Edna M. Jepson formerly of Elgin
Services for Edna M. Jepson, 90, of Hoffman Estates, will be held at10:30 a.m. Friday, at the Church of the Nazarene, Berner Road and Summit Street, Elgin, with the Rev. Brian Wangler officiating.
Born May 10, 1909, in Almora, Ill., to Raymond and Susan (nee Gerber) Mason, she died Monday, May 24, 1999, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Hoffman Estates.
Burial will be in Bluff City Cemetery.
A lifelong resident of the Elgin area, Mrs. Jepson was a graduate of Dundee High School, a member of the Church of the Nazarene of Elgin for more than 60 years, a member of the Mayflower Society, and had served on the boards of various church organizations.
Surviving are her daughters, Elaine (William) Jepson-Reese of Darboy, Wis., Beatrice M. (Douglas) Jepson-Wilson of Elgin and Edna M. (Jerry) Jepson-Kinst of Elgin; sons, Martin R. (Marlene) Jepson of Wheaton, Robert M. (Donna) Jepson of Las Vegas, Nev., David C. (Mildred) Jepson of Belvidere, William F. Jepson of Phoenix, Ariz., and Kenneth P. (Nita) Jepson of Orlando, Fla.; 27 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Donald Mason of Elgin, Judson (Marian) Mason of Williamsburg, Va., and Edwin (Eleanor) Mason of Fort Myers, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl A. Jepson, whom she married Dec. 23, 1927, and who preceded her in 1982; sisters, Marjorie Mason Keeley and Lorraine Mason Reeder; and brother, LeRoy Mason.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin, and from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. Friday, at the church.

Gloria L. Koy formerly of Des Plaines
Funeral services for Gloria L. Koy (nee Schacht), 78, most recently of Niles, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1605 Vernon Ave., Park Ridge. She willlie in state one hour prior to services.
Born July 10, 1920, in Des Plaines, she died Monday, May 24, 1999, at her home.
Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery.
A housewife, she was the wife of the late John C. Koy; mother of John C. (Janet Ann) Koy Jr., Gerald R. (Mollie) Koy and JoAnn M. (Richard) Butler; grandmother of Jonette (Russ) Schafer, Jamie Koy, John C. Koy III, Rodney F. Butler and Martin R. Butler; and great-grandmother of Zoe and Kendra Schafer.

Irene J. McCaffrey of Naperville
A Mass of Christian Burial for Irene J. McCaffrey, 94, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, at St. Rose of Lima Church in Littleton, N. H.
Born March 9, 1905, in Littleton, she died Friday, May 21, 1999, at the Tabor Hills Healthcare Facility. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Littleton.
A resident of Naperville for the past seven years, Miss McCaffrey was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Roman CatholicChurch. She had received her bachelor of arts degree from California State University and had taught elementary school, both in California and New Jersey, for 40 years.
She is survived by her great-niece, Patricia LaMear of Naperville.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Timothy and Bridget (nee Hopkins) McCaffrey, and several brothers andsisters.

Esther E. `Frosty' Meyer formerly of Dundee

Born April 22, 1909, in Harvard, to Luke and Ida (nee Longshore) McFarlin, she passed away Friday, May 14, 1999, in Naples. Inurnment will be on Saturday in Dundee Township Cemetery

Mrs. Meyer was once employed by Bell Telephone Company in Elgin and later worked as the cafeteria manager for Dundee School District 300 for 15 years.
She also took great pride in the Dundee Scots Marching Band and was a chaperon on their trips for many years.
Surviving are her children, James (Lorraine) Frost of Carpentersville, Diane (Ray) Schuring of Dundee, Leonard (Donna) Frost of Rockford and John (Delores) Frost of Lutz, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Roberta McFarlin of Harvard and Loretta Frost of Batavia; andmany nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Elmer L. Frost, whom she married May 6, 1933, and who preceded her in 1961; her second husband, Charles Meyer, in 1984; sister, Mabel Palmer; and brothers, John, Donald, Marshall, Raymond, Everett and Lester `Butch' McFarlin.

Born May 31, 1904, in St. Charles, he died Sunday, May 23, 1999, at Delnor Community Hospital, Geneva. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Geneva.
Mr. Peterson had farmed in the St. Charles area for most of his life and was a member of the Kane County Farm Bureau. He was also a member of the BOYS Club and a lifelong member of Grace Lutheran Church in Lily Lake.
Survivors include his sister, Pauline (Verner) Granquist of St. Charles; stepson, Donald Johnson of Winston-Salem, N. C., sisters-in-law, Helen and Vera Peterson, both of St. Charles; grandchildren, Steven, Sharon, Susan, Robert, Elizabeth and Sarah; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Christopher (Kay) Contino, Adam (Rene) Contino, Joseph (Lisa) Baum and Mary-Elizabeth Baum; and devoted great-grandmother of Amanda Baum, MaryJo and J. Michael Contino, and Morgan and Taylor Contino.

Mr. Vidovich was a retired truck driver who had worked for Peet Freight Lines in Woodstock. He was a member of the Woodstock Moose.
Surviving are his wife, Eleanor Vidovich (nee Gawin); sons, Kenneth (Linda) Vindovich of Wonder Lake and Ronald McKee of Kentucky; daughters, Severin (Patrick) Lodewyck of Mesa, Ariz., and Charmain (Bill) Soto of Trevor, Wis.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
