Mr. William T. ``Bill" Bacon Jr., 71, of Martinez, died Monday, June 29, 1998, at Columbia Augusta Medical Center.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum with the Rev. Marion Jay officiating.
Mr. Bacon, a native of Covington, was a maintenance supervisor with E.I. DuPont, Inc. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was past commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3200. He was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Vera Nell Bacon; one son, William T. Bacon III; one daughter, Navia Wilhelm; one step-son, S.R. Wooten; one sister, Ethel Porterfield; and eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Morgan, a native of Aiken, was an assistant principal. He was a graduate of Martha Schofield High School, Claflin College, Orangeburg, S.C., and Howard University, Washington. He was a member of Mount Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Montmorenci, and attended Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church.
Survivors include his wife, Constantine Morgan; and one sister, Ivy Miller, Aiken.

Mrs. Radford, a native of Murfreesboro, Ark., was a retired civil servant from Fort Gordon and a Baptist.

NORTH AUGUSTA -- Mr. Caesar W. ``Cecil" Rourk Sr., 84, of 417 West Woodlawn Ave., died Tuesday, June 30, 1998, at University Hospital.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at North Augusta Southern Methodist Church with the Rev. H.B. Johnston officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hill cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery.
Mr. Rourk, a native of Atlanta, was a retired Southern Methodist Minister and had retired as a machinist from Charleston Naval Shipyard. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, Shriner, former Toastmaster, and a member of North Augusta Southern Methodist Church. He served on the North Augusta Town Council and formerly operated North Augusta Mercantile Co.
Survivors include two sons, C. Wilson Rourk Jr., Waverly, Tenn., and Henry B. Rourk, Fairburn, Ga.; one daughter, Rebecca Scupin, North Augusta; one sister, Margaret Moore, Mobile, Ala.; and 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.

Mr. Sanders, a native of Campania, Ga., was a retired sleep car porter for New York Central Railroad. He was a 1927 graduate of Walker Baptist Institute and a member of Springfield Baptist Church.
Survivors include three sisters, Alta Ruth Pinckney, Dorothy S. Cummings, and Ruby S. Green, all of Augusta.
