The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Gloverville, with the Rev. John Lawlor officiating. Burial will be in Graniteville cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery.
Mr. Franklin, a native of Langley, was retired from Graniteville Co. and was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus, Aiken.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Woodward Franklin; one son, Richard ``Ricky" Franklin, Graniteville; two daughters, Pam McKee, Gloverville, and Dee Cofer, Wagener; one brother, Nolan C. ``Billy" Franklin, Pompano Beach, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be members of Knights of Columbus.

Mr. Jackson, a native of Greene County, was retired from Chipman-Union Manufacturing as a knitter and was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Irene Walker Jackson; two sons, Wayne Jackson, Union Point, and Stan Jackson, Murfreesboro, Tenn.; one daughter, Marsha Jackson Swann, Union Point; three sisters, Evelyn Jackson Webb, Woodville, Rebecca Jackson Deaton, Auburn, and Martha Jackson Harwell, Crawfordville; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ed Dingler, Olin Griffin, Kenneth Stewart, Pete Underwood, Ronnie Yearwood and Bud Tuggle.
