SPENCE, Janet Sue (Suzie), 53, of Sun City Center, Fla., died November 28, 2002 at her residence. She retired as a Registered Nurse and volunteered for the Sun City Center Emergency Squad. She was preceded in death by her son, Gregory, her father, Clarence Sutton and her brother, Jeffrey West. Survivors include her mother, Ruth A. Ruth; a brother, Doug West; a sister, Heather Canyon. TEDRICK, Mae Love, 86, of Tampa, passed away November 27, 2002 in Tampa. Survivors include her sons, Dan Tedrick and wife Bette, and their son Daryl Tedrick; and Maurice Tedrick and wife Jerri Lynn, and their children Tracie, Timothy, and Alison Tedrick; two great-grandchildren; and brother, Maynard Oren and wife Mildred. Mrs. Tedrick, a retired employee of Sears, was a life long member of Oak Grove Methodist Church and choir. WILLIAMS, Eric Jerome, of Tampa passed away November 27, 2002. A lifelong resident of Tampa, he was a graduate of H.B. WILSON, Robert Kenneth, 65, of Lakeland, Fla., died Nov. 28, 2002 at James Haley, V.A. Medical Center. A native of Tampa and a former resident of Brandon for many years, he was a graduate of the University of Miami, where he played football for the University of Miami in 1959 till 1963; graduated with his B.S. degree. He remained a loyal University of Miami fan all of his life. He was a benefit consultant for Insurance Co.; a veteran and an active member of the Victory Church of Lakeland. He is survived by his wife, Joy S. Wilson, Lakeland; two sons, David Wilson, Brandon, and Rob Wilson of Dade City; two daughters, Sharon Heym, Hartselle, Ala., Deanna Nelson of Elverson, Pa.; brother, James Wilson of Brandon; sister, Jean Kelly of Brandon; 11 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2 from Victory Church, 1401 Griffin Rd., Lakeland, Fla. The family will receive friends at the church 10 until 11. ALGOOD, Doris M., born April 16, 1917. The Lord called her home Nov. 26, 2002. We were blessed by knowing such a strong woman. Doris moved to Tampa in 1944. Doris resided in the same house for 56 years in Hyde Park, where she was able to stay with the care of her loving family. Doris opened Algood's Childcare in 1963. She retired in 1993, closing the childcare doors after 30 years of business without incident. Doris always considered her charges as she would her own. She is survived by her four sons and their wives, James M. and Cecilia Algood, Jack W. Algood, Stephen M. and Julie Algood, and Patrick E. and Andrea Algood. Doris was blessed with nine grandchildren, Amy, Kevin, Shane, Jason, Shaun, Thomas, Mark, John and Westin Algood, all reside in Tampa. Doris was a lifetime member of Bayshore Baptist Church. Services are to be held at Bayshore Baptist Church December 2, 2002. The wake will also be held at Bayshore Baptist Church from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Services are from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The family suggest in lieu of flowers a donation be made to LifePath Hospice/The Pearl team.

BOAN, Dan, 68, of Zephyrhills passed away November 29, 2002 in Zephyrhills. He is survived by his wife, Linda Boan of Zephyrhills; a son, Joshua Boan of Tallahassee; a brother, Joe Boan of Zephyrhills; a sister, Ernestine DiLorenzo of Tampa; four nieces, Sara Ciccarello, Brenda Boan and Debbie Boan, all of Tampa, and Amy Burkam of Zephyrhills; a nephew, Seth Nicely of Zephyrhills; and great-nephew, Peter Ciccarello of Tampa. A brother, Frank Boan, predeceased him. Services will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2002 at the First Church of God in Plant City, with Rev. Ed Koch officiating. He was a graduate of the Class of 19 53 at Jefferson High School in Tampa. Dan was a veteran of the US Coast Guard and he was a past member and Vice President of Main Street Zephyrhills. He came to the Zephyrhills area in the early 1960's, and he was the owner of the Plaza Beauty Salon for 30 years. He also enjoyed singing and all kinds of music, especially classical.
