Agnes Wishart
Missoula, Mont.
Agnes Wishart, our beloved mother and grandmother, at the age of 95, went to be with our Lord on Sept. 2, 2004.
She was born in Oriska, N.D., in 1909. She was one of 12 children. Our mother was married
to Kenneth Wishart and together they had three children. Mother's favorite job of many was cooking for the children at St. Edward's Catholic School in Twin Falls, Idaho. The children and the Sisters were her delight.
Mother's purpose in life was to make people happy. She was full of humor and much teasing. For the last four years, she lived at Hunter's Glen where all knew Mother as a joyful, fun person.
Mother was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; her first-born son, Bob, and also a granddaughter, Roberta.
Survivors include a son, Eugene Wishart and his wife, Joan, of Yreka, Calif.; a daughter, Beverly Frohlich and her husband, Jim, of Missoula, Mont.; two sisters, Lillian Pommerer of Oriska, N.D., and Rose Diemert of Shelton, Wash.; 14 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Missoula. Interment will be in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Arrangements are under the care of Garden City Funeral Home and Crematory in Missoula.
Local arrangements are under the care of Reynolds Funeral Home in Twin Falls.
Teresa L. Caldwell
Burley
Teresa Lynn (Bodily) Caldwell passed away peacefully at Cassia Memorial Hospital the third day of September 2004, with her family and friends surrounding her.
Teresa was born to LaMoyne and Helen Bodily on the 26th of April 1955, in Burley. She attended schools in Burley and graduated in 1973 from Burley High School. Shortly after, she joined the Army and was stationed in Germany, where she was a medic during the Vietnam War. Teresa was then married
to Donald McCready and later was divorced. She then met William (Bill) Caldwell in 1985 and they have been together for 19 years.
Teresa was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, John and Edna Bodily of Burley and Clyde and Teresa Fisher of Burley.
Teresa is survived by her husband, William (Bill) Caldwell; one son, Joshua McCready, also from Burley; four stepchildren, Riley Caldwell of Boise, Joshua Caldwell of Boise, Sara (Dave) Schaeffer of Kuna and Heather Caldwell of Boise; five grandchildren from Boise and one from Burley; her parents, LaMoyne and Helen Bodily of Burley; and three brothers, Gary (Kelly) Bodily of Burley, Micheal Bodily of Boise and Donald (Dotty) Bodily of Burley.
Teresa loved her family and many friends. She loved camping, four wheeling, riding on the Harley and having family get-togethers with dinner and silly games. She also liked to write beautiful poetry and read very big novels. She loved having her pets (Shade) and Bonz by her side wherever she went.
Teresa will be truly missed by all who knew her. And we wish her a happy journey. I LOVE YOU MOMMY.

Eva Marie Carlile
Rupert
Eva Marie Carlile, an 83-year-old Rupert resident, went to be with her Lord and Savior having died peacefully at home on Sept. 2, 2004.
Eva was born Aug. 16, 1921, in Eskridge, Kan., the daughter of Howard and Etta Keefover Brill. She attended school in Morganville, Kan. She married
Virgil William Carlile on March 11, 1939, in Clay Center, Kan. They moved to Idaho during the winter in 1948. She worked for IPPI, Ore-Ida and Simplot, where she retired. Eva enjoyed her flower gardens, traveling, camping, sewing, crocheting, candy and cake making, and country music. She loved collecting bells.
Eva is survived by Virgil Carlile of Rupert; her three children, Anita (Floyd) Praegitzer of Boise, Jerrold Carlile of Rupert and Gayle (Deloy) Albertson of Burley; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. We knew we were loved and she knew she was.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters, Lottie, Naomi, Vera and Lila.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004, at Hansen Mortuary Rupert Chapel with Pastor Dennis Stoneman officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at Hansen Mortuary Rupert Chapel. Burial will follow at the Rupert cemetery.
The family wanted to express their gratitude to Hospices nurses and aides for the care they gave to their mother.
Richard Lloyd Wilson
Shoshone
Richard Lloyd Wilson, age 69, of Shoshone, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004, at his residence.
Lloyd was born Aug. 25, 1935, in Richfield, Idaho, the son of James and Irene Early Wilson. He was raised in the Ketchum area and graduated from Hailey High School. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Marines where he served for five years including time spent in Korea.
After his discharge from the military he returned to the area and started a small lumber business in Ketchum prior to moving to Alaska where he was owner-operator of his own water well drilling business. Prior to returning to Idaho in 1991 he had resided in California.
Survivors include son, Taipan (Sarah) Wilson; and grandson, Garrick of Shoshone; brothers, Jim, Douglas, Charles and Alex; sisters, Patricia, Donna and Andrea; and special friends, Pat Banning, Danny Coates, Laura Buschmann and Robin Mullineux.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, at the Shoshone Senior Center, 218 N. Rail St. W., Shoshone, Idaho.
Esther D. Mackie
Buhl
Esther D. Mackie, 91, of Buhl, passed away peacefully Sept. 10, 2004, at the Cedar Draw Living Center in Filer, Idaho.
Esther Marie Davis was born Feb. 10, 1913, at home west of Filer, Idaho, to Abraham A. and Lulu Grace (Barber) Davis. After her mother's untimely death, when she was 3 months old, her first stepmother cared for her until she passed away. Her second stepmother came into her life when she was 7 years old, raising her to adulthood. She was educated in Filer, graduating in 1931. Esther married
Ward F. Mackie on Jan. 11, 1932. She attended cosmetology school, becoming a beauty operator for a few years. Ward and Esther moved to Martinez, Calif., for eight years before returning to Buhl, Idaho, to farm, where she spent the rest of her life. She raised her family, loved to travel, and was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker -- who truly enjoyed her family and friends.
Esther is survived by her husband of 72 years, Ward Mackie; one son, Dr. W. Marvin (Phyllis) Mackie of San Pedro, Calif.; one daughter, Onah Dee (Gale) Mohlenbrink of Buhl, Idaho; two granddaughters, Sheila (Guy) Lemmons of Buhl, Idaho, and Corinne (Jim) Mason of Twin Falls, Idaho; two great-granddaughters, Stephanie Marie Lemmons and Shayla Dee Lemmons; one great-grandson, Jacob Taylor Lemmons; a great-great-granddaughter, Kelsey; and great-great-grandson, Kaleb. She is also survived by four great-nephews, Michael, Steven, Scott and Jerry Brown; and two great-nieces, Ellen Miller and Teresa Moody. Esther was preceded in death by her parents; two stepmothers; three brothers, Lester, Marvin and Glen; one sister, Onah L. Radke; and a niece, Donna Lee Howell.
A graveside service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004, at the Filer cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, at Farmer Funeral Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Chapel, 130 Ninth Ave. N., Buhl, Idaho.
Clinton Ross Blackwood
Filer
Clinton Ross Blackwood, 81, passed away at his home in Filer, Idaho, on Sept. 9, 2004, surrounded by his loved ones.
Clinton was born on July 12, 1923, in Canton, Okla., to Pearl Jim Blackwood and Flossie Julia Betty Blackwood. At the age of two, his family moved to Pocatello, Idaho. He attended school in Pocatello. He was inducted into the Army in March of 1942 and served in the 12th Armored Infantry driving a supply truck in Germany. He was in the Battle of the Bulge and the Normandy lnvasion and was awarded several medals. He mustered out of the Army in January 1946. He married
the sister of his Army buddy Leon Briggs, Donna Ellen Briggs on June 1, 1946, in Rigby, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized in the Boise Idaho LDS Temple in April 2003.
After their marriage, they lived briefly in Shoshone and then moved to Idaho Falls, where Clinton worked for Cream Top Dairy delivering milk. Working for the dairy he was transferred to Pocatello. He later obtained a job with the Union Pacific Railroad as a switchman. He worked in Pocatello and then transferred back to Idaho Falls in 1951, where he continued to work and live in the area. He bought a home in and became mayor of the newly incorporated city of Ammon. In 1955, he transferred to Twin Falls continuing to work at UPRR as switchman/brakeman. The family moved to Filer in 1963, where he has resided since. He retired from UPRR in 1987 as switch yard foreman after 37 years service.
He loved fishing and hunting and stories of his prowess reach nearly legendary proportions. He worked hard around the home and spent much of his time gardening and chopping wood. He loved his family. He especially adored his 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Ellen Blackwood; sons, Clint D. (Sheri) Blackwood of Filer, Charles Bradley Blackwood of Twin Falls; and daughter, Nancy Ellen Anthoney of Philomoth, Ore. His sister, Betty Thorpe of Twin Falls, and many nieces and nephews also survive him.
Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Carl Jesse; his brothers, Roy, Ray and Ralph; and a sister, V. Jay Murphy.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, at the Filer LDS Stake Center at the corner of Thurman and Midway in Filer, Idaho. Interment will follow at the Filer cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, 2004, at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls, Idaho.
Saragene Anderson Smith
Heyburn
Saragene Anderson Smith, a 66-year-old resident of Heyburn, formerly of Oakley, passed away Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, at her home.
Saragene was born Jan. 17, 1938, in Burley Idaho, in her Grandma Muggy's home. She was the oldest child of Ray and Margene Cranney Anderson. She married
the love of her life, Clifford Lowell Smith, on Sept. 19, 1958. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple. Saragene was a native Idahoan, who lived within 20 miles of where she was born her entire life.
She is survived by her loving husband, Cliff of Heyburn; and four children, Carmen (Tim) Garrard of Jerome, Todd (Zatelle) Smith of Heyburn, Soni (Mike) Petterson and Michelle (Steve) Allen, both from the Seattle, Wash., area. She has 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Saragene is also survived by four siblings, Tami, Jessie, Trent and Sheila.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and took much pride in her temple marriage and her four children being active in the church. Her children, husband and grandchildren were her pride and joy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Danny; her daughter-in-law, Tracie; and two grandsons, Tyler and Jadyn.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004, at the Oakley Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 301 N. Center Ave., with Bishop Randy Hardy officiating. Burial will be in Marion cemetery. Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday at Rasmussen Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., Burley, and from 10 until 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
The family suggests memorials be directed to the American Diabetes Association in care of Rasmussen Funeral Home.
Mildred I. Ray
Nampa
Mildred Ray, 97, of Nampa, passed away at her home on Friday, Sept. 10, 2004, of natural causes.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at Victory Christian Church, 504 Diamond St., (Sheridan and Diamond), Nampa, Idaho. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at the Elmwood cemetery in Gooding, Idaho. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel. Family will greet loved ones and friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Alsip & Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Ave. S., Nampa.
Mildred was born Aug. 14, 1907, at Baker City, Ore., to Lulu May and Dow Klinefelter. The family came by covered wagon to Filer, Idaho, when she was 3 years old. Mildred married
Owen Sullivan on Jan. 3, 1924. They farmed in the Wendell/Gooding area and were later divorced. Mildred married
Daniel P. Ray on Dec. 24, 1964. They lived in Wendell and later moved to Nampa after Dan's retirement to be close to doctors and family. Through the years Mildred has been through a lot of medical problems, including brain and back surgery, a colostomy and has suffered with the pain left from having the shingles, which damaged the nerves in her body. We want to give special recognition to her daughter, Betty, and granddaughter, Cheryl, for giving Mildred special care during her final months.
Mildred was a charter member of the Victory Christian Church of Nampa. Mildred had her own special chair reserved on Sundays. Everyone always lined up for her special hugs. Dave Tinney adopted Mildred and would always give her a ride to church on Sundays. During her illness when she was not able to attend church, Dave and/or Diane Tinney would bring a special message and give her communion each week. Friends and church members have given Mildred and her family lots of support.
Mildred's survivors are her daughter, Betty Hammer of Nampa; son, Donald D. Sullivan (Anne) of Nampa; daughter-in-law, Gloria Coffin of Reno, Nev.; step daughter, Colleen Carlson (Dick) of Seattle, Wash.; 17 grandchildren and step grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a nephew, Thurlow McCloud (Betty) and their four children and families.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Ray; daughter, Rita Ratcliff; son, Bus Sullivan; her parents, three sisters, and a brother.
The family would like to give special thanks to Mercy Medical Center Hospice staff for the loving care and concern given to Mildred.

David Ronald Jones
David Ronald Jones, 56 years old, passed away Sept. 7, 2004, in his home in Washington state after a five-month battle with cancer.
Dave was born Feb. 1, 1948, in Twin Falls, Idaho, the son of Ron and Margaret Jones. He attended Kimberly schools and a Boeing drafting school in Boise.
He married
Alyse Tolman and they had two daughters, Robin and Raquel. They were divorced and he married
JoEllen Mayer from which twin daughters, Stacey and Nicole were born, followed by another daughter, Tiffany, and a son, Michael.
Dave was a construction engineer whose work took him along the west coast from California north to Prince Rupert, British Colombia. He enjoyed his work, especially bridges which included railway bridges over the Columbia and his most enjoyable bridge, the Highway 205 bridge over the Columbia at Portland. At the time of his death he was the general manager/engineer for the L L Lindberg Construction company at Vancouver, Wash.
At his request there will be no funeral services. His ashes will be scattered in the Salmon River in the Stanley basin where he and his parents and siblings fished and hunted as he was growing up. The Salmon flows into the Snake River and on to the Columbia and the ocean where he will be close to the hundreds of friends he has made throughout the years.
Dave is survived by his mother, Margaret Jones; his sisters, PJ, Jennifer and Tink, all of Kimberly; his children and 12 grandchildren living in Camas and Washoughal, Wash.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one grandson, Mathew.
