1, 1999, in Mesa. Burial will be in Dundee Township Cemetery

Surviving are her husband, Duayne Keisler; children, Robert Voelker of Waterloo, Iowa, Keven Voelker of New Haven, Ill., Patricia Groneman of South Elgin and Donna Reuterman of Elgin; brothers, Sam and Andy Pekovich, both of Juneau, Alaska; mother, Helen Pekovich of Juneau; nine grandchildren; one greatgrandchild; and one niece.
She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.

Olive I. Knoch of Naperville
Services for Olive I. Knoch, 104, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, then proceed with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 26 N. Ellsworth St., Naperville.
Born Sept. 30, 1894, she died Friday, July 2, 1999, in Provena-Geneva Care Center, Geneva. Interment will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
A lifelong resident of Naperville, she retired from the Burlington Northern Railroad and was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Church.
She is survived by her sister Gertrude Knoch, of Geneva; nieces Mary Ory of Naperville and Nina DeWitz of Mesa, Ariz.; she was preceded in death by her parents, George and Gertrude Knoch; brother, Frank Knoch; sisters, Mina and Irene Knoch; and nephew, George Knoch.

A World War II veteran, he was a member of Bensenville V. F. W. Post #2149.
He was the husband of the late Tyra S. March (nee Nystrom); father of Fred R. Sr. (Linda) March and Lucinda (Thomas) Vitek Sr.; grandfather of Fred R. Jr. (Ambrosia) March, Jacqueline (Jason) Carillo and Thomas Vitek Jr.; brother of Charlotte (late Richard) Ovitt, and the late Bertha (late Herbert) Hasse and Frank (Delores) March.

Born Sept. 29, 1937, in Waukegan Township, she died Monday, June 28, 1999, at home. Interment will be in Wauconda Cemetery.
Mrs. McFeely had been a resident of Wauconda for 45 years.
Survivors include her children, Linda (Daniel) Michelau, James McFeely and Thomas McFeely; grandchildren, Lauren, Lacey, Rochelle and Dakota; mother, Alice Larsen; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Larsen; former husband, George McFeely; brother, Larry Larsen; and dear friend, William Bailey.

Born April 22, 1975, at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan, he passed away Monday, June 28, 1999, as the result of a swimming accident. Interment will be in Avon Centre Cemetery, Grayslake.
Christopher had made his home in Grayslake until moving to Lake Geneva in 1998. He had attended Grayslake High School and enjoyed music and playing the guitar.
He leaves his loving mother, Pam McKinney and sister, Jennifer McKinney of Lindenhurst; maternal grandmother, Ruth Robinson of Grayslake; paternal grandmother, Jewel McKinney of Tupelo, Miss.; aunts and uncles, Tim, Tami, Tom, John Gasmon, Debbie Kenny of Grayslake and Paul (Debbie) McKinney of Tupelo; cousins, Justin, Jessica and Josh Kenny; and many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Christopher Allen McKinney Sr., in 1979; maternal grandfather, Phillip V. Robinson; and paternal grandfather, Charlie McKinney.

Keith Morrison of Batavia

Born Sept. 13, 1955, in Mineola, N. Y., he died Wednesday, June 16, 1999, at home.
He attended public schools in Levittown, N. Y. and graduated from Levittown Memorial High School in 1974.
He lived in Levittown until 1989 when he moved to Batavia. Following Richardson Electronics' acquisition of Amprexin 1989 where Keith was employed, he accepted a position with Richardson and moved to the Fox River Valley. He worked at Richardson Electronics until January 1997, when he went on disability due to the onset of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig's Disease.
Survivors include his father, Gordon Morrison, sister, Joan Carbaugh, nephews, Glenn and Christopher Carbaugh and niece, April Carbaugh, all of Levittown.

Irene M. Offerman of Arlington Heights
Services for Irene M. Offerman (nee Mills), 96, formerly a resident of Kankakee for 65 years, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights.
Born Oct. 28, 1902, in Kankakee, she died Friday, July 2, 1999, at Lexington Health Care Center, Schaumburg. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Kankakee.
Mrs. Offerman had worked as an executive secretary for the A. O. Smith Company in Kankakee for 20 years. In 1967 she retired to Arlington Heights where she then worked as a secretary for the Village of Arlington Heights Public Works Department.
She was the wife of the late Floyd J. Offerman; mother of Carol (David) Roy; grandmother of Denise (Duncan) Wyndham, Diane (Jeffrey) Johnson and Michael Roy; and great-grandmother of Qian and Landon Wyndham, and Katy Johnson.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Ron Richter formerly of St. Charles
A memorial service for Ron Richter, 60, of British Columbia, Canada, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, July 9, at the Richter ranch airstrip on Cimarron Trail, north of Grand Rapids, for all family and friends.

Born Sept. 22, 1938, in St. Charles, he passed awayTuesday, June 29, 1999, at his ranch.
He moved to the Grand Rapids area from St. Charles in June 1966. He owned and operated Richter and Sons Construction Company in Grand Rapids for more than 30 years until his recent retirement.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors as well as flying his airplane.
Survivors include his wife, Lynette, whom he married on July 27, 1975; sons, Mary (Marie) Richter, Scott (Debbie) Richter and Dan (Karen)Richter; father, Charles Richter; and grandchildren, Joshua Wayne Richter, Katelyn Jane Richter and Jack Thomas Richter.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Richter.
Frank S. Rogers of Mount Prospect
Services for Frank S. Rogers, 84, formerly of Des Plaines, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Grace Lutheran Church, 1624 E. Euclid, Mount Prospect, where he will lie in state from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
Born July 28, 1914, in Chicago, he died Friday, July 2, 1999, at Holy Family Medical Center, Des Plaines. Interment will be private.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Rogers had been employed as a foreman for Northwest Malt and Grain. He was a member of the Constellation/Edison Park Lodge #974 A. F. & A. M.
He was the beloved husband of Dorothy and the late Emily; loving father of Richard (Christina) Rogers, Roy (Elaine) Rogers, Adrienne Schultz and Dawn (Norman) Hein; dear brother of Victor, Virginia and Viola; proud grandfather of 10; and great-grandfather of seven.

Prior to his retirement in 1982, Mr. Scott had been a 42-year employee of A. C. Nielsen, dealing in marketing research. A World War II veteran, he had served in the
Army Air Corps as a flight instructor.
He was the beloved husband of the late Geraldine Scott (nee Rehmer), whom he married Dec. 10, 1943, in California; loving father ofSteve (Nancy) Scott of Northbrook, Gregg (Susan) Scott of Frankfort, Ill., and Kirk (Susan) Scott of Mount Prospect; proud grandfather of Amy, Mike, Hilary, Andrew, Ben, Dan, Tim and Chris; dear brother of the late James and Richard Scott; and dear brother-in-law of Harriet (Scott) Lake of Yates Center, Kan., and the late Joan Scott.
