ATLANTA - Services for Little Henry Joiner will be at 1 p.m. today in Greater Bethlehem Baptist Church, Forest Park, with burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Joiner, 61, died Sunday, April 25, 1999. Born in Butler, he was the son of the late Kacy and Emma Joiner. He was formerly employed by General Motors.
Survivors include his wife, Matilda Joiner; children, Brenda Joiner, Sheila Parker and Stanley Joiner, all of Atlanta; brothers and sisters, Willie C. Joiner, Bobby C. Joiner, Robert L. Joiner, Kacy Joiner, Evangelist Mozell Hubbard, Pastor Gladolia Slaton, Louvenia Coleman and Thelma Hinton, all of Atlanta, and Morris Joiner of Chicago; and six grandchildren.

WARNER ROBINS - Services for Albert Jones Jr. will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Nelson's Memorial Mortuary with burial in Ferguson Memorial Garden Cemetery. Jones died Sunday, April 25, 1999, in a local hospital. Born in Sumter County, he was the son of the late Albert Smith Sr. He was a brick mason and former member of New Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Jones; children, Jacquelyn King of Americus, and Homer Barlor and Alphonso Jones, both of Gainesville, Fla.; mother, Aggie Mae Smith of Detroit; sisters and brothers, Merlene Faulk of Cincinnati, Ohio, Willie Mae Collins, Mary Ann Collins, Johnny Williams, Freddy Williams and Cecil Williams, all of Detroit, and Lester Smith III of Warner Robins; and six grandchildren.
Lucius Jordan Sr.
Services for Lucius Jordan Sr. will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Hutchings Funeral Home with burial in Saints Rest Cemetery. Jordan, 67, died Monday, April 26, 1999, at his residence after a brief illness. Born in Houston County, he was the son of the late Willie Jordan Sr. and and Beatrice Mathis Jordan. He was a Korean War veteran and served in the Army Reserve. He was formerly employed as a fork-lift driver at Robins Air Force Base and was a supervisor at Macon Builders Supply for 30 years. He was president of the New Associated Men's Social & Savings Club.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine Jordan; children, Gladys Mae Jordan of Wenford, Del., and Pamela D. Wright, Carol M. Survivors include her son, William Everett Patrick of Macon and Charles Russell Patrick III of Jackson, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Turley, 54, died Wednesday, April 21, 1999, in Providence. She was the daughter of the late Rebecca Brooks. She worked at Smithsfield Nursing Home. She was a member of House Hold of Faith Church. She was a member of Elks Lodge, Harriet Tillman Temple No. 59, IBPOEW Oret Labor, A.H. Liberty Pass Daughter Ruler Council.

BARBERTON, Ohio - Services for Mary V. Ulichney will be at 9 a.m. today in Hahn Funeral Home, Barberton, with entombment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Ulichney, 84, died Monday, April 26, 1999. Born in Akron, Ohio, she graduated from the University of Akron and was a member of Tau Kappa Phi sorority. The widow of George Ulichney, she worked at JCPenney and was a substitute teacher for Akron public schools. She was a member of the AARP, Kenmore Senior Citizens, Slovak Catholic Sokol Wreath No. 103 and Jednota Lodge No. 191. She was a member of Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, St. Anne's Society and Rosary Society.
Survivors include her brother, Al Gerhardt of Macon; nephews, Al Gerhardt Jr. and Robert Gerhardt, both of Macon, and Joseph Gerhardt of Barberton.

ASHBURN - Services for Clifford H. Ward will be at 2 p.m. today in Rocky Mount Cemetery. Ward, 76, died Tuesday, April 27, 1999. Born in Turner County, he was the son of the late John and Edith Ward. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Voncile Ward; son, the Rev. Bobby Ward Sr. of Vienna; sisters, Dot Farmer of Sycamore, Mary Rainew of Albany, Lilla Sparta of Ashburn and Delorna Nelson of Conyers; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Florine Way
MANCHESTER, N.H. - Services for Florine Lehman "Flo" Way will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Riverside Cemetery, Macon. Way, 87, died Saturday, April 3, 1999. Born in Jacksonville, Fla., she was the daughter of the late Warren L. and Lila Palmer Lehman. She was a teacher in Jefferson and Dade counties. She received a master's degree from Florida State University in 1959 and was an assistant professor and teacher for several years. In 1965 she originated, designed and developed the DOVAC System of teaching reading and was project director for field tests in Monticello, Fla. In 1976 she was invited by Gov. Meldrim Thomson Jr. to consult on reading programs at the youth development center, where she received a service contract to provide the DOVAC System. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.
She is survived by several cousins, including Emma H. Puryear of Macon.

Paul Whidby Sr.
Services for Paul Urias Whidby Sr. will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Bridges Funeral Home, Gray, with burial in Cedar Ridge Cemetery, Gray. Whidby, 73, died Tuesday, April 27, 1999, in a local hospital. He was the son of the late John and Lema Whidby. He was a heavy equipment operator, retired from Martin-Marietta. He was a member of Elam Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Whidby; children, Paul Whidby Jr. of Jones County, Johnny Whidby and Tammie Whidby, both of Macon, Paulette Lyles of Crawfordville, Fla., Shirley Brett of Jupiter, Fla., and Debra Long of Milledgeville; sisters, Mildred Miller of Haddock and Beatrice Chalker of Gibson; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
