Delores M. Rumachik of Elgin
A funeral Mass for Delores M. Rumachik (nee Johnson) will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, at St. John the Evangelist Church in Streamwood.
Born in Chicago, she died Tuesday, May 25, 1999, at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Elk Grove Village. Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
A homemaker, she was the beloved wife for 51 years of George Rumachik; loving mother of George Rumachik of Carpentersville, Delores (Robert) Korby of Elgin, Robert (Dene) Rumachik of Tulsa, Okla., Jannice (John) Mazeikis of Hoffman Estates, Suellyn Rumachik of East Dundee, and Terrance (Monica) Rumachik of East Dundee; and proud grandmother of 13.
She was also the fond sister of Robert (Mary Jane) Johnson of Florida and Arline (Len) Gargas of Medinah; and aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 485 S. Bartlett, Streamwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes. Association, 30 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 2015, Chicago, IL 60602, or to donor's favorite charity would be appreciated.

Helen Marie Saurer (nee See), 72, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Chicago, died Sunday, May 23, 1999. Arrangementswere made by Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, Palatine, (847) 358-7411.

Phyllis E. Stevens of Gurnee
Services for Phyllis E. Stevens (nee Quinby), 70, of Grandwood park, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at the Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City, Iowa. Interment will follow at OakwoodCemetery, Floyd, Iowa.
Born June 22, 1928, in Floyd County, Iowa, she died Wednesday, May 26, 1999, at her home after a long illness.
She was a resident of the Gurnee area for the past 30 years, was a member of the Grandwood Park Civic Association and retired from the Holiday Inn, Gurnee in 1993.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Stanley; four children, Lucinda (Bill) Rowe of Monroe, Wis., Becky Schimming of Gurnee, Phyllis Ann (Rick) Knight of Park City, and Phillip Stevens of Manotowac, Wis.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Iola Quinby; son, John Spencer Stevens in 1986; sister, Rita Harding; and brother, Rick Quinby.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, at the Gurnee-Salata Funeral Home, 4190 OldGrand Ave., Gurnee.

Frank F. Tlusty, 60, of West Chicago, died Wednesday, May 26, 1999. Arrangements were made by Brust Funeral Home, Carol Stream, (630) 510-0044.

Adela R. Torres of Lake Zurich
Prayers for Adela R. Torres (nee Rodriguez), 88, will be said 9:30 a.m. Saturday, at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich. Mass will be held at 10 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Church, 11 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich.
Born Dec. 10, 1910, in Mexico, she died Wednesday, May 26, 1999, at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates. Interment will be in Lake Zurich Cemetery.
She was the wife of the late Ignacio; mother of Ezequiel (Dolores), Mary (Ruben) Gonzales and Ezzie (Jorge) Cantu; sister of Tolentino Rodriguez and family; grandmother of 12; and great-grandmother of five, Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.

Wanda Ward of Wheaton
Services for Wanda Ward, 70, will be held at 8 p.m. today, at WilliamsKampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Road (one block east of Naperville Road), Wheaton.
She died Monday, May 24, 1999, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. Interment will be private.
A resident of Wheaton for 14 years, Mrs. Ward had been employed at the Target store in Wheaton and attended Evangel Assembly of God Church in Hanover Park.
Surviving are her children, Steven, Susan (Ron) Hirsch, Robert and Joseph (Lorraine) Ward; and seven grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Wendell (Barbara) Todd; and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Ward.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the time of services at 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Margaret A. Warner formerly of Carpentersville and Chicago
Services for Margaret A. Warner (nee Reiser), 77, a resident of Richmond, Ill., for the past 20 years, formerly of Carpentersville and Chicago, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at K. K. Hamsher Funeral Home, Ltd., 12 N. Pistakee Lake Road, Fox Lake (in the Chapel on the Lake).
Born March 12, 1922, in Chicago, to John and Lillian (nee Kuby) Reiser, she died Tuesday, May 25, 1999, at her home.
Interment will be in Cedarvale Cemetery, Solon Mills, Ill., following the services.
Surviving are her husband, Earl Warner, to whom she was united in marriage on April 10, 1948, in Chicago; sons, Michael (Dawn) Warner of Trevor, Wis., and Charles (Karen) Warner of Sandwich; daughters, Sharon Warner of Roselle, Linda (Scott) McEwen of Carpentersville and Sandra Warner of Harvard; four grandsons; five granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Virginia O'Reilly of Richmond, Ill., and also by a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Evelyn Robinson, Lillian Jones, Grace Davis and Florence Skrine; brothers, Edward and John Reiser; and her parents.
Friends of the family may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, at the funeral chapel.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, Inc., 410 S. Hager Ave., Barrington, IL 60010.

William D. Wilton Sr., 82, of Elmhurst, died Monday, May 24, 1999. Arrangements were made by Gibbons Funeral Home, Elmhurst, (630) 832-0018

Sr. Mary Thomas (Sherwin)
A Mass of Christian Burial for St. Mary Thomas (Sherwin), 58, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Joseph's Home, Little Sisters of the Poor, in Palatine.
Sr. Mary Thomas entered eternal life Friday, May 28, 1999, at St. Joseph's Home. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Evanston.
She made her first Profession of Religious Vows with the Little Sisters of the Poor on May 2, 1962. Sister served the aged at St. Joseph's for the past 20 years.
In recent years, her `mission' was that of suffering, cheerfully offered for the many intentions confided to her.
Surviving are her mother, Mary Sherwin of St. Paul, Minn.; brother, Michael (Diann)Sherwin of Virginia; nieces, Catherine (Mike) Gaydos, Jennifer, Carolyn and Elizabeth; great-niece, Kelsey Gaydos;several cousins; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Sherwin.
The wake will be held from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday, at St. Joseph's Home, with a rosary and evening prayer at 4:30 p.m. Monday.
Arrangements were made by Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, Palatine.

John C. Barclay of Round Lake Beach
Graveside services for John C. Barclay, 86, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
Born Sept. 7, 1912, in Scotland, Mr. Barclay passed away Wednesday, May 27, 1999, at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
Mr. Barclay made his home in Round Lake Beach for the past 47 years, formerly living in Cicero. He retired in 1978 from Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Des Plaines. He was aformer member of the Scottish Lodge of Chicago.
He leaves his loving wife, Irene (nee Kopija); daughters, Patricia and Jean; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death byhis parents, John and Annie Barclay; brother, Joe; and sister, Mae.
Arrangements were made by Strang Funeral Chapel and Crematorium, Ltd., Grayslake.

Helen M. Bashe of Wheaton
Memorial services for Helen M. Bashe, 80, will be held at 3 p.m. today, at Trinity Episcopal Church, Wesley and West Streets, Wheaton.
She died Wednesday, May 26, 1999, at her home.
Mrs. Bashe had lived in Wheaton and been a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Wheaton for 46 years.
She was the beloved wife of the late A. Lawrence Bashe; loving mother of Lawrence (Ruth) Bashe, Susan (the late Ronald) Howell, Nancy (Steven) Breidenich, and the late James Bashe; dear grandmother of Laura, Tony, Sarah, Andrew, Katie, Susan and David; great-grandmother of Fred; and fond sister of Raymond, Carroll, and the late Ruth, June, Jeanne and Robert.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice of DuPage, 690 E. North Ave., Carol Stream, IL 60188, would be appreciated.
Arrangements were made by Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, Wheaton.

Johanna Biallas of Lisle
Services for Johanna Biallas, 92, formerly of Skokie, will be held at 1 p.m. today, at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd. at Northwest Hwy., Mount Prospect.
Born Oct. 10, 1906, in Germany, she died Tuesday, May 27, 1999, at her home at Devonshire Senior Housing in Lisle.
Entombment will be in All Saints Mausoleum, Des Plaines.
A homemaker, she was the wife of the late Herman Biallas; mother of William (Grace), George (Joanne), John (Mary Rose) and the late Karl (Arlene) Biallas; grandmother of Mark (Patricia), Dan (Jackie), Ron (Beth), Glenn (Lisa), Deborah (Robert) Sackett, Pamela (Michael) Gosselin, David (Melissa), Joel, Kurt and Kate; great-grandmother of Meghan, Kelly, Jonathan, Sara, Joseph, Melinda and Stephan; and sister of the late Eugene (Katie), Hedwig and Theresa Stitz.
Visitation will be from noon until the time of the services today, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Little Brothers of the Elderly, 355 N. Ashland Ave., Chicago, IL 60607, would be appreciated.

William H. Bingham formerly of Barrington Hills
William H. Bingham, 93, a longtime resident of Barrington Hills, died at Friendship Village in Schaumburg on May 26, 1999. The cause of death was cancer.
Mr. Bingham graduated from Western Reserve University in 1929 and was awarded an MBA by Harvard University in 1932. He worked for several companies after graduation, including the Studebaker Corporation for 11 years, A. T. Kearney & Co. for four years and Hawley Products for many years. Until his retirement, he was a management consultant for numerous companies and the State of Illinois University System.
Mr. Bingham married Ellen Lauritzen on Jan. 12, 1952, and enjoyed 43 years of her companionship until her death in 1995. The Binghams bought one of famed architect Ed Dart's houses on Bateman Circle, which was built for them in 1954, and moved to Barrington Hills. They were active in numerous Barrington community projects. Mr. Bingham was also a gourmet chef, having studied under several master chefs here and abroad, and loved entertaining friends.
A longtime member of the Economic Club of Chicago and numerous business associations, Mr. Bingham was also an instructor in business at Northern Illinois University and Northwestern University.
He is survived by one cousin, Ms. Penelope Bingham, and several close friends. Burial services will be private.
Contributions in his memory should be made to the Bill and Ellen Bingham Book Fund at the Barrington Area Library
