ALBANY, Ga. -- Mrs. Patricia Bishop Bean, 53, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 1998, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sherwood Baptist Church with the Revs. Tony Haefs and Matt Danuser officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Westover Memorial Park, Augusta.
Mrs. Bean, a native of Charleston, S.C., was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church, where she was a member of Al Hatcher Sunday school class. She had worked for Sears, Robuck and Co.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Phillip ``Phil" Bean Sr.; one son, Charles Phillip Bean Jr., Albany; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Quiton Bishop; two brothers, Lamar Bishop, Augusta, and Richard Lowe, North Augusta.

WASHINGTON, Ga. -- Mrs. Sara Amanda Darracott Bobo, 82, of 3637 Tignall Road, died Monday, Jan. 12, 1998 at McDuffie County Hospital, Thomson.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Tignall Baptist Church cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery, Tignall, with the Rev. Dale Fincher officiating.
Mrs. Bobo, a native of Wilkes County, was a homemaker and a member of Tignall Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Graydon Bobo Jr., Washington; three daughters, Anne Henderson, Thomson, Jean Sayer, Lexington, and Carol Groome, Carrollton; two sisters, Katie Dyar and Mildred Barnett, both of Washington; and eight grandchildren.

MILLEN, Ga. -- Mrs. Annie Kilpatrick Brinson, 61, of 3900 Georgia Highway 23 S., died Monday, Jan. 12, 1998, at her residence.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at West Millen Baptist Church with the Revs. Steve Golden, Perry Hearns and D.R. Parker officiating. Burial will be in Bennett Family cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery.
Mrs. Brinson, a native of Burke County, was co-owner of Brinson Barbecue and was retired from Jockey International with the packing department. She was a member of Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Brinson; three sons, Matt Brinson, Steve Brinson and Danny Brinson, all of Millen; two daughters, Stacy B. Allen and Teresa Brinson, both of Millen; her mother, Annie Mae Kilpatrick, Waynesboro; one brother, Glen F. Kilpatrick, Waynesboro; two sisters, Frances K. Delaigle, Waynesboro, and Vivian K. Maddox, Maryland; and seven grandchildren.

Mrs. Christa Hanke Brown, of 2812 Joy Road, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 1998, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital.

Mrs. Brown, a native of Nuremberg, Germany, was retired from Medical College of Georgia and was a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
The family said she is compared to a rose, with much beauty, warmth and love.
Survivors include two sons, Bobby Yazell, Colorado, and Dean Yazell, Florida; two daughters, Sharon Sturgis and Shirley Evans, both of Augusta; two brothers, Werner Hanke and Reimond Hanke, both of Germany; two sisters, Barbara Woetsmayer and Ramona Bartson, both of Germany; and nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Johnnie G. Davis, 73, of 1917 Fairway Drive, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 1998, at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Silvercrest Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard J. Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Davis, a native of Wrightsville, Ga., was an engineer with Lily Tulip and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 205 and Silvercrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Davis; four daughters, Johnnie McDaniel and Connie Sanderson, both of Augusta, Patsy Tate, Grovetown, and Kathy Morgan, Walterboro, S.C.; one brother, James W. Davis, Orlando, Fla.; four sisters, Jeanette Tanner, Juanita Cofer and Ann Rabun, all of Louisville, Ga., and Sadie Sammons, Ray City, Ga.; and seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. David Preston Hutto, 76, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 1998, in Augusta.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Pratt Hutto cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery, Baxley, Ga., with the Revs. Robert Warren and Charles Clayton officiating.
Mr. Hutto, a native of Baxley, had retired as an engineer with the Georgia Department of Transportation and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Methodist Church, Baxley, the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include two sons, Christopher Stanley Hutto, Baxley, and Ronnie Hutto, Augusta; one daughter, Rosalyn H. Mosley, Baxley; three sisters, Mattie Hutto Branch, Jackson, Juanita Hutto Purcell, Baxley, and Geneva Hutto Holland, North Augusta; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

ATHENS, Ga. -- Mrs. Vera Gunn Kinzey, 78, of 155 N. Homewood Drive, died Monday, Jan. 12, 1998, at her residence.

Mrs. Kinzey, a native of McDuffie County, was an educator with Georgia public schools and the University of Georgia, where she had retired in 1982 as an assistant professor in the college of education.
Survivors include two sons, Robert B. Kinzey Jr. and Dennis W. Kinzey, both of Athens; one daughter, Anita Kinzey Sharpe, Athens; and three grandchildren.

Gary, a native of Augusta, was a pupil at Blakeney Elementary School and a member of the Webelos and St. James United Methodist Church. He played Little League baseball.
Survivors include his parents, Gary Wayne Melton Jr. and Karen D. Melton, Blythe; one brother, Kyle Anderson Melton, Blythe; his paternal grandparents, Gary and Sue Melton Sr., Blythe; his maternal grandfather, Bill Dodgen, Hephzibah; and his great-grandparents, Jim and Christine Bryant, Augusta.

MARIETTA, Ga. -- Mrs. Ellen B. Runde, 72, died Friday, Jan. 9, 1998.
A memorial service was held Monday at St. James Episcopal Church with the Rev. Paul Elliott officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery" target="_blank">cemetery.
Mrs. Runde, a native of Augusta, was a founding member of the Augusta Players and had been program director of WTNT radio station. She was a puppeteer with Augusta's Puppet Playhouse. She was a graduate of Tubman High School and University of Georgia. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, a longtime member of the American Flag Chapter and the District of Columbia Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include her husband, Fred J. Runde; one son, Fred J. Rude III, Acworth; two daughters, Charlotte Runde Cantrell, Chapel Hill, N.C., and Eleanor Runde LeViner, Woodstock; and two grandchildren.
