Gary Lee Cox
Gary Lee Cox, 58, Pocatello, passed away, Tuesday morning, May 14, 2013 at his home.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the City Creek L.D.S. Ward, 655 South Grant with Bishop David Platt conducting.
The family will receive friends at the Church one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Cornelison Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello, 232-0542.
Jene Moore
Jene Emmett Moore
February 26, 1932 – May 12, 2013
Jene Emmett and Joann Marie Moore were born an hour apart on Feb 26, 1932 in Pocatello, Idaho.
Jene attended school through his sophomore year in Pocatello, Idaho, completing his GED after being drafted into the Army in 1951.
He served in the Korean war as well as two tours in Viet Nam, receiving a purple heart and bronze star.
He retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1992.
Jene married
Janet Ellen Johnson in 1961 and had five freaking fantastic children.
He earned his BA in Sociology with a minor in Geology from Idaho State University in 1982.
After his marriage to Janet ended he married
Bonnie Gean (Skinner) Ankrum in 1985 and inherited three more fabulous children.
It was a union of the cowboys and the nerds which led to 28 years of family fun.
In 1990, Jene and Bonnie bought one acre in the Targee forest and built a cabin which became the hub of the family.
After they retired they sold their home in Pocatello to live full time at the cabin.
In 1999 they became snowbirds and enjoyed the best of both worlds, spending summers at the cabin and winters in Phoenix, AZ.
Jene was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed playing games with his grandkids, watching Jeopardy and doing puzzles, and traveling to attend family functions.
He attended every graduation, wedding, and special event in his children’s and grandchildren’s lives.
He was especially proud to travel to Italy to watch granddaughter Jackie Poulson compete in the 2008 World Heptathlon competition where she placed 8th in a field of 21.
Jene and Bonnie spent six weeks in 1992 circling the globe, flying military service from Travis Air Force Base via Japan, via Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Samoa, Hawaii, and back to Travis AFB.
They also travelled to Japan, Singapore and took a second trip to Australia in 2005.
Jene is survived by his wife, Bonnie Gean (Ankrum) Moore, children Laura Moore, Bill (Alma) Moore, Mary Frances (Chad) Casper, Liz (Gregg) Smedley, and Jack (Helix) Moore; Debbie Poulson Bailey, Steve (Kim) Ankrum, Margie Ankrum, and grandchildren Erin Moore; Samantha McCaffrey, Amanda and Monica Reyes; Devon, Riley, Allyn, Thayne and Caity Casper; Elise (Randy) Petersen, Lauren (Tyler) Smith, Randi and Rian Smedley; Amira and Lucius Moore; Kristen (Ken) Young, Brandon (Melissa) Poulson; Will, Kyle, and Amber Ankrum; and Wendy Nielsen; great grandchildren Joshua, Austin, and Lucas Young; Daemon Moore; Dakota and Dale Petersen; Avery Smith; Daxton, Daeton, and Dalton Poulson; and great great granddaughter Milana Ankrum.
He is preceded in death by his parents Leslie and Elizabeth Moore, sisters Leslie Morris and Joann Moore and brothers Bill and Vaughn (Geneva) Moore; nephews Frank Morris Jr. and Mark Moore; and granddaughter Jackie Paulson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made on his behalf to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or the Jackie Poulson Scholarship Fund.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 1 pm in the Holy Spirit Catholic Community, St. Anthony Chapel, 504 N. 7th Ave., Pocatello.
A vigil prayer service will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 6 pm in the Cornelison Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello, 232-0542, where the family will receive friends until 8 pm.
Interment will be in the Mountain View cemetery, Pocatello.
Ann Anderson
Ann W. Banyard Anderson, 95, Pocatello, passed away Friday morning, May 10, 2013, at a local health care facility.
She was born April 24, 1918, in Pocatello to Arthur J. and Catherine Bowman Banyard.
She attended local schools in Pocatello.
She married
John B. Rossiter in August 1939. Together they had a daughter, Mary Ann and were later divorced.
She married
James C. (Andy) Anderson on January 10, 1946 in Twin Falls, Id.
Together they had a daughter Robin Dawn.
Ann worked various jobs at Sun Freeze Ice Cream, Moore Drug, Tyhee School in the kitchen and the Holiday Inn.
She was a member of the Bannock County Posse as an auxiliary president, Good Sam’s, Pocatello Cutter Association and AARPS.
Ann enjoyed fishing, camping, singing, reading, dancing and was one heck of a jack’s player.
Ann and Andy spent many years running the concession stand food booth for the cutter and flat track races.
Ann is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann Lebsack of Pocatello and Robin (Glenn) Dansie of Shoshone, Id. Grandchildren, Dirk (Annah) Lebsack of Seattle, Wa., Eric (Terena) Lebsack of Kuna, Id., Jeff (Tara) Lebsack of Kuna, Id., Amy (Brian) Andrus of Gooding, Id., and Tiffany Dansie of Shoshone, Id. Great Grandchildren, Christa, Tori, Marcus, Bailey, Morgan Lebsack all of Kuna, Id. Dustin, Ashley and Courtney Andrus all of Gooding, Id., Sister in-laws, Dorothy Banyard of Pocatello and Bonnie Allen of California.
She was proceeded in death by her husband James C. (Andy) Anderson, a son and daughter deceased at birth, son in-law, Elmer W. (Bud) Lebsack, her parents, two brothers and three sisters.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mountain View cemetery, Section 5 West.

Matthew Zausch
Matthew Joseph Zausch, 51, of Pocatello, passed away of natural causes Wednesday May 8th, 2013.
He was the first-born child to Robert and Kathy Zausch, on Jan. 18, 1962, in San Jose, Ca.
When Matt was born it became apparent that he had been born with a heart defect and survival was not likely.
Matt underwent his first open-heart surgery when he was only 5 1/2 weeks old.
This was one of the first surgeries of its kind in the world and Matt is still often cited in Medical Journals.
Matt spent much of his youth fighting sickness and illness related to his heart condition.
Over the course of his life Matt underwent 9 open-heart surgeries, and consistently overcame many of his doctors worst fears.
This ability to conquer and overcome soon became a visible part of Matt’s character.
During his miraculous life he was able to obtain many Christ-like virtues such as empathy, humility, perseverance and love.
Matt’s miraculous life and his incredible achievements have been felt by all who knew and loved him.
His life was one of trial and celebration, and his impact will forever be stamped in the Zausch name.
After moving to Pocatello at the age of 8, Matt graduated from Highland High School in 1980.
Matt attended Idaho State University and later graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho in 1986.
Matt married
Sherry Lynn Zausch in 1988, they raised 3 beautiful children together before separating in 2004.
After college Matt moved back to Pocatello and began working as an Architect for JHS Architects in September of 1986, and did so the rest of his life.
Matt was loved and admired by his colleagues, and they spoke very highly of him.
Matt has left a legacy of architecture throughout the Pocatello valley, including; the Farm Bureau Insurance Building, the Sports Medical Center at ISU, the Child Development Center also on the ISU campus, the pyramid shaped Business Incubation Center next to AMI, as well as the District Health Department in Pocatello and numerous others.
Matt is survived by his three children; Jessica Zausch, Christina Zausch and Jeff Zausch, all of Pocatello Idaho.
Matt loved spending time with his son; watching their favorite football team together and traveling to sporting events are some of their most cherished memories.
His later years were enjoyed spending time with his two daughters and his 4 wonderful grandchildren: Kaden Bodily, Felix Southwood, Tallianah Zausch, and Kaylee Zausch.
Matt is also survived by his parents Robert and Kathy Zausch, and his two brothers; Pat Zausch and Dan Zausch, as well as his sister Lauretta Horn (Ed Horn), all of Pocatello Idaho.
Additionally, Matt is survived by his Grandmother Elsie Stanley of Santa Cruz, Ca., as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends whom he was very close to.
We would like to thank the following individuals: Dr. Shumway of Stanford Medical Center, as well as Dr. Benson and Dr. Call of Pocatello Idaho.
These individuals were instrumental in his success and survival throughout the years.
We would like to express a special thanks to all EMT’s and first responders and those who helped him in his time of crises.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cornelison Funeral Chapel, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello, with Father John Worster conducting.
A vigil prayer service will be held Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. with a visitation until 8:00 p.m.
The family will also receive friends one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mountain View cemetery, Pocatello.
Bonnie Bebb
Bonnie Bebb, 96, was born July 31, 1916, in Kiefer, Ok., to Jesse James and Elizabeth Weatherly, and joined her Lord on May 5, 2013, right on time, according to His plan. Bonnie and family moved to Pocatello in 1953.
She graduated from Keifer High School and later earned her LPN from ISU and worked at Bannock Memorial for about 35 years.
Her true passion in life was serving Jesus, and attended First Assemblies of God/River of Life Church in Pocatello for 60 years.
There she enjoyed Sunday services, Ladies Bible Studies, and volunteering at the Idaho Women's Prison.
Most people knew her by the beautiful garden she kept up until the last days of her life.
Bonnie married
Paul W. Morningstar, and he preceded her in death.
She later married
Edwin C. Bebb and he also preceded her in death.
Her only child was Frances Elizabeth "Butch" (Dennis) Gillard, whom she cherished deeply every day of her life.
She is survived by her daughter; granddaughters, Suzette E. (Morris) Mathisen of Fl., Rebecca King of Ammon, Id., and Deborah (Joseph) Olsen of Grace, Id.; grandson, Chris (Kathy) Gillard; 10 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; a brother, Dale Weatherly of Il.; and a sister Grace Garrett of Ca.
She was preceded in death by her dearly missed and now reunited husband, Edwin Bebb, a granddaughter who is dancing with her now, Barbara Ann Hildreth.
What a joyful reunion it must be.
Also her parents, and an older brother, Delbert Weatherly.
She did not want a "funeral", she wanted a "party, "so let us call this a celebration of life.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, May 10, 2013 at 11:00 am in the River of Life Church, 1211 S. 5th Ave., Pocatello.
A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at the church.
Interment will be in the Mountain View cemetery, Pocatello

Marvin Neighbours, 83, Pocatello, passed away, Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at a local care center.
