Olga G. Douglas of Des Plaines
Services for Olga G. Douglas (nee Kandler), 82, formerly of Park Ridge, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Lee and Thacker Streets, Des Plaines.
Born Nov. 21, 1916, in New York City, N. Y., she died Saturday, June 12, 1999.
Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery, Des Plaines.
Mrs. Douglas was a faithful servant of the Lord for 82 years and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she was the wife of the late George C. Douglas; mother of Joan (James) Leeney and thelate Karen; and grandmother of Cathy Burwell and Jay Leeney. She was also the dear sister of Ethel (Rit) Wilson and Louise (the late Ray) Gottsleben; and a wonderful, loving aunt and great-aunt.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Road (at Northwest Highway), Mount Prospect, and from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Thursday, at the church.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Des Plaines, or to a charity of donor's choice.

Ruby P. Evans of McHenry
Services for Ruby P. Evans (nee Titus), 84, formerly of Elgin, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, at Windridge Funeral Home, Ltd., 104 High Road, Cary. The Rev. Roy Hazelrig, pastor of Twin Oaks Baptist Church, and the Rev. Scott Andrews, pastor of First Baptist Church of McHenry, will officiate.
Born Jan. 2, 1915, in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., she died Tuesday, June 15, 1999, at her home. Interment will be in Windridge Memorial Park, Cary.
Mrs. Evans was a retired assembly worker for Illinois Toolworks in Elgin.
She was a member of Twin Oaks Southern Baptist Church of Carpentersville.
Surviving are her daughters, Loretta (Harry) Evans of Edwardsburg, Mich., and Joanne M. Fredericks of McHenry; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Zelus R. Evans, and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Evans family.

Victoria Jean Patty Fairow
Memorial services for Victoria Jean Patty Fairow, 53, of The Crossings in Buffalo Grove, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, at Long Grove Community Church, Robert Parker Coffin Road, Long Grove.
Born Aug. 15, 1945, in Oakford, Ill., she passed away Sunday, June 6, 1999.
Ms. Fairow had lived most of her adult life in the northwest suburbs. She had been employed by C. F. Industries in Long Grove since Feb. 2, 1976, and was currently director of the corporate office facilities.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kellogg Cancer Care Center, 2650 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL 60201.

Joan E. Feeley (nee McMahon), 83, of Wheaton, formerly a longtime resident of Chicago, died Monday, June 14, 1999. Arrangements were made by Hultgren Funeral Home, Wheaton, (630) 668-0027.

Roselyn K. Flores formerly of Elgin
Services for Roselyn K. Flores, 54, of Gilberts, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin. The Rev. Allan Buss will officiate.
Born July 17, 1944, in Ironton, Mo., to Robert and Effie Huddleston, she died Saturday, June 12, 1999, at Central DuPage Hospital, Winfield. Burial will be in River Valley Memorial Gardens, West Dundee.
A longtime resident of Elgin, Mrs. Flores had lived in Gilberts for the past four years. She was a graduate of McKendree College in Lebanon, Ill., and taught school at Parkwood Elementary School in Hanover Park. Mrs. Flores was a member of the Elgin Teachers Association, the support team for the Rutland-Dundee Fire Protection District and Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority International.
Surviving are her husband, Bale Flores; daughter, Alisa (Kurt) Jenkins of Lake in the Hills; son, Mario (Laura) Flores of Carpentersville; grandchildren, Nina Jenkins and Dillon Flores; mother, Effie Huddleston of Sparta, Ill.; four sisters; and one brother.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Huddleston; and son, Baleriano `Marc' Flores.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.

Mignon L. Foss of Bensenville
A memorial service for Mignon L. Foss (nee Lindquist), 82, of Bensenville, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at First United Methodist Church, 232 S. York Road, Elmhurst. The Rev. Berty Hakeem will officiate.
She passed away Sunday, June 13, 1999, at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Interment will be private.
Mrs. Foss had been a resident of Bensenville for 40 years and previously had lived in Chicago for 42 years.
She was the beloved wife for 40 years of the late Robert Foss; loving mother of David (Sharon) Foss and Judith (Ray) Bieze; proud grandmother of Aaron, Brian, Becky, Raymond and Robert; great-grandmother of Tatiana; and devoted sister of Charles and Carol (Al) Johnson.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N. York Road (three blocks north of North Avenue), Elmhurst.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to First United Methodist Church in her name would be appreciated.

Charles W. Frothingham, 86, of Winfield, died Saturday, June 12, 1999. Arrangements were made by Leonard Memorial Home, Ltd., Winfield, (630) 682-1441.

Evelyn Genisio of Arlington Heights
Services for Evelyn Genisio (nee Kundert), 77, formerly of Des Plaines, will begin with prayers at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Road (at Northwest Highway), Mount Prospect, and continue with Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Cecilia Church, Golf Road (Route 58) at Meier Road, Mount Prospect.
Born April 3, 1922, in Chicago, she died Saturday, June 12, 1999, at home. Intermentwill be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
She was the wife of Philip Genisio; mother of Ron (Karen) Genisio; and grandmother of Mike (Vanessa) Genisio and Ben Genisio.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
Please omit flowers. Memorials made to Maryville Academy would be appreciated.

Gilbert L. Hall of St. Charles
Visitation for Gilbert L. Hall, 88, formerly of Chana, Ill., will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St., St. Charles. Funeral services will be private.
Born Aug. 18, 1910, in Chicago, he died Monday, June 14, 1999, at Delnor Community Hospital, Geneva.
Mr. Hall had owned and operated the F. W. Hall Sheetmetal Company in Chicago for more than 20 years. A former member of the Auburn Park Masons, he also loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as woodworking and making wooden clocks. He was a wonderful, kind and loving husband and father and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Bernis Hall; daughters, Mariann (Joseph) Ringhofer of St. Charles and Marcia Smith of Woodridge; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Irene Hall; and grandson, Russell Smith.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Children's Memorial Hospital or to the charity of donor's choice.

Charles C. Hornada
Funeral services for Charles C. Hornada, 82, of Rockford, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at Fitzgerald & Associates Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Ave., Rockford. The Rev. Jim Larsen of Windsor Baptist Church will officiate.
Born Jan. 8, 1917, in Ridgefarm, Ill., to William R. and Lelah(nee Coe) Hornada, he died Thursday, June 10, 1999, at his home. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery, Joliet.
Mr. Hornada had been employed for 33 years by Inland Supply Company. He later served in municipal government in Wheaton and Glendale Heights, and as a building official in Carol Stream, retiring in 1994. Mr. Hornada was a member of Building Officials and Code Administrators, and of the Suburban Building Officials Conference.
Surviving are his daughter, Aliene Lewis of Rockford; son, Thomas (Jacqueline) Hornada of Alexandria, Va.; and grandchildren, Scott (Valerie) Hornada, Jeffrey Hornada and Meredith Hornada.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Hornada (nee King), whom he married March 25, 1939 and who passed away May 18, 1999; his parents; and his grandson, Timothy.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes. Association.

Baldwin K. `Winn' Jacob
Graveside services for Baldwin K. `Winn' Jacob, 70, of Vero Beach, Fla., will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
Born Aug. 2, 1928, in Hackensack, N. J., he died Sunday, June 13, 1999, at his home, following a prolonged illness.
Mr. Jacob was the retired executive vice president of marketing for the Modine Manufacturing Company. He had moved to Vero Beach 10 years ago from Racine, Wis.
Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Chris Jacob (nee Gies); sons, James Jacob of Algonquin and Michael Jacob of Racine; and three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the VNA Hospice of Indian River County, 1111 #6th St., Vero Beach, FL 32960, or to a charity of donor's choice.
Arrangements were made by Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, Palatine.

Helen A. Jenerick formerly of Island Lake
Services for Helen A. Jenerick (nee Gaven), 100, also formerly of Hollywood, Fla., will be held in Hollywood.
Born July 26, 1898, in Pittston, Pa., she died Sunday, June 13, 1999, at Winchester House in Libertyville. Burial will be in Hollywood Memorial Gardens, Hollywood.
Preceded in deathby her husband, Peter on Nov. 15, 1983, she is survived by her sons, Donald (Lois) and Howard (Helen); grandchildren, Stephanie, Karen, Christopher, Donna, David and Linda; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Wauconda Fire Department, Paramedic Fund, 109 W. Liberty St., Wauconda, IL 60084.
Arrangements were made by Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home, Wauconda.
