LAVANIA LUCILLE WILLIAMS, 84, of Hudson died Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa. A native of North Carolina, she moved to this area five years ago from Uniondale, N.Y. She was Baptist. She is survived by a son, Rudolph Jones of Richmond, Va.; a daughter, Dorethia Sachs of Hudson; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Michels-Lundquist Funeral Home, New Port Richey.

WILLARD M. AKE, 91, of Clearwater died Saturday at Morton Plant Hospital. A native of Sandusky, Ohio, he moved to this area in 1970 from Detroit. He was a tax consultant and Presbyterian. He is survived by his wife, Ethel E.; two sons, Charles F. of Altamonte Springs and James H. of Detroit; two daughters, Ruth E. Weber of Concord, Calif., and Margaret R. VERA BLAZIC, 67, of St. Petersburg died Thursday. A native of Yugoslavia, she moved to this area in 1968 from Chicago. She was owner-operator of motels and apartments and a member of St. Sava Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church. She is survived by her husband, Roy; a son, Zoran of St. Petersburg; two daughters, Ann Moser of Miami and Zorica Afjari of San Diego, Calif.; and four granddaughters. RUTH M. CASEY, 81, of Palm Harbor died Sunday at Mease Hospital Dunedin. A native of Constable, N.Y., she moved to this area in 1973 from Cleveland. She was a homemaker and Catholic. ANGELIN A. ERBACH, 85, of Tarpon Springs died Friday at Wildflower Inn in Dunedin. A native of Chicago, she moved to this area in 1974 from Prospect, Ill. FRED F. LAYO, 78, of Tampa died Sunday at University Community Hospital. A native of Lilly, Pa., he moved to this area in 1987 from Niagara Falls, N.Y. He taught social studies for 31 years, was an assistant varsity coach and junior varsity coach for 10 years and athletic manager for 20 years, all at Trott Vocational High School in Niagara Falls. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Rose Mary; a daughter, Janice A. Bartlett of Tampa; two brothers, Edward and Henry, both of Portage, Pa.; and three sisters, Stella Grecek of Portage, Marie Dispennett of Franklin, Ky., and Louise Malopy of Chicago.
