Louisville, GA: Robert J. (Bob) McLoughlin, age 58 of 112 Chinaberry Lane, died in his residence on Sunday April 7, 2013.
A private service will be held for the family Tuesday, April 16, 2013, in the Saint Peters of Alcantara, Port Washington, NY, followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery, Woodside NY, where he will be laid to rest with his father & mother, Hugh John and Dorothea McLoughlin.
Born October 3, 1954, Bob was a native of Brooklyn, New York. He was a retired carpenter and of the Catholic faith. Bob is survived by his son, Keefer McLoughlin Murphy, companion, Patricia Waller, brother, Keith McLoughlin and family, brother, Hugh McLoughlin and family, sister, Margaret (Peggy) Giacofei and family, sister, Dorothea (Dorry) Wichelman and family, and Tracie Ann Altabet and family.
The McLoughlin family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM, April 11, 2013 in the Taylor Funeral Home.

Janice (Gillian) McCall

Mrs. Janice M. McCall, age 65 of 7126 Nunn Road, Mitchell, died Thursday, April 18, 2013 in the University McDuffie Medical Center, Thomson.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday in the Emmanuel Holiness Church in Gibson with the Rev. Carl Coker, Rev. Ronny Surreney, and Rev. Henry Dowd officiating. Burial will follow in the Mineral Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Bales, Richard Cooper, Lee Holly, Marvin Meenkes, Ciciero Guy, and Chuck Walden.
A native of Sandstone, West Virginia, Janice had been a cook for the Jet Food Store in Gibson and was a member of the Emmanuel Holiness Church in Gibson.
She was preceded in death by her father Luther Gillian and mother and step father Madelin and Thomas Lily and a son Luther E. McCall, and is survived by her husband of 45 years, Rev. Lonnie McCall, Sr., son Lonnie and Crystal McCall, Jr., daughter Teresia and Christopher Whisnant, and brother Bufford Gillian all of Mitchell, brother Carrie Gillian of West Virginia, 6 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The McCall family will receive friends 6:00 to 9:00 PM Sunday, April 21, at the funeral home.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Emmanuel Holiness Church, Highway 171, Gibson.

George Walton Moore, age 55 of 467 E. Main Street, Gibson, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in the Gibson Health and Rehabilitation Center.
A Memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, April 25 in the Sheppard Funeral Home.
A native of Louisville, George was an automobile mechanic and an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his father Walton Lewis Moore and is survived by sons Craig & Patricia Smith Moore of Thomson and Lee & Mary Osborne of Grovetown, his mother Virginia Ellen Johnson Moore of Grange, sisters Ellen Walden of Avera and Carol Brinkley of Dearing, brother James Moore of Gibson, several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home Thursday.

Mr. Mark Henry Clements, age 51 of Bass Court Lawrenceville, Georgia died Thursday April 18, 2013 in the Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville.
Mr. Clements was born April 14, 1962 in Jacksonville, Fla. a son of Ray & Sandra Damm Clements. He was a Commercial truck driver and a member of R & R hunting club.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother and is survived by wife, Lisa Lynn Clements, sons, Robert Clements, & Brian Clements all of Lawrenceville, father, Ray Clements of Louisville, brother, Chris Clements, of Mobile, AL, sister Laura Scarbrough, of Woodstock, Ga. nieces Janie and Anna Scarbrough, Woodstock, GA, several uncles, aunts, & cousins.
Services to celebrate the life of Mark Clements will be held 2:00 PM Saturday April 27, 2013 in the Taylor Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.

LOUISVILLE - Mrs. Reba Dixon, age 91 of 5th Street, died Monday afternoon, April 22, 2013 in the Trinity Hospital in Augusta.
Graveside service will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday in the Louisville City cemetery with Mrs. Judy Tatum officiating. Pallbearers will be Terry Bolton, Richard Joyner, Devon Fortner, James Bolton, Barry Williams and Raymond Fortner.
A native of Millen, Mrs. Dixon was the daughter of the late Mandy and Lola Suggs Jackson. She was a loving, mother, grandmother and friend and was a homemaker.
Reba was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ellis Dixon, and daughter Resie Bolton, and is survived by children Ben & Jamie Dixon of Wadley, granddaughters, Tamie & Barry Williams of Millen and Judy Ann Bolton of Millen; grandsons, James Bolton of Millen and Terry Bolton of Louisville; brother Ralph Jackson and sister Evelina Burke, both of Millen; 5 great-grandchildren, Cassie Williams, Amanda Williams, Desire Bolton, Allen Bolten, and Richard Lee Bolton; 3 great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews & friends.

GIBSON - Taylor Funeral Home of Gibson announces the death and funeral services of Mrs. Irma “Polly” Usry McCorkle, age 86 of Gibson, GA, who died Monday, January 12, 2015 in the Gibson Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 14, 2015 in the Magnolia Baptist Church with Rev. James Canada, II officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jody Usry, Luke Usry, Nick Chance, Mike Chance, Craig Brock and Alex Ferguson.
A native of Glascock County, Mrs. McCorkle was the daughter of the late Eugene (Luke) and Florine Chalker Usry. She was a retired seamstress from the Thomson Company and a lifelong member of Magnolia Baptist Church in Gibson.
Irma was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Rudy McCorkle, sister; Betty Usry Miller and brother; Bobby Usry and is survived by daughter; Dianne & Jim Hall of Thomson, step-granddaughter; Misty & Drew Kasic, great granddaughters; Savannah and Andie Kasic, all of Rock Hill, SC, sister; Edith Vines of Camilla, GA and brother Joe Dean & Joann Usry of Gibson.

Mr. Cowart was preceded in death by his father, and survived by his loving wife; Teresa of Wadley, mother, daughters; Melissa Brown (Jason) of Statesboro and Ashley Cowart and (Daniel Davis) of Kite, stepson; Joshua Arrington (Katie) of Wadley, stepdaughter; Stormi Deriso of Wadley, brothers; Gary Cowart (Rita), Joel Cowart (Brenda) and Mike Cowart (Sandy) all of Wadley, and 4 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 4th, at the funeral home.
