The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at McDonald Baptist Church with the Revs. Roan Powell and Sonny Mason officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery" target="_blank">cemetery.
Ms. Waters, a native of Screven County, was a homemaker and a member of McDonald Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, W. Ronnie Waters, Sylvania; two daughters, Bernice W. Griner and Sarah W. Aaron, both of Sylvania; one sister, Vernon Bassett, Perkins; and 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

ALLENDALE, S.C. -- Mrs. Betty Elmore Myers, 47, of 447 Robin St., died Monday, Feb. 9, 1998, at Providence Hospital, Columbia.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Ervington Baptist Church with the Rev. W.H. Burison officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery" target="_blank">cemetery.
Mrs. Myers, a native of Allendale County, was a counselor with Bamberg Job Corp and a member of Ervington Baptist Church, where she was a member of the choir.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Myers; two sons, Carey Elmore, Augusta, and Bobby G. Seabrook, Atlanta; one daughter, Pamela Priester, Hampton, Va.; one stepson, Lavel Moore, Ulmer; one stepdaughter, Pamela Priester, Allendale; her father, Eugene Elmore, Allendale; two brothers, Eugene Elmore Jr. and George Elmore, both of Allendale; five sisters, Julia Jackson and Sarah Drayton, both of Allendale, Annie O'Callahan, Columbus, Ohio, Mary Ritter, Fairfax, and Geneva Elmore, Orangeburg; and nine grandchildren.

Mrs. Hammond, a native of Edgefield County, was a homemaker and a member of Red Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Bob Lee Hammond and F. Bettis Hammond, both of Edgefield; two daughters, Myrtle H. Anderson, Aiken, and June H. McKinnon, Columbia; and eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Jernigan, a native of Baxley, Ga., was a homemaker and a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church. She was a member of Consolation Baptist Church, Baxley, where she served as pianist and Sunday school teacher. She was a retired teacher.
Survivors include three sons, Charles Jernigan and Handy Jernigan, both of Brunswick, Ga., and Danny Jernigan, North Augusta; three daughters, Sarah Williams and Linda Gillespie, both of North Augusta, and Shelba Stone, Graham, Ga.; and 17 grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, five stepgreat-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Mr. Howard Everett Graybill, 82, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 1998, at Columbia Augusta Medical Center.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Aldersgate United Methodist Church with the Revs. Grady Wigley and Coy Hinton officiating. Burial will be in Westover Memorial Park.
Mr. Graybill, a native of Augusta, was a retired warrant officer with the Navy and a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, where he was a member of Dialogue Sunday School Class. He was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Scottish Rite Temple and Friends of the Library. He was a 32nd degree Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy L. Graybill; one son, Stephen L. Graybill, Lindley, Ohio; one brother, Veryl Graybill, Mobile, Ala.; one sister, Maxine Barney, Joplin, Mo.; and one grandchild.

Mrs. Manning, a native of Jefferson County, was retired from King Mill and was a member of McBean Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Freddie Manning, Augusta; two daughters, Annette Hall, Lincolnton, and Joyce Hornsby, Macon; three sisters, Irene Williford, North Augusta, Mary Caraway, Augusta, and Hattie Martin, Waynesboro; and 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
