Mrs. Helga Marianne Dishner of Fayetteville died December 15, 2006.
She was preceded in death by son Michael Shane Dishner.
She is survived by, husband Bradley Dishner, Children, Steven Lee Dishner and Sharon Suzanne Bellam, Daughter in law Jackie Dishner.
Grandchildren Robert Phillip Charlesworth, Celia Marie Charlesworth, Jessica Ann Huffman, Clayton Paul Michael Bellam, and Lauren Michelle Bellam.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Christ our Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Rev John Weber, Rev. Miriam Beecher and Vicar Pam Smith officiating.
Interment to follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
Family will receive friends Monday December 18, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
Benjamin Thomas Lunceford
Benjamin Thomas Lunceford, 49, of Fayetteville, GA died December 7, 2006.
He was preceded in death by his parents Albert Garland Lunceford, Jr. and Louise Mary Sparks Lunceford.
He is survived by his brothers Albert and Julie Lunceford, III of Fayetteville and Sparks Lunceford of Hampton; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Carl J. Mowell & Son, Fayetteville with Pastor Jeff Lowe officiating.
The burial will be at 3:00 PM at the Bold Spring Methodist Church Cemetery in Franklin, GA.
The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
Eva Ruth Adams
Eva Ruth Adams, of Fayetteville, died December 7, 2006.
She was born September 15, 1916 to Henry & Inez Jackson in Fayette County.
She was a lifetime member of East Point Christian Church and also a member of the Gleaners Sunday School Class and the Naomi Group.
She enjoyed traveling with her family to Panama City.
She was preceded in death by her grandson Chuck Akins.
She is survived by daughters Teresa & Darrell Newby of Fayetteville, Sue & James Akins of Marietta, Frances & Clyde Prestage of Fayetteville, and Cheryl & Albie Landwehr of Woodstock; grandchildren Scott Newby, Bryan & Missy Newby, Traci & Scott Tucker, Debbie Wells, Jennifer & Tommy Graves and Mary Landwehr; great-grandchildren Calem, Kyleigh, and Carson Newby, Evan Tucker and Emma & Ashley Graves; brother Hulett & Nita Jackson of Fayetteville; sister Mary Gooch of Griffin and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 10, 2006 at 2:30 PM in the Chapel of Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
Rev. Wendell Baggett and Rev. Dan Roberts will officiate.
Interment will follow at College Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Lawrence W. McAlpine, Jr.
Mr. Lawrence W. McAlpine, Jr., 83 of Peachtree City, went to be with the Lord December 5th, 2006.
He was born in Passaic, NJ but lived most of his life in Savannah, Georgia.
He retired from the Seaboard Coastline Railroad after 40 years.
The last 14 years of his employment, he was General Chairman for the Railway Carmen's Union.
He was in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves from 1942 - 1946 where he saw a lot of action in the Atlantic and Pacific Theaters and was in Tokyo Bay when Japan surrendered.
Mr. McAlpine was a member of Whitefield United Methodist Church in Savannah for over 50 years where he was a Sunday School teacher, Methodist Youth Fellowship counselor, and head of the Pastor-Parrish committee for many years.
He was also a Methodist Lay preacher.
He moved to Peachtree City to live with his daughter and her family in 2004.
He was known as "Mr. Mac" to many Peachtree City residents who would go by on the Lake Peachtree cart path and wave at him as he sat out on his patio every day.
He would give popsicles to children whose moms would bring them up to say "Hello".
He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Lois Lanier McAlpine.
Survivors include son Larry and Janice McAlpine of Savannah, and daughters, Lois and Henry Higgins of Acworth, Lucie and Lee Davis of Peachtree City, and Laurette Edenfield of Sharpsburg; brother, George McAlpine of Carey, NC, sisters: Josephine Hanly of Solvang, CA and Teddy Ronan of Oxnard, CA, nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday, Dec. 9, at 2 PM in Savannah at the Fox and Weeks Funeral Home Chapel with his grandson, Rev. Chris Davis officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM at Fox and Weeks in Savannah.

Thomas Griffith
Thomas Griffith, of Fairburn, died on December 6, 2006. Mr. Griffith was a Mason.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Griffith, parents, James & Ida Griffith, two sisters and four brothers.
He is survived by his daughters, Pam & Bill Pleuss of Peachtree City, Deborah & John Boatner of Knoxville, TN; Son, Thomas Griffith of KY; grandchildren, Kris Smith, Kim Haywood, Billy Pleuss, Josh Smith and Tricia Smith; eleven great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 9, 2006 at 11:00 AM, in the chapel of Carl J. Mowell, Peachtree City.
Rev. Bob Edmiston will officiate.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
Interment Mounts Family Cemetery, Cedar, Kentucky.
