Billie Jean Warren Violand, 79, of Lawrenceville, Georgia died on September 26, 2005.
She was a loving mother and homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her husband James W. Survivors include two sons, Michael James of Indianapolis, Indiana, William Franklin of St. Louis, Missouri, four daughters, Julie Anne of Marietta, Susan Marie of Ocean City, Maryland, Edith Jane of Lawrenceville and Margaret Mary of Suwanee.
Other survivors include one sister Jo Ann of Wooster, Ohio, twenty grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, September 29 at 11 am at Wages Snellville Chapel with Fr. Neil Jones serving as celebrant.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mavis Adkins Bramlett; daughters and son-in-law, Sheila and Ron Schlenker of Yucca Valley, CA, Sandra B. Conway of Bethlehem; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Cherie Bramlett of Snellville; sisters, Sybil Lord of Athens, Virginia Huff of Debary, FL, Evelyn and Sidney Lyle of Bishop, GA, Mary Alice and Jerry Gilbert of Madison, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Sidney and Wanda Bramlett of Ocala, FL, Dewitte Bramlett of Union Point, GA; grandchildren, Ronnie, Lisa, Jordan, Micah, Nathan, Kylee; one great granddaughter, Miah
Mr. Bramlett was retired after 30+ years with General Motors, as a supervisor in the A/C Delco Division.
He was a US Marine Veteran, Disabled Veterans Administration lifetime member and member of Westside Baptist Church for 30 years.

Mrs. Mattie Lou Kunney devoted wife and mother, at age 75 passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at her residence under the care of her family and Community Hospice.
A Baker County native, she lived in Winder, Georgia for two years with her husband John N. Kunney, Sr. before moving to Reidsville, Georgia in 1960.
She was a beautician, seamstress and a faithful homemaker.
Mrs. Kunney was a founding member, Life Member and a past Worthy Matron of Chapter 110 Order of Easter Star. She was a dedicated member of Greater Bethel African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church where she served as Church Secretary, Church Clerk, Stewardess Board Chair, Church Trustee and a member of the Usher Board.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. John Kunney, Sr.; parents, Andrew and Mamie Lou Rogers; siblings, Mabel Griggs, Lee Andrew Rogers, Jr.; Mack Arthur Rogers, and George Edward Rogers.
She is survived by her children, Wanda and Quinton Mosley of Reidsville, GA, John, Jr. and Angelita Kunney of Reidsville, GA, Christopher and Rossi Kunney of Atlanta, GA; siblings, Lollie Rogers, James Rogers and Toy and Edgar Wimberly of Elmodel, GA; grandchildren, Jamie Murphy, Brian Kunney, and Jordan Kunney of Atlanta, GA; great-grandchildren, Jaylin and Jaimee Murphy of Atlanta, GA; uncle, Benjamin Kunney of Elmodel, GA; Aunt, Fannie Mack of Augusta, GA; close friends, Rossie Smith, Mary Frazier and Cecilia Carter; numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins also survived.

Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Monday, October 15, 2012 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00pm Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from the Greater Bethel AME Church with the Reverend John Rolle officiating.
Interment will follow in the St. Williams Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
