Kimberly Reigh Yurek-Askew
Kimberly Reigh Yurek-Askew, age 45, of Stockbridge, Georgia died November 14, 2005. Mrs. Askew was born
May 22, 1960 in Claremont, New Hampshire, the daughter of William and Reigh (Howard) Yurek. She attended Calvary Baptist Church in Claremont, attended Claremont Schools and graduated from Stevens High School in 1978. She attended Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire for her freshman year then transferred to Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and graduated in 1982 with a degree in Sociology. She worked for Macy’s Department Stores in Kansas and was transferred to Atlanta after several years in Overland Park, Kansas. She then went to work for Delta Technologies where she was a Director of Human Resources. While in Kansas, she was involved with the Big Brother-Big Sister Program and continued doing so in Georgia. She had a special little Sister, Iesha White, that she became very close to. Kim enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time with her many loving friends. She will be sadly missed by all of her dear friends and co-workers and all who loved her. She had a lot of compassion and found life enjoyable and very rewarding. She was preceded in death by her father in 2004.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Darryl Askew; son, Maxwell Askew; mother, Reigh Yurek of Vero Beach, Florida; sister, Vanessa (Mrs. Deane) Clark of Sebastian, Florida; brother, Kevin Yurek of Santa Rosa, California; nephews, Corey and Spenser Clark, and Zackary Yurek; mother-in-law, Thelma Baptiste; father-in-law, John Askew; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; one very special uncle, Wendall Howard of Prince George, Virginia; and a very special aunt, Wanda Bresell of Claremont, New Hampshire.
Services were held November 18 in the chapel of Cannon Cleveland, with Dr. Robert Brown and Bishop Christopher Askew officiating. Interment Eastlawn Memorial Park. Mary A. Pair
Mary A. Pair, age 88, of Stockbridge, Georgia died November 15, 2005. Mrs. Pair was born
in Henry County, the daughter of the late John R. and Nora Patillo Puckett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vester Pair, Sr.; son, John Riley Pair; brothers, Coleman, T.R., and Cleve Puckett; sisters, Estelle Reagan, and Dora Puckett.
She is survived by her son, Vester Pair, Jr. of Stockbridge; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Terry M. Uhl
Terry M. Uhl, age 59, of McDonough, Georgia died November 15, 2005. Mr. Uhl was born
in Alexandria, Virginia, the son of Charles Curtis and the late Betty J. Mosher Uhl.
He is survived by his wife, Lenora Hines Uhl; daughter, Tawnia (Alan) Clymer of Ft. Worth, Texas ; sons, Kevin Uhl of Kaufman, Texas , and Mark Uhl of McDonough; step-daughter, Heather (Nick) Harris of Ada, Oklahoma; father, Charles Curtis Uhl of Lizella; and sister, Kathy (Ken) Pettys of Macon.
Services were held November 18 at the Lizella Baptist Church Cemetery, in Lizella, with Pastor Rob McDaniel officiating. Emily Pitts Gibson
Emily Pitts Gibson, age 82, of Hampton, Georgia died November 7, 2005. Mrs. Gibson was born
October 6, 1923 in Grantville, the daughter of Lillie and Sam Pitts. She moved from Charlotte, North Carolina to Georgia in 1993. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hampton and was a member of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Woodrow Gibson; son, Alex Gibson; sisters, Mary Martin and Maude Stinson.
She is survived by her children, Richard and Linda Gibson of Hampton, LaVerne House of Griffin, Nelson Gibson of Charlotte, North Carolina, Teresa and Everett Travis of Little River, South Carolina, Mary Ann and Steve DeLuca of Mathews, North Carolina, Veronica Gibson of Charlotte; sisters, Hazel Kent of Hampton, Ruth Cranford of Griffin; brother, James Pitts of Paris, Texas ; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Marian Daisy Dorsey Paulk
Marian Daisy Dorsey Paulk, age 81, of McDonough, Georgia died November 8, 2005. Mrs. Paulk was born
September 16, 1924 in Richmond, Virginia, the daughter of the late Daisy Jones and Francis F. Dorsey. She was better known to her family and friends
as "Nanny", and a person who enjoyed children, cooking. Her specialty was potato salad. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by a son, Vernon Aaron Paulk; sisters, Delores Kenny, and Winfred Wakefield; and brother, Hugh F. Dorsey.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Vernon G. Paulk of McDonough; daughter-in-law, Connie Paulk of McDonough; grandchildren, Mickey Paulk and Chris Paulk of McDonough; great grandchildren, Josh Paulk, Trevor Paulk, and Madison Paulk of McDonough; brother, Kenny Dorsey of Blairsville; sisters, Betty Campbell of McDonough, and Pat Blackman of Gillesville; nieces and nephews.

Larry H. Bryan
Larry H. Bryan, age 63, of McDonough, Georgia died November 10, 2005. Mr. Bryan was born
November 28, 1941 in Fulton County, the son of the late Elbert Francis Bryan. He served his country in the U.S. Navy, retired after 37 years with AT&T, and attended Salem Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ginger Bryan of McDonough; son and daughter-in-law, Sean and Jennifer Bryan of Colorado; daughter and fiancé, Debbi Gorby and Russell Hicks of McDonough; grandchildren, Brandy Gorby, Taylor, Austin, and Emma Bryan.

Donald Jack Forrestor
Donald Jack Forrestor, age 71, of Locust Grove, Georgia died November 14, 2005. Mr. Forrestor was born
in Mt. View, the son of the late Anson Webster and Sara Lillian Bankston Forrestor.
He is survived by his wife, Zora Ruth Forrestor of Locust Grove; and stepchildren, Denise Smith of Locust Grove; Dennis Smith of Mount Airy, Maryland, Carla Smith, and Smokey Smith, both of Locust Grove.

Bill Carryl
Bill Carryl, age 58, of McDonough, Georgia died October 31, 2005. Mr. Carryl was born
in Miami, Florida, the son of the late Henry William and Honey Means Carryl. He attended Community Bible Church, was a member of the Corvette Car Club, and a certified scuba diver. He enjoyed the outdoors and working in the yard. He was a loving husband, father and brother and lived life to the fullest.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Carryl; daughter, Natalie Carryl of Orlando, Florida; sister, Lisa Carryl of Fayetteville; nephews, Erik and Kristian Bludau; stepdaughter, Tamarah Henderson; and his four-legged son, “Bailey”.

Andrew Jackson Williams, Sr.
Andrew Jackson “Jack” Williams, Sr., age 76, of DeLand Florida, formerly of Stockbridge, Georgia, died November 1, 2005. Mr. Williams was born
September 24, 1929 in Keysville. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He owned Williams Jewelry and was a devoted watchmaker whose career lasted 55 years. He also served as president of the Watchmaker Association of Georgia for 24 years.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ann Williams; sons, Brian Williams of Orange City, Flor-ida, Andrew Williams, Jr., of McDonough; daughter, Debra Bryan of Kissimmee, Florida; sister, Florine Beckum of Louisville; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Carolyn B. Lord, age 66, of Stockbridge, Georgia died November 2, 2005. Mrs. Lord was born
in Atlanta, the daughter of the late Charlie and Daisy Grimes. She was a loving mother and nanny.
She is survived by her children, Wanda and Dell McAuliffe of Jackson, Gary M. and Sherry D. Brooks, Sr. of Stockbridge, Sharon and Glenn Dukes of Arizona, Luke and Kay Phillips, II, of Hampton; brother, Charles Grimes of Conyers; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
