CRANDALL - Danny Dwayne Watts died Wednesday, April 28, 1999, from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident. He was 21.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Ponders Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Harris and the Rev. Dennis Henson officiating.
Burial will be in Colonial Mills Memorial Park.
Clara West
ROSSVILLE - Clara Ruth Harris West, a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area, died Thursday, April 29, 1999, in a local hospital. She was 67.
She was a nurse at Hutcheson Medical Center for 21 years.
Survivors include three daughters, S. Pitts, and Samantha Thrash, Sewell, N.J., and Dottie Lucas, Layton, Utah; two sons, Stephen G. West, Rossville, and Douglas C. West, Hixson; three sisters, Mamie Franklin, Lanett, Ala., Mattie Lou Carroll and Linda Chapman, both of LaFayette, Ga.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home with pastor Clay Seneker officiating.
Burial will be in White cemetery in Villanow, Ga.

Stella Brown
SCOTTSBORO - Stella Brown died Friday, April 30, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 87.
She was retired from Dover Mills and was a member of Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Brooks and Jerry Brown, and a sister, Mary Hancock, all of Scottsboro; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Rudder Funeral Home with brother Darryl Chambers and brother Eddie Flick officiating.
Burial will be in Old Baptist cemetery in Hollywood, Ala.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mud Creek Primitive Baptist Church.
Callie Burk
FLAT ROCK - Callie Burk died Friday, April 30, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 86.
She was a retired school teacher, having taught in Dade and Walker counties in Georgia and in Jackson County, Ala. She was a member of the Georgia Retired Teachers Association and a Baptist.
Services will be Sunday at 3 p.m. EST at the Sand Mountain Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with the Rev. Dean Johnson officiating.
Burial will be in Liberty Hill cemetery in Flat Rock, Ala.
Visitation will be today from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Auzie Clements
RAINSVILLE - Auzie Clements died Thursday, April 29, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 82.
Survivors include a grandson, Michael Shirey, Heflin, Ala., and a granddaughter, Meredith Shirey, Rainsville; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Rainsville Funeal Home with the Rev. Jody Bell officiating.
Burial will be in Mt. View Memory Gardens.
James Wilson
LaFAYETTE - James "Jimmy' Wilson died Thursday, April 19, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 63.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Mae Russell Wilson.
Survivors include two sisters, Frances Little, Cochran, Ga., and Pat Gilreath, LaFayette; and two brothers, Edward Wilson, Slidell, La., and Paul Wilson, LaFayette.
A graveside service will be today at 2 p.m. in LaFayette cemetery with minister Terry York officiating.
There will be no visitation at Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Randall Woods
PISGAH - Randall Woods died Thursday, April 29, 1999, in Huntsville, Ala. He was 31.
Survivors include his mother, Betty Jean Pack, Pisgah; father, Lonnie H. Woods, Pisgah; three children, Jacob, Curtis and Catherine Woods, all of Pisgah; two sisters, Donna Jo Laney, Pisgah, and Carla Denise Williams, Rossville.
Services will be today at 4 p.m. CST at Kerby Funeral home with the Rev. E.L. Heard and the Rev. Scott Kirby officiating.
Burial will be in Friendship cemetery in Pisgah.
Miriam Cascone
FORT OGLETHORPE, GA - Miriam "Lois' Cascone died Friday, May 7, 1999. She was 66.
Arrangements will be announced by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
Charles Cooper
RESACA - Charles Cooper died Sunday, May 9, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 55.
Mr. Cooper was a son of the late Russell L. Cooper and the brother of the late Homer Cooper. He was an employee of Parkers Auto Parts and a member and deacon at Cross Roads Community Church.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Cooper; daughter, Angie Haynes, Calhoun, Ga.; two sons, Allen and Scott Cooper, both of Adairsville, Ga.; his mother, Emma Hunter Cooper, Resaca; three sisters, Bessie McKin and Sue Slayton, both of Fairmount, Ga., and Emma Lee Tweed, Morrow, Ga.; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be today at 3 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home with the Rev. Roy Lee Davis and the Rev. Lamar Patton officiating.
Burial will be in Haven of Rest Memorial Gardens.
Mable Corbin
KENSINGTON - Mable Elsie Hill Corbin died Sunday, May 9, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 82.
Services will be held today at 11 a.m at Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home in LaFayette, with the Rev. Harold Watson officiating.
Burial will be in Germany Cemetery.
Mary Critchell
RINGGOLD - Mary Dawn Critchell died Saturday, May 8, 1999, in a local hospital. She was 70.
The Dunlap, Tenn., native was a former employee of Dixie Yarns and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Critchell, and two sons, Freddie and Thomas Sims.
Survivors include a son, James Sims, Atlanta; four brothers, Sammy Austin, Rossville, Ga., Bruce Austin, Whitwell, Tenn., Johnny Austin, Texas, and Recie Austin, Dunlap, Tenn.; two sisters, Jana V. Camp, Dunlap, and Lois Kilgore, Nashville.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road.
Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
