SUMMERVILLE, Ga. - Arthur Moore Jr., of Peterson, N.J., and formerly of Summerville, Ga., died there Friday, Jan. 29, 1999.
Arrangements will be announced by Willis Funeral Home of Dalton.
Hoyt Green
DALTON, Ga. - Hoyt Green died Monday, Feb. 1, 1999. He was 95.
He was the father of the late Don Green.
Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Annie Ree Carr Green; one son, Lindbergh Green, Dalton; five daughters, Julia Thomason, Opal Cooper, Edna Johnson, Euna Vee Deverell, and Shelia Wells, all of Dalton; two sisters, Eula Lee Harper, Atlanta, and Gladys Huff, Benton, Tenn.; one brother, Lester Green, Maryville, Tenn.; 13 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Love Funeral Home with the Rev. James Boyd officiating.
Burial will be in Calvary Baptist Church cemetery in Crandall, Ga.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Walter Hambey
TRION, Ga. - Walter S. Hambey died Sunday, Jan. 31, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 87.
Mr. Hambey was a retired police chief and judge of the City of Trion and was a World War II veteran of the Navy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Flora Elizabeth Hall Hambey.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Lindsey and Martha Sprayberry, both of LaFayette, Ga..
Services will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home with the Rev. Art Graves officiating.
Burial will be in Garrett Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Stewart Ray
CALHOUN, Ga. - Stewart Ray of Marietta, Ga., died Saturday, Jan. 30, 1999. He was 89.
Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home in Calhoun, Ga.
Burial will be in Fain Cemetery.
Curtis Rackley
TRION, Ga. - Curtis Leam Rackley died Monday, Feb. 1, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 89.
He retired from Mount Vernon after 45 years of service. He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church, and Reigel Quarter Century Club.
Survivors include a three stepsons, Maurice Thomas, Cedartown, Ga., J.B. Thomas, LaFayette, Ga., and Albert Thomas, Ware Shoals, S.C.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Boyd and the Rev. R.W. Patterson officiating.
Burial will be in Old Trion Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Maude Bramblett
DALTON, Ga. - Maude Pritchett Bramblett died Sunday, Jan. 31, 1999. She was 76.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Ellsworth officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.

Henry Richardson
CALHOUN, Ga. - Henry Duke Richardson of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Gordon County, Ga., died in Tucson Sunday, Nov. 1, 1998. He was 64.
Mr. Richardson was a retired maintenance manager for Santa Cruz Pecans in Green Valley, Ariz.
He was a Baptist and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mattie Richardson; his wife, Dorothy Richardson; and brothers, James, Tommy and John Richardson.
Survivors include his stepmother, Beatrice Richardson, Calhoun; brother, Charlie Richardson; sisters, Syble Swafford, Flint, Mich., Winnie Watkins, Rossville, Ga., Ruby Harkins, Summerville, Ga., Susie Gray and Frances Ball, both of Calhoun; a half sister, Margaret Cartwright, Marietta; and a stepsister, Ann Moore, Calhoun.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, Calhoun.
Burial will be in the Blackwood Springs cemetery with full military rites.
The family will receive friends today after 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Blackwood Springs cemetery Fund, in care of Blackwood Baptist Church.
Charles Robertson
DALTON, Ga. - Charles W. "Robbie' Robertson died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, at his home. He was 79.
He was retired from Southern Wholesalers.
Survivors include three daughters, Herita Mae LaRue, Brinda Burris and Donna Malone, all of Dalton.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Crow officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends today after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
Gladys Ryan
TRENTON, Ga. - Gladys Payton Ryan died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, at her home. She was 88.
She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, E.W. "Pappy' Ryan; a daughter, Linda Ryan of Trenton; three sons, James Ryan of Wildwood, Ga., Ray Ryan of Ider, Ala., and Willard Ryan of Trenton; two sisters, Virginia Killian and Frances Shepard, both of Fort Payne, Ala.; three brothers, Hubert Payton of Attalla, Ala., Charles Payton of Portersville, Ala., and Ralph Payton of Chattanooga; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Ryan Funeral Home in Trenton.
Burial will be in Lake Hills Cemetery.
