Frank Mauro Leo, Sr., age 89, of McDonough, Georgia died May 29, 2007. Mr. Leo was born
in Orange, New Jersey, the son of the late Theodore V. and Felicia Bonavita Leo.
He is survived by his wife, Anne Grogan Leo; and son, Frank M. Leo, Jr., both of McDonough.
Services were held May 31 at O'Boyle Funeral Home in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Interment Gate of Heaven Chapel in Hanover, New Jersey. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
Betty Earl Buckalew
Betty Earl Buckalew, age 81, of McDonough, Georgia died June 2, 2007. Mrs. Buckalew was the daughter of the late Earl Alexander and Belle Tolbert. She was a loving mother and grandmother who truly loved to cook and spend time with family.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Freda and Willis Stephens of McDonough; siblings, Ernest Alexander of Lyerly, Sara Phillips of Trion; and granddaughters, Melissa, Rebekah and Hannah Stephens, all of McDonough.

Shirley Jeanette Sapp
Shirley Jeanette Sapp, age 72, of Stockbridge, Georgia died May 15, 2007. Mrs. Sapp was born
in Atlanta, the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Evelyn Ruby Webb Johnson. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Barnes-ville. She was one of the first waitresses for the original Dwarf House in Hapeville. But most importantly, she was a devoted mother, wife and friend. She loved to be with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Levie Sapp, Sr.; stepsons, Charles Levie Sapp, Jr., Clifford Douglas Sapp; stepdaughter, Judy Oaks; and brother, Robert E. Johnson.
She is survived by her son, Buddy (Cathy) Sapp of McDonough; daughter, Evelyn (Jimmy) Gravett of Douglasville; stepchildren, Mary Jane (Mike) Moreau of Villa Rica, Valerie (Todd) Makant of Powder Springs; George L. (Cindy) Sapp of Kennesaw; brothers, James L. (Betty) Johnson of Jonesboro, Raymond L. (Carol) Johnson of McDonough, William S. (Connie) Johnson of Loganville, Claude D. (Donna) Johnson of Barnesville, Thomas E. (Nancy) Johnson of McDonough; sisters, Mary E. Richardson of Forest Park and Linda D. (Jerald) Betts of Stockbridge.

Danni Moll
Danni Moll, 27 days old, of McDonough, Georgia died May 19, 2007. Danni was born
in Riverdale, the daughter of Timothy Robert and Adrian Nichole Hopson Moll. Danni was loved by all her family, and will never be forgotten. Her family was blessed to have 27 days with her before she went to be with her heavenly Father. She was so proud of her right foot and wanted everyone to see how beautiful it was. She loved her life and fought for it to the very end. Her family will always love their little sweet pea!
She is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents, Bunny Hopson of Stockbridge, Darrel and Lucy Hopson of Hampton; paternal grandparents, David and Nancy Moll of Peachtree City; aunts, Juli (Bill) Banks of Locust Grove, Kiesha (Billy) Kiah of
Ogdensberg, New York; uncles, Peyton (Katt) Hopson of Jacksonville, Florida, Bob Costa, of Kennesaw, Jeremy Moll of Buffalo, New York; great-grandmothers, Hilda, Lucile, Doris, Virginia; great-grandfathers Tom, Gordon, Val; great-great-grandmother, Anita; and several cousins.

Syble N. Cleveland
Syble N. Cleveland, age 79, of Locust Grove, Georgia went to be with the Lord May 21, 2007. Mrs. Cleveland was born
in Griffin, the daughter of the late Zellie Bozeman and Margaret Elizabeth Warren Norton. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. She loved to cook, sew, and share her knowledge with her children and grandchildren. She traveled with her husband on many camping trips after her retirement. Most important to her was her Lord and family. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.W. Cleveland, Jr.; son, Larry Cleveland; and brother, Samuel Chester “Bo” Norton.
She is survived by her children, Jerry N. and Mary Cleveland of Eatonton, Susan and Randall Mason and Sandra and Jim Turner, all of Locust Grove; sister, Marviene Mathis of Avera; brother, Randall and Sue Norton of Jonesboro; sister-in-law, Eleanor Norton of Avera; brother-in-law, T.W. and Eleanor Cleveland of Locust Grove; grandchildren, Lori, Donald, Karmon, MaryBeth, Jessica, Jeff, Margaret, James; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and very special friends, Patsy, Ozella, Stacy, and Lula.

Elijah Gabrielle Gleaton
Elijah Gabrielle Gleaton of McDonough, Georgia died May 20, 2007. Elijah was born
in Stockbridge.
He is survived by his parents, Wymon James and Shirley Ann Fletcher Gleaton.

Joseph Harold Baker
Joseph Harold Baker, age 88, of Stockbridge, Georgia died May 27, 2007. Mr. Baker was born
in Fulton County, the son of the late Oscar Samuel and Bessie Mitchell Baker. He served our country with the U.S. Army. He was a past resident of the Baptist Inn, and the first resident at the Gardens of Spivey. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Stockbridge, and the Stockbridge Masonic Lodge# 691.
He is survived by his nephew, David Baker of Hampton; and niece, Gloria McNeal of Elberton.

Margaret Healy Guin
Margaret Healy Guin, age 75, of McDonough, Georgia died May 29, 2007. Mrs. Guin was born
in Providence, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Edward H. and Kathryn Murphy Healy. She resided in Providence for most of her life, but has lived in Georgia since 1992. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church and enjoyed swimming and writing. She loved to cook and collected cookbooks, and also had a collection of bells. But most importantly, she was a loving wife, mother and friend.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, John Guin of McDonough; son, Mark Edward (Christine) Guin; and grandson, Logan Bradshaw, all of Chandler, Arizona.

Betty Barham Brown
Betty Faye Barham Brown, age 77, of Charlotte, North Carolina died June 2, 2007. Born December 26, 1929 in the Ola Community of Henry County, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Edna (McGarity) Barham of McDonough. Betty, a former resident of McDonough, lived most of her married
life away from McDonough, and had made her home in Charlotte, for the past 38 years. She was a member of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church in McDonough. She was employed by Ivan Allen Marshall in Atlanta as a Secretary after graduation from high school. She worked for the Belk Department Store at South Park in Charlotte for 15 years (Sep 6, 1983 to Nov 14, 1998) before retiring. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Brown, Jr. of Columbia, South Carolina; and later-life companion-husband, Ferdinand N. Conti of Lawrence, Massachusetts. She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, David Trask, Sr.
She is survived by her children, Tom (and Beverly) Brown of Charlotte, North Carolina, Don (and Elaine) Brown of Tucker, Janet Trask of Denver, North Carolina, and John (and Melissa) Brown of Charlotte, North Carolina; grandchildren, Kelly (and Jonathan) Wingo of Dallas, Texas , Kristie (and Adam) Roe of Tucker, David (and Amy) Trask Jr., of Concord, North Carolina, Kimberly (and Daniel) Kinken of Charlotte, North Carolina, Connor Brown (5) and Nina Brown (2) of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Julie Young of Charlotte, North Carolina; great-grandchildren, Jack Wingo of Dallas, Texas , and Leyton Roe of Tucker; brothers, Richard (and Shirley) Barham, Gary (and Becky) Barham; and sister, Helen (and Donald) Busbin, all of McDonough. Additional survivors include many loving nieces and nephews.

Edna Nell Lawhorn Douglas
Edna Nell Lawhorn Douglas, age 82, of McDonough, Georgia died May 14, 2007. Mrs. Douglas was born
in 1924 in New Berry County, South Carolina, the daughter of the late John W. and Verna Nellie Jenkins Lawhorn. She retired after over 35 years with MARTA, was a member of the Amalgamated Transit Union Local #732; was a member of Bethany Baptist Church; and enjoyed gardening and flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Vivian Douglas; and a brother.
She is survived by her stepdaughter and husband, Donna and Charles Alsup of Knoxville, Tennessee; sister, Ruth Myers; and brother, Charles Lawhorn, both of Stone Mountain; nieces and nephews.
Services were held May 16 in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with Rev. Bob Howard officiating. Interment Haisten/ Eastlawn Memorial Park.
