Cecelia Mary Dugas formerly of Elgin
A Mass of Christian Burial for Cecelia Mary Dugas, of Aurora, will be held at 10 a. m. today, at St. Mary Catholic Church.
Rev. Thomas Dempsey will officiate.
Born Jan. 25, 1908, inBurlington, Ill., the daughter of Joseph and Mary (nee Grollemond) Herrmann, she died Wednesday, June 23, 1999, inAurora.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Mrs. Dugas was a former member of St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary and Catholic Daughters of America in Elgin. She was a former owner of Rose Bud Beauty Salon of Elgin.
A volunteer at St. Joseph Hospital, she formerly lived in Orlando, Fla. for 16 years.
Survivors include seven nephews and nieces in the Fox Valley area.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter T. Dugas, in 1968; sisters, Mary and Anna Engle; and brothers, Joseph, Edward, Ernest and William Herrmann.
Arrangements were made by O'Connor & Homeier Funeral Home, Elgin.
Alan A. Ferguson formerly of Elgin
Services for Alan A. Ferguson, 50, of Schaumburg, will be held at 11:30 a. m. Monday, at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington.
Born Dec. 29, 1948, in Evanston, he died Tuesday, June 22, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare, Arlington Heights. Burial will be in Dundee Township East Cemetery, East Dundee.
Mr. Ferguson was employed as an accountant with Mayster and Hambourger in Lincolnwood. He was a member of Willow Creek Community Church.
Surviving are his wife, Karen Ferguson; daughter, Cara Ferguson of Elgin; son, Brett (Jodi) Ferguson of Maryland; parents, Gilbert and Arline Ferguson of Elgin; and brothers, Orrion Ferguson of Elgin and Brian (Deborah) Ferguson of LaHabra, Calif.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p. m. Sunday, at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin.

Joseph Gliniewicz formerly of Round Lake Beach
A Mass of the Resurrection for Joseph Gliniewicz, 84, of Largo, Fla., will be held at 9:30 a. m. Monday, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Round Lake.
Born Dec. 20, 1914, in Michigan City, Ind., he passed away Wednesday, June 23, 1999, at Largo Medical Center in Largo. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles.
A 31-year Round Lake Beach resident, Mr. Gliniewicz retired to Largo in 1978.
He had been employed by International Harvester for more than 29 1/2 years, as a welding engineer. He was a member of the Teddy Bear Club, Oak Crest Resident Club and St. Jerome Catholic Church in Largo, and former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Round Lake.
He leaves his loving wife, Rosalie (nee Lentek), whom he wed on Feb. 6, 1937, in Chicago; daughter, Rosalie (Dave) Clingerman of Round Lake Beach; daughters-in-law, Lynne Gliniewicz of Paducah, Ky. and Debbie Gliniewicz of Bristol, Wis.; sisters, Josephine Bober of Wheeling, Sylvia Surek of Round Lake Beach and Geanie Gliniewicz; brothers, Robert (Donna) Gliniewicz of Wauconda and William (Marilyn) Gliniewicz of Chicago; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph Donald Gliniewicz on May 15, 1998; brothers, Steve and Henry; and sister, Dorothy McLean.
Friends of the family may visit from 4 to 9 p. m. Sunday, at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, Ltd., 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake.

Rita J. Heathershaw of Wheaton
A funeral Mass for Rita J. Heathershaw of Wheaton, formerly of Bellwood and Chicago, will begin at 10:30 a. m. Monday, from Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, continuing with Mass at 11 a. m., at St. Mark Catholic Church, 300 E. Cole St., Wheaton.
She died Saturday, June 19, 1999, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Downers Grove. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, following the Mass.
Mrs. Heathershaw enjoyed square dancing and was a member of the former Midwesterners Square Dance Club. She also was a member of the Happy Hoofers walking group and a former member of the Cappa Club.
Surviving are her husband, Richard T. Heathershaw; children, Tom (Lyn) Heathershaw of Colorado, Kathy (Fred) Cannataro of Colorado and Janice Razniewski of North Aurora; grandchildren, Conor Heathershaw, Gina and LaurenCannataro, and Zack and Sylvia Razniewski; sister, Eileen Kenney of Lombard; and brother, John (Joan) Hickey of Florida.

James D. Joyner of Bolingbrook

BornJuly 17, 1942, in Calhoun, Ga., he died Thursday, June 24, 1999, at Edward Hospital, Naperville. Interment will be private.
Mr. Joyner had moved to Bolingbrook in 1980 and had worked for the past nine years at Richard's Motor Service in Stickney. He was a member of New Life Lutheran Church in Bolingbrook and a Marine Corps veteran, having served from 1960 to 1964.
Surviving are his wife, Terry Joyner (nee Plinski) of Bolingbrook; mother, Mattie Joyner (nee Swafford) of Lake in the Hills; sons, James Michael Joyner of Bolingbrook, and Jimmy Douglas Joyner, James Edward(LeLynette) Joyner and Richard (Sherri) Joyner, all of Tennessee; daughter, Dawn Marie Joyner of Carol Stream; brother, Jerry Joyner of Ohio; sister, Addie Williams of Lake in the Hills; mother-in-law, Elda Plinski of McHenry; and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, James A. Joyner.

Suzanne Kleven of Round Lake

Born Feb. 7, 1931, in Elgin, she passed away Thursday, June 24, 1999, at home.
A 63-year Round Lake resident, she was an avid gardener and for many years worked at Leiders Garden Greenery planting springtime flowers.
Survivors include her loving husband of 46 years, Earl of Round Lake; son, Bradley (Diane) of Round Lake; adored granddaughters, Karissa and Lacey of Round Lake; sister, Marcia (Donald) Florian of Round Lake; several nieces and nephews; and many good friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edith and Carl Siegmeier.

Mrs. Knapp had been a Rotary Partner and a member of the Des Plaines Ladies of the Elks #1526.
She was the beloved wife of Donald F. Knapp; loving mother of Vivian (Robert) Trampf, Donald E. (Mary) Knapp, Donna (Ross) Runyon, James Knapp, Mary (Andy) Lauk, David (Denise) Knapp and Barbara Knapp; and cherished grandmother of 17. She was also the dear sisterof George (Sharon) Mamach and Dolores (Charles) Branscum; and dear friend of Sara.

Born April 8, 1908, in Diamond Lake, Ill., the daughter of Henry Kane and Lena Keiler Kane, she died Friday, June 25, 1999, at Davis Gardens Health Care Center. Interment will be in Ivanhoe Cemetery, Mundelein.
Mrs. Kublank was a homemaker and a member of Community Protestant Church of Mundelein.
Survivors include her son, Stephen J. (Nancy) Kublank of Fayetteville, N. C.; daughters, Marilyn (Eldon) Rebhorn of Terre Haute and Irene (Lloyd) Scow of Ephraim, Utah; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius H. Kublank, in 1969.

Joy Kutzler formerly of Waukegan

Born Dec. 25, 1934, in Joliet, she died Thursday, June 24, 1999, at Morris Community Hospital in Morris. Interment will be in Pineview Cemetery, Beach Park, Ill.
A Waukegan area resident for most of her life, she was an active member of the Waukegan Moose.
Survivors include her half sister, Geraldine (Richard) Winke of South Wilmington; brothers, Don Dill, James Dill and Bill Dill; sister, Lucille Dill; and many nieces and nephews, including August (Suzanne) Hibel, Mary Lou (Richard) Gust, Dawn (Vic) Huser, Donald Winke, Dennis (Carol) Winke and Deborah (Mike) Hayes; many grandnieces and nephews; and a great-grandniece and nephew.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Kutzler, Sept. 12,1995; parents, Elmer and Vera Dill; and stepmother, Lucille Dill.

Dolores M. Lies of Carpentersville

Mrs. Lies was a 42-year resident of the Carpentersville area and a 42-year member of St. Monica Church, where she was very active. She had been an employee of Marriot Food Service and also worked at First Card in Elgin, as a cashier in the cafeteria.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur L. Lies, they married on Aug. 23, 1947; sons, David of Bartlett and Richard of Johnsburg, Ill.; daughters, Mary (Kenneth) Roth of Johnsburg and Nancy Glenn of Rockford; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sister, Maryann Wysakawski of Syracuse, N. Y.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister.
Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p. m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
