GRANITEVILLE -- Mr. David Dewayne Tager, 41, of 204 Kalmia Apartments, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 1998, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Napier Funeral Home with the Rev. David Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens, Langley.
Mr. Tager, a native of Aiken County, was a Baptist.
Survivors include three sons, Brad Tager and Shane Tager, both of Graniteville, and Dewayne Tager, Edgefield; four brothers, George Tager, Springfield, Allen Tager, Columbia, Jack Tager, Gaston, and Bennie Tager, Texas; and two sisters, Susan Chapman, Warrenville, and Dessie Boles, Pelion.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Tager, Carl Chapman, Steve Zorn, Johnny Chapman, Jeff Tager and Alvin Duncan.

Mr. Charles Turman

HEPHZIBAH -- Mr. Charles P. Turman, 46, of 3728 Woodcock Drive, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 1998, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Nathaniel Irvin officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Turman, a native of Augusta, was a counselor and a member of Cumming Grove Baptist Church. He was a graduate of John M. Tutt High School and Winston Salem State University, where he was a member of the band.
The family said he loved children and committed himself to counseling youth and encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Turman; three sons, Charles R. Turman, Jason Turman and Justin Turman, all of Augusta; two daughters, Chelse Turman and Brandi Turman, both of Augusta; his parents, Robert P. and Juanita Turman, Augusta; two brothers, Joel Turman, Oceanside, Calif., and Robert N. Turman, Evans; three sisters, Mattie ``Betty" Jones and Teresa Jones, both of Decatur, and Lisa Duncan, Augusta; and one grandchild.

Mr. Paul N. Williams, of 2022 Lamar Road, died Monday, Jan. 26, 1998, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Wards Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church with the Rev. C.W. Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olive Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Williams, a native of Richmond County, was retired from the Army as a specialist. He was a 1962 graduate of Lucy C. Laney High School and a member of the Aries Club, where he served as president. He had been employed by the Medical College of Georgia.
Survivors include his wife, Mary J. Williams; one son, Cosmos L. McCullough, Augusta; one daughter, Pamela Williams, Augusta; one sister, Mary Lewis, Augusta; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be members of the Army.

WARRENVILLE -- Mrs. Eloise Cook Brunson, 77, of 144 Golf Course Road, died Sunday, Jan. 25, 1998, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.

Mrs. Brunson, a native of Savannah, had lived in Warrenville since 1976. She had retired from the circulation department of The Aiken Standard. She was a member of Christ's Way Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband, Calvin Brunson; a son, Carl Lewis Grizzard, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a daughter, Carol Ann Hall, Clearwater; a brother, Leroy Cook, Savannah; a sister, Elenor DeBerry, Savannah; and four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Hedglin, a native of Kankakee, Ill., was a mobile home technician.

Her family said Ms. Hightower dedicated her life to helping others.
