A service will be held today at 2 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Travis Eidson and the Rev. Danny Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include mother, Irene Millians of Newnan; two daughters, Katie Lorraine Hammond of Anderson, S.C. and Melinda Hanks of Iva, S.C.; son Thomas David Hammond of Newnan; Sister Rebecca Cherry of Cumming; grandchildren Leah Marie Hammond and Caroline Ashton Hanks; nephews Jeff Cherry and Nathan Cherry; two stepdaughters, Lori Kiker and Amy Lee; and stepson Tim Lee.

Mrs. Joyce Gordon Stevens, 65, of Lawrenceville, died Oct. 25 following an extended illness.
A native of Newnan, Mrs. Stevens was the daughter of the late Mercer and Tharra Gordon. She was a retired Gwinnett County employee, serving 19 years in the Clerk of Superior Court office.
A service will be held today at 5 p.m. at the Tim Stewart Funeral Home Chapel in Lawrenceville with the Rev. Rusty Ruark officiating. The family will receive visitors from 4 p.m. until the service begins.
Survivors include husband, Richard E. Stevens of Lawrenceville; daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy (Christy) Meyers of Lawrenceville; two sons, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth (Angie) Stevens of Loganville and Mr. and Mrs. Bill (Laura) Stevens of Mountain City; four grandchildren, Lindsay Sitz, Adam Sitz, Whitney Stevens and Ray Stevens; brother, William O. Mr. Anthony James "Tony" Woods of Newnan died Oct. 24, 1997 at his residence.
Mr. Woods was a manager of Omni International Hotel in Atlanta.
A service will be held Monday at 4 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home Chapel with Father John Walsh officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors at McKoon Funeral Home in Newnan today from 7-9 p.m.

Born July 13, 1916 in Troup County, Mrs. Horton was the daughter of the late John and Ella Winslett Horton and the wife of the late H.T. Horton. She was a member of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Sanders Eugene Winns, 46, died Dec. 4, 1997, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Decatur.
Born May 29, 1951, in Colquitt County, Mr. Winns was the son of the late Geta Albert Winns and Leila P. Winns. He served five years in the U.S. Army and was employed by Perry Brothers Company in Americus.
A service was held Wednesday at Sellers-Smith Funeral Home, with the Rev. E.L. Ellison officiating. Interment followed at Eastview cemetery with family friends serving as pallbearers.
