ATLANTA -- Mrs. Phyllis Bailey Bryan, 95, of 3747 Peachtree Road N.E., died Friday, March 20, 1998, at Lenbrook Square.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. today at First Presbyterian Church, Union Point, with the Rev. Kevin Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Wisteria cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery, Union Point.
Mrs. Bryan, a native of Shelbina, Mo., was a homemaker and a charter member and former president of the Union Point Garden Club. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Union Point, where she was a member, former president and treasurer of the Women of the Church, and served on the hostess committee.
Survivors include a son, F. Sibley Bryan Jr.; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lanier Rhodes, W.H. Rhodes Jr., Ed Corry, Dave Heffner, Frank Barnes and Tim Bramlett.
Honorary pallbearers will be current and former elders of First Presbyterian Church, Union Point.

Jack, a native of Baldwin County, was a student at Baldwin High School, Milledgeville.

Mrs. Judy H. Frazier, 54, of 3108 Wyman St., died Friday, March 20, 1998, at University Hospital.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Poteet Funeral Home, Peach Orchard Road, with the Rev. Jeff Hines officiating. Burial will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown.
Mrs. Frazier, a native of Louisville, was a retired bookkeeper and a member of First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include two sons, Gene R. Frazier Jr. and Lanny L. Frazier, both of Augusta; two daughters, Paula Gregory, Dearing, and Shannon Campbell, Augusta; her mother, Louise Poole, Augusta; one brother, John Lamar Howell Jr., McBean, GA.; two sisters, Brenda Burr, Trenton, S.C., and Linda Fuechsel, Augusta; and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Willie Will Garrett, 74, of 601 Macon Ave., died Thursday, March 19, 1998, at Salem Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The funeral will be at noon Tuesday at Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church with the Rev. Larry Hudson Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Southview cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery.
Mr. Garrett, a native of Grovetown, was a surveyor. He was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War, had retired after 29 years of service, and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a member of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Mavin Garrett; two daughters, Tammie A. Garrett and Tanya W. Garrett; and a brother, Julius Garrett.
Pallbearers will be members of a military honor guard.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Nobelites Social Club.

Mr. Hannah, a native of Jefferson County, had retired as a construction worker. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Bulah Hannah; three sons, Otis Hannah Jr., Blythe, Thomas Hannah, Augusta, and Lonnie Cunningham, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; three daughters, Loretta Winfrey and Sandra Hannah, both of Keysville, and Pamela Hannah, Hephzibah; his mother, Mattie Hannah, Wrens; two brothers, Marshall Hannah, Wrens, and Cephus Hannah, Alabama; five sisters, Dianne Hannah, Margaret Nelson, Juanita Hannah and Bobbie Farmer, all of Wrens, and Shirley Bell, Beverly, N.J.; and 22 grandchildren.

EDGEFIELD, S.C. -- Mrs. Etta Lawson Logue, 72, of 12 Harling Road, died Saturday, March 21, 1998, at her residence.

Mrs. Logue, a native of Pineville, Ky., had retired as a teacher in Kentucky and South Carolina schools. She was a member and Sunday school teacher at Little Stevens Creek Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Women's Missionary Union. She was a past president of the Edgefield Baptist Association.
Survivors include her husband, J. Wallace Logue; a son, Kenneth Logue, Idaho Falls, Idaho; three daughters, Sharon Whittle, Edgefield, Delores Weaver, Montreal, and Carolyn Logue, Rock Hill; and nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Billy Logue, John Frank Logue, Jimmy Logue, William Bryan, Dwight Bledsoe and Tony Isbell.

Mr. Quarles, a native of Saluda County, had retired from DuPont at the Savannah River Plant after 37 years of service. He was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lessie Ruth Salter Quarles; a son, Darrell Robert Quarles, Saluda; two daughters, Sherry Coleman, Saluda, and Patricia Morgan, Harvest, Ala.; and seven grandchildren.
