Mr. David Wesley Lewellyn
Mr. David Wesley Lewellyn, 53, of Mableton died Sept. 29, 1997 in Mableton.
Born April 14, 1944 in Charleston, S.C., Mr. Lewellyn was the son of the late Charles Wesley Lewellyn and Wilda (Moody) Lewellyn. He was a hospital consultant and a member of the Episcopalian faith.
Graveside services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Oak Hill cemetery with Dr. Joel Richardson officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Nann A. (Arnold) Lewellyn of Mableton; daughters, Toni Lewellyn Franklin of Loganville, Kim Lewellyn Haley of Greenfield, Ind.; grandchildren, Britney Haley, Devin Haley, both of Greenfield; mother-in-law, Irene Arnold of Newnan; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Kirk of Newnan; a brother and three sisters.

Mrs. Emma Bonner Render, 56, of Cedar Creek Road in Newnan passed away Sept. 21, 1997, at Columbia Peachtree Regional Hospital.
Born June 22, 1941, Mrs. Render was a graduate of Central High School and a member of Friendship Baptist Church, where she served on the usher board.
Funeral services will be held Oct. 3 at 1 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. Felton James officiating, assisted by the Rev. R.W. Sutton. Interment will follow at Macedonia Baptist Church cemetery with her nephews serving as pallbearers.

Mr. Bobby M. Brown, 68, of Emmett Young Road in Newnan died Sept. 23, 1997 at Newnan Hospital.
Born Aug. 26, 1929 in Newnan, Mr. Brown was the son of the late Willie Bob Brown. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and a security guard of 13 years with the Coweta County Correctional Institution.
Mr. Brown had worked for Al Dykes Pontiac-Cadillac and Stanford and Brown.
Funeral services were held Sept. 25 at Corinth United Methodist Church with the Rev. Billy Burks officiating, assisted by the Rev. Charles Ritter. Interment followed at the church cemetery with Terry Helton, Garry Barronton, John Sibley, Jim Scogin, Kevin Rainwater, Bill Cawthorne, Jerry Conner and Norris Rhodes serving as pallbearers.
Law enforcement officers served as honorary pallbearers.

Mrs. Rosalyn Brown McKoy, 89, of Woodbine Drive in Newnan died Oct. 2, 1997, at Beaulieu Convalescent Center.
Born Oct. 28, 1997 in Newnan, Mrs. McKoy was the daughter of the late Joseph P. Brown and Rosa (Askew) Brown and the widow of Herbert A. McKoy. She was a 1928 graduate of Shorter College and taught school in Grantville and Newnan.
Mrs. McKoy was a civic volunteer and a member of Central Baptist Church in Newnan.
Funeral services will be held Oct. 4 (today) at McKoon Funeral Home with Dr. Joel Richardson officiating. Interment fill follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Born Aug. 31, 1904 in Newnan, Mrs. Smith was the daughter of the late Alton and Annie (Austin) Smith. She was a retired insurance clerk and a member of Elim Baptist Church.

Born April 7, 1918 in Coffee County, Ala., Mrs. Dennis was the daughter of the late William and Susie (Breedlove) Brannon and the wife of the late Ivey Dennis. She was a retired textile reel operator with the Bibb Co. and a member of the Baptist faith.

Born Jan. 24, 1957 in Coweta County, Mr. Hall was the son of the late Inola Warner Hall. He was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Warner.

Mr. Scott T. Cooper, 34, of Sharpsburg, Ga., passed away suddenly in Atlanta, Ga., Oct. 1, 1997.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Cutting Cooper; children, Jamie, age 7, Joshua, age 5; parents, Thomas and Nancy Cooper of Jackson, Michigan; brothers, David, Brian (and wife Judy), Jonathan (and wife Melissa) and Joel (and wife Susan); and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at the chapel of Wetherby Funeral Home, in Jackson, Michigan, the afternoon of Oct. 6. Interment was in Hillcrest Memorial Park. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
