Mrs. Eleanor Alice Stubbs
Eleanor Alice Stubbs, 78, of Fayetteville passed away November 19, 2006.
Mrs. Stubbs was preceded in death by her husband H. E. McKown and a sister Sally Avera.
Survivors include sisters; Evelyn Wallace of Fayetteville, and Ruby Kitchens of Ocilla, Ga. Nephews; Roger Wallace, and David Avera, nieces; Jennifer Reese, Teri Garner, Elaine Paul, Alicia Handley, Karen Wilson, and Ramona Harrell.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at Camp Memorial Park with Rev. Wally Woodcock officiating.
The family will receive friends Monday 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Rhonda Williams
Mr. Rhonda Paul Williams, of Fayetteville, died November 17, 2006.
Mr. Williams was a member of Lisbon Baptist Church, a member of Davidson Lodge and a Shriner.
He retired from Georgia Power in 1989 after 29 years of service.
He loved to camp, golf and work with wood.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years Mrs. Mickey Williams.
He is also survived by his daughter Robin and David Bullard of Newnan; his grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Haleigh and Benjamin; his brothers Howard Williams of Murfreesboro TN and Gene and Ruby Williams of Brooks, GA; brother-in-law Jack and Patsy Lowe of Fayetteville, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 19, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Lisbon Baptist Church, with remains placed in state at 1:30 PM.
Rev. Randall Harris and Rev. Bill Priester will officiate.
Burial will follow at Lisbon Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

Mrs. Nina Carolina Winant, of Union City, died on November 15, 2006.
She is survived by her sons: Leonard & Susan Finch, Canton, GA., Floyd & Brenda Finch, Solvay, NY; sister, Thelma Barbarawich, Schenectady, NY; niece, Retha & Bill Conner, Helen, GA; great-niece, Elizabeth Moss, Cumming, GA.
Funeral services will be held in the Christian City Chapel, Lester Road, Union City, GA, on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. with Minister Tony Sullivan officiating.
Interment, Arlington National Cemetery.

Mr. U. Walton “Sonny” Walls of Tyrone died November 14, 2006.
Survived by his wife, Anne Walls of Tyrone; children, Stacey and Brad Owen of Peachtree City, Pam and Terry Wallace of Newnan, Walton and Rhonda Walls of Owens Crossroads, AL, Karen Walls of Owens Crossroads, AL; brother, Roy Walls of Owens Crossroads, AL; sisters, Ella Neal, Lillian Fortner and Adelle Lanier all of Owens Crossroads, AL; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Interment will be Saturday Nov. 18 at 2 PM CST Green Valley Cemetery in Owens Crossroads, AL.
Mr. Walls remains will be placed instate at Big Cove Holiness Church, Owens Crossroads, AL at 11 AM CST Saturday.

John Moody
John Moody, 64, of Grantville, GA died November 14, 2006.
Mr. Moody was a Vietnam Veteran having proudly served in the US Army.
Mr. Moody was preceded in death by his parents Harris Nathaniel Moody and Gladys Mary (Mills) Moody.
He is survived by his sister Linda and David McGinnis of McDonough and nephew Donald McGinnis and niece Denise Shelton both of McDonough.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 PM at Carl J. Mowell & Son Chapel.
Interment will follow at Camp Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.

Mrs. Susan “Elizabeth” Joyner, of Fayetteville, died November 14, 2006.
Mrs. Joyner was a BellSouth Pioneer.
She is survived by her husband Mr. Leroy Joyner, children R. Edwin & Judy Joyner of Jackson, GA, Michael L. & Cindy Joyner of Fayetteville, and Randall L. & Deborah Joyner of Gainesville, GA; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; sister Margie & Jack Gunter of College Park as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 17, 2006 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Teddy Groesser of Peachtree City, GA; son, Jason and Jaime Groesser of Peachtree Corners, GA; daughter, Denise and Todd Bratcher of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Taylor, Ashley and Isabella.
