Mrs. Orpha Jane Milam, age 62, of 610 N. Mary Ella Ave., Panama City, Fla, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 1999, at her home. She was born on Jan. 14, 1937, in Eunice, W. Va. Mrs. Milam had been a resident of the Panama City area since 1971. She was the owner/operator of El Patio Restaurant. She was also a member of Springfield Worship Center. Mrs. Milam is survived by her husband, John E. Milam Jr. of Panama City; two sons: Jay Milam of Panama City and Bryan Kelly Milam of Sherman, Texas ; a sister, Christine Rhodes of Dayton, Ohio; brothers: Jimmy Bryant of Panama City, Tom Bryant of Conway, Mo., and James Bryant of Dayton, Ohio; grandchildren: Christine, Jessica, Chelsea, Larissa, Bryan and John IV; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 4 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Chapel with the Rev. James Brogdon officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Funeral services for Mr. Jimmy Murray, age 25, of 6521 Minneola St., Panama City, Fla., who died Sunday, Oct. 31, 1999, will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 3 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mrs. Mary Frances Waldorff, age 73, of Altha, Fla., died early Monday morning Nov. 1, 1999, at Blountstown Health and Rehab Center in Blountstown. Mrs. Waldorff was born in Searcy, Ark., and had lived in Calhoun for the past 52 years. She was a retired teacher with Altha High School in Altha, Fla., and was a member of Altha First Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Mike Waldorff of Victoria, Texas ; one daughter, Paula Van Lierop of Blountstown, Fla.; and five grandchildren. Memorial services will be held today, Nov. 3, 1999, at 4 p.m. CST from Altha First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim McIntosh officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation. The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church fellowship hall. The family will accept flowers but anyone wishing may make contributions to Altha First Baptist Church, the Florida Baptist Children's Home, Hospice of Northwest Florida or to the Altha Library.

Mrs. Inez Donn, 85, of 919 W. 7th Ct., Panama City, died Tuesday evening, Nov. 2, 1999, in a local hospital. Born in Daleville, Ala., she moved here in 1935 from Dothan, Ala. She was a homemaker and a member of Palo Alto Church of Christ. Mrs. Donn was a member of Lynn Haven Chapter No. 262 Order of the Eastern Star and Panama Rebeccah Lodge No. 15. Mrs. Donn is survived by her husband of 67 years, William Monroe Donn of Panama City; one son, Billie Donn and wife Debbie of Panama City; three sisters: Lunnent Starling, Mary Kennedy and Martha Rogers all of Bainbridge, Ga.; one grandson, Cadet Spencer Garrett Milton, U.S.M.A. Funeral services for Mrs. Donn will be conducted on Friday, Nov. 5, at 2 p.m. in Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Jack Reece officiating. Mrs. Dorothy Russell, age 72, of 2938 Jenks Ave., Panama City, died on Oct. 25, 1999 in a Dallas, Texas hospital. She had been a resident of Panama City since 1975 moving here from New York. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary at Panama Country Club in Lynn Haven and up to three years ago had been a very active golfer. She was a member of the local chapter of the Daughters of the British Empire. She is survived by her husband, Dr. James Russell; by her daughter, Dr. Linda Margraf and her husband, Dr. David Margraf of Dallas; by her son, J. Michael Russell and his wife Shu-Chi Chen of Boston, Mass.; and by her grandchild, Rebecca Margraf. Following cremation in Dallas, there will be a memorial service on Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at 10:30 a.m. in Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Raley officiating. Mrs. Frances M. Williams, 81, of Panama City, died Tuesday evening Nov. 2, 1999, in a local hospital. Born in Fairview, Penn., she moved here in 1977 from Cannon County, Tenn. She was a retired secretary for Rybovich Boat Works and was Protestant by faith. Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, J. Whitney Williams of Panama City; one daughter, Linda Burrows and husband William of Corthandt Manor, N.Y.; three grandchildren: Karen Beck of Lynn Haven, Robin Freeman of Tallahassee and Jean Fyfe of Orlando; three great-grandchildren: Ashley and Abbie Beck and James Freeman. A private memorial service will be held on Saturday at 4 p.m. in First Presbyterian Church of Lynn Haven.

Mrs. Nettie C. Rudd Gilstrap, 83, of Parker, Fla., went to her eternal home on Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999. She was born in Panama City on Aug. 16, 1916, then moved to Alabama with her family as a small child. Mrs. Gilstrap was the last surviving child of McKenneth Curtis Rudd and Maggie Viola Miller. She returned to Panama City upon her marriage to Paul C. Gilstrap in 1939. Prior to her marriage she was a traveling theatrical director and directed plays throughout the Southeast. Mrs. Gilstrap was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and enjoyed reading and writing poetry. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Paul C. Gilstrap of Parker; two daughters and sons-in-law: Wanda J. and Gene Sellars of Lynn Haven and Brenda and Robert Inman of Parker; one son and daughter-in-law, Paul Jr. and Connie Gilstrap of Blairsville, Ga.; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, Nov. 6, at 2 p.m. in Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Troy Davis officiating. Mrs. Gilstrap will lie in state at the funeral home one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
