AIKEN -- Mr. Thomas ``Wayne" Rhoden, 58, of 3519 Westmont Drive, died Friday, May 1, 1998, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Napier Funeral Home, Graniteville, with the Rev. Kenneth Rhoden officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens, Graniteville.
Mr. Rhoden, a native of Aiken, had retired from Metal Skills Co. as a machinist. He was an Army veteran and a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Graniteville.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Wheeler Rhoden; a son, Gregg W. Rhoden, Aiken; two daughters, Karen Carpenter and Tracy White, both of Aiken; two brothers, Kenneth Rhoden, Greenville, and Jack B. Rhoden, Johnston; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chris Medlin, Sam Wheeler Jr., Bruce Hewston, Mike Wheeler, Donald Wheeler, Brian Rhoden, Ricky Rhoden and Mike Rhoden.

He was a charter member and deacon emeritus of Morningside Baptist Church.
