Margaret Mary (Boyd) Stephens
Margaret Mary (Boyd) Stephens, age 66, of Stockbridge, Georgia died recently. Mrs. Stephens was born
on May 28, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Gleason) Boyd. Margaret married
Robert M. Stephens on June 16, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois and he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and also worked as a lunch room attendant in various schools in Illinois. She was a nurses’ aide at the former Westbury Nursing Home in McDonough, and enjoyed going to yard sales. She was also perceded in death by her grandson, Justin Stephens.
She is survived by her children, Randy (Marcie) Stephens of Jackson, Laura Allen of McDonough, Donald (Donna) Stephens of Tillatoba, Mississippi, Thomas Stephens of Forest Park, Eugene Stephens of Stockbridge, Michael Stephens of McDonough, Gordon Stephens of Griffin; sisters, Luella (Richard) Berry of Michigan, Jacqueline (Ronald) Thomas of Frankfort, Illinois; 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Services were held January 6 in the chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, with Senior Minister, Rev. Paul Leslie officiating. Interment Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
Clayton Lucien Miller
Clayton Lucien Miller, age 73, of Locust Grove, Georgia was born
on February 25, 1932 in LaSalle, Michigan. Mr. Miller died Friday, December 30. He was preceded in death by his father, Clayton H. Miller; his mother, Mary Rose Miller (Brown); and his brother, Ellsworth J. Miller.
He is survived by his seven children, Michele Rose, James Miller, Patricia and Roger Raven, Debra and Charles Segura, Mike and Maureen Miller, Jason Miller and Jeremy and Dominique Miller; thirteen grandchildren; and a sister, Sarah
and George Baker.

Raymond Connell Yates
Raymond Connell Yates, age 68, of Moultrie, Georgia died December 31, 2005. Mr. Yates was born
April 2, 1937 in Colquitt County. He attended Hopewell Baptist Church, was a Mason and a Shriner. He was retired from the DeKalb Government where he was the Fleet Supervisor for Maintenance of Police and Fire vehicles.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Marion Johnson Yates of Moultrie; parents, O’Stella Connell and John Jurie Yates; son, Ray Gene Yates and wife Kathy of Stone Mountain; daughters, Jeanette Laquita Vice of McDonough, Cynthia Mahaffey and friend Lorie Mills of Cookville, Tennessee; brothers, Willie B. Yates and wife Lucy, and Lynwood Yates and wife Diane, all of Moultrie; sisters, Elizabeth Yates Bynum of Moultrie, and Bernice Blackburn and husband John of McDonough; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held January 8 at Hopewell Baptist Church in Moultrie, with Rev. Carl Felts officiating. Interment Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery. Cobb Funeral Chapel of Moultrie, (229)-985-3704, in charge of arrangements.
Linda C. McNulty
Linda C. McNulty, age 74, of McDonough, Georgia died January 5, 2006. Mrs. McNulty was born
December 20, 1931 in South Korea, the daughter of the late Sok Kyu Choe and Mai Son Kim. She was preceded in death by her husband, James McNulty in 1997.
She is survived by her son, Young Narn Han of Tucker; grandchildren, Chang Hee Han of Lawrenceville, Nam Hee Han of Tucker, and Sun Hee Han of Suwanee; three great-grandchildren; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dr. Patrick A. McNulty and Cheryl Lynne Canavier of Kenner, Louisiana.
Services were held January 10 in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with Pastor Daniel Jin officiating. Interment Haisten/ Eastlawn Memorial Park. Haisten Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
David Clark Adamson, Sr.
David Clark Adamson, Sr., age 58, of Macon, Georgia died January 5, 2006. Mr. Adamson was retired from AFFES at Fort Gillem after 18 years.
He is survived by his son, David Clark Anderson, Jr. of Valdosta; sister, Betty Jo Alls of Rex; brother, Dean Adamson and wife Debra of Stockbridge; uncle, Willard Allen of Rex; and several nephews.
Services were held January 8 at Morrow Cemetery. Horis A.Ward Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mary L. Phillips
Mary L. Phillips, age 86, of McDonough, Georgia died Jan-uary 5, 2006. Mrs. Phillips was born
in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, the daughter of the late Raymond Howard and Audrey May Cline Robbs. She enjoyed painting and crochet, and loved playing golf throughout the U.S. with her husband of 54 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie L. Kirtley of Tuscumbia, Alabama; son, Gary R. (Donna) Phillips of McDonough; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren .

Caroline Lynn Walker
Caroline Lynn Walker, infant daughter of Todd and Sonya Walker of McDonough, Georgia died January 6, 2006. Caroline was born
November 5, 2005.
She is surved by her parents; big sisters, Katherine and Elizabeth; maternal grandparents, Pat and Johnny Freeman of Covington; paternal grandparents, Fred and Patricia Walker of Hampton; aunts and uncles, John and Jeffrey Freeman, Jennifer and Lee Parish, all of Covington, Traci Lynn Walker of Locust Grove, and Terry Walker of Atlanta.
Services were held January 8 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Hampton, with Rev. Mike Henderson officiating. Interment Lawnwood Memorial Park in Covington. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Scottish Rite Hospital, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, 1001 Johnson Ferry Road, Atlanta, Georgia, 30342 in memory of Baby Caroline. J.W. Gober
J.W. Gober, age 76, of Locust Grove, Georgia died January 7, 2006. Mr. Gober was born
in Atlanta, the son of the late General Jackson Gober and Bessie Tibbett Gober. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Scrub Creek Baptist Church in Cross City, Florida. He enjoyed watching TV and visiting flea markets. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 56 years, Betty A. Summers Gober in October 2000.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Harrison Gober; sons, Albert Gober, Louie Gober, Terry Gober, Gary Gober, Allen Gober, Bobby Gober, Jack Gober, Bill Gober; brother, Herman Gober; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held January 10 in the chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, with Rev. Lloyd Hunter and Rev. Albert Gober officiating. Interment Crest Lawn Memorial Park. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
Cammie Ralph Craig
Cammie Ralph Craig, age 93, of Riverdale, Georgia died January 8, 2006. Mr. Craig was born
July 31, 1912, the son of the late Cammie and Julia Brannan Craig. He loved gardening and growing his own vegetables and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
He is survived by his sister, Ruth Godsey; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held January 10 at Bethany Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
Timothy Steven Rogula
Timothy "Tim" Steven Rogula, age 39, of Locust Grove, Georgia died January 9, 2006. Mr. Rogula was born
June 23, 1966 in Wayne County, Michigan. He worked as an air traffic controller for the FAA in Hampton. He loved being with his family and friends, being outdoors and hunting. He and his wife have served as foster parents for three babies. He graduated from Jonesboro High School Class of 1984. He was preceded in death by his father, Steve Rogula.
He is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Rogula; children, Kaylee Jordan, Madison and Mollie Rogula all of Locust Grove; mother, Beverly Rogula of Jonesboro; sister, Christy Somersett of Longwood, North Carolina; nephew, Eli Somersett of Longwood.
Services were held January 12 at McDonough Christian Church, with Rev. Ben Barnett officiating. Haisten Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Brenda Elizabeth Johnson
Brenda Elizabeth Johnson, age 55, of Stockbridge, Georgia died December 30, 2005. Mrs. Johnson was born
April 25, 1950 in Meriwether County, the daughter of the late Mattie Crews and John Thomas Washington . She was a member of The Rock Baptist Church, was the office manager for Dr. Zakaria’s medical practice in Riverdale for over 27 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Curtis Johnson in 1996.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Donny Boggess of Locust Grove, Amanda and Matthew Briggs of Stockbridge; grandchildren, Derek and Alexia Boggess, Haley and Logan Briggs; brothers, O.T. Washington of Greenville, and Johnny Washington of Roanoke, Alabama.
Services were held January 2 at The Rock Baptist Church, with Pastor Steve Bingham officiating. Interment The Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. Haisten Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
