Adrian James, 58, of Apalachicola, Fla., died Thursday, Sept. 30, 1999, at Bay Medical Center in Panama City. A native of Georgia, Mr. James had worked in the seafood industry. He was a member of Woodmen of the World and was Pentacostal Holiness by faith. He is survived by his wife, Sue James of Apalachicola; two sons, Steve James and Greg James, both of Apalachicola; his mother, Maxie James of Panama City; one sister, Marlene Hanson of Panama City; and five grandchildren. Mr. David Carlton Brogdon Sr., age 67, of 5209 E. 9th Street, Panama City, Fla. died on Sunday, Oct. 3, 1999, at a local hospital. He had been a resident of the area since 1941 coming here from Marianna, Fla. He worked as an Insulator for Arizona Chemical Company and was protestant by faith. He is survived by his wife, Nadine Brogdon of Panama City, Fla.; daughters: Debra Nielens and her husband Harold of Callaway, Fla., Wanda Odom and her husband Bobby of Callaway, Fla., Glenda Brown and her husband James of Callaway, Fla., Tammy Davis and her husband Curtis of Youngstown, Fla., Daphne Verge and her husband Baron of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; sons: David Brogdon Jr. and his wife Cynthia of Callaway, Fla., Michael Brogdon and his wife Samantha of St. Andrews, Fla.; sisters: Edelle Cloud of Marianna, Fla., Virginia Warrell of Colorado Springs, Colo., and a brother, J.T. Mr. Robert A. Docko, 54, of Panama City, died Saturday morning, Oct. 2, 1999, at his residence. After his retirement from the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Docko went to work for Wellstream where he was a maintenance director. He was also Baptist by faith. Mr. Docko is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Docko; and son, Jason Lee Docko. He is survived by his mother, Helen Caines of Ellington, Conn.; two sons, John Docko of Shippensburg, Penn., and Robert Docko II of Panama City; one sister, Carolyn Docko of Connecticut; and nine grandchildren. Mr. Hollis C. Haney Sr., age 66, of New Hope, Fla., formerly of Panama City, Fla. died Sunday, Oct. 3, 1999, at a local hospital. He had been a resident of the area for 28 years, coming here from Cartersville, Ga., and was Baptist by faith. He was also a contractor and air conditioner technician for Alvin's Stores since the 1970's. Mr. Haney is survived by his wife of 47 years, Joyce L. Haney of Panama City, Fla.; three sons: Hollis C. Haney Jr. "Chuck" and his wife Wanda of Panama City, Fla., Greg Haney and his wife Shirley of Grayson, La., and Phil Haney of Panama City Beach, Fla.; one grandson, Dock Haney and his wife Ashley of Panama City Beach, Fla.; four sisters and three brothers, all of Cartersville, Ga.; and many devoted family and friends. James Earl Holley, 71, of Marianna, died Sunday, Oct. 3, 1999, in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Born in Cottondale, he was a lifelong resident of Jackson County and co-owner of Holley Transport Inc. for the past 20 years. He was a former Cottondale City Commissioner, a former member of the Kiwanis and Optimist clubs in Cottondale, an active member of Marianna Elks Lodge No. 1516 and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Marianna. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hughes and Eva Holley; a brother, Wilburn Holley and a sister, Alice Johnson. Mr. Donald Henry Kirchman, age 66, of 6331 Grassy Point Road, Southport, Fla., died on Saturday, Oct. 2, 1999, at his residence. He had been a resident of the area since 1955 coming here from Illinois. Mr. Kirchman served his country in the U.S. Air Force and retired as a master sergeant. He served in the Korean War and in Vietnam, where he was awarded the Bronze Star. He later worked as a heavy equipment operator in the Civil Service at Tyndall Air Force Base. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Southport. He is survived by his wife, Sue Lovett Kirchman of Southport; a daughter, Susan Cecilia Russ and her husband Terry Wayne Russ of Southport; a son, Doyle Donald Kirchman of Southport; grandchildren: Donna Sue Russ, Terri Leigh Russ, Kyle Kirchman, Donnie Kirchman, Johnnie Kirchman, James Roy Kirchman; a great-granddaughter, Brettni Lynn Barnes; a sister, Barbara Lesner; brothers: Ed Maranda, Ron Maranda, and Ken Maranda and his wife Colette.
