Mrs. Era Elaine Phillmon Brossman, 60, of Panama City, died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999 in a local hospital. Born in Panama City, she worked as an accounts payable clerk at Gulf Coast Community College. She was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church and the Cancer Support Group. Mrs. Brossman is survived by her husband, William Brossman of Panama City; two daughters: Patty Weaver and husband John of Waycross, Ga., and Karen Threlkeld and husband Paul of Williamston, S.C.; one brother, Wallace Phillmon and wife Sandy of Alford, Fla.; five grandchildren: Jennifer Weaver, Paula Threlkeld, Katie Weaver, Billy Threlkeld and Patrick Weaver. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, Nov. 21, at 3 p.m. in Forest Park United Methodist Church with Dr. Kenneth Taylor and the Rev. Michael Bryan officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Caroline L. Cape, 85, of Panama City, Fla., died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999 in a local hospital. Born in Philadelphia, Pa., she moved here in 1983 from Newborn, N.C. She was a homemaker and a member of Cook Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. Cape is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Cape; a son, Ronald Rae Roeseberg; and a stepson, Donald Cape. She is survived by one son, Karl Roeseberg and wife Joan of Panama City Beach; three grandchildren: Kim Heppe, Ronald Roeseberg and Mark Roeseberg; five great-grandchildren: Brian Ross, Troy Ross, Derek Roeseberg, Kelsey Roeseberg and Shane Roeseberg. Mr. David Calvander Folds, age 56, of 12209 Hutchison Blvd., Panama City Beach, died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999 at a local hospital. He had been a resident of the area for six years, coming here from Carrollton, Ga. Mr. Folds served his country in the U.S. Army and was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal System. He is survived by his wife, Judith Folds of Panama City Beach, Fla.; daughters: Donna J. Folds of Tallapoosa, Ga., and Deanna K. Robinson of Panama City Beach, Fla.; a son, David D. Folds of Tallapoosa, Ga.; a sister, Diana Brown of Carrollton, Ga.; a brother, Dale Folds of Carrollton, Ga.; a half-brother, James Folds of Carrollton, Ga.; and five grandchildren. Marjorie Lee Fletcher McClung, 73, of Panama City went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999. Shortly after moving here from Texas in 1961, she joined the First United Methodist Church. She retired from Boyd Brothers Office Supply in 1986. Mrs. McClung is survived by her husband of 50 years, Cecil McClung; three children: Donna Camp and husband Joseph of Mobile, Ala., Marsha Frudaker and husband Richard of Panama City, and Mark McClung and wife Theresa of Panama City Beach; one sister, Betty Sharrer of Albuquerque, N.M.; and four granddaughters: Beverly and Jennifer Frudaker and Michelle and Jessica McClung. A memorial service will be held at Wilson Funeral Home today at 10 a.m. with Mr. Sonny Myers and the Rev. Bruce Raley officiating. In accordance with her wishes, her body has been donated to the Anatomical Board of the State of Florida, University of Florida College of Medicine.
