LANDRY, David M., 70, of Sun City Center died November 3,2002. Following graduation from high school, he was awarded a football scholarship to Norwich military Academy. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Korean War. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Sociology, he became a journeyman Tool and Die Maker after serving a four-year apprenticeship. He retired as Director of Personnel for Combustion Engine Company in Windsor, Connecticut, and was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church. Survivors include his wife Elsie; two daughters, Deborah McEdward and Valerie Forti; a son, David E.; a brother, Donald E.; and five grandchildren. VENTO, Anthony `Bo`, 61, passed away quietly in his sleep, Thursday, November 14, 2002. He was a native of Tampa, a graduate of Jesuit High School, class of '59, and the University of Tampa. He was preceded in death by his father, Sam P. Vento, founder of Vento Oil Co., of which he later became president. He was a member of the Ybor City Optimist Club, Italian Club, former member of the Tampa Sports Club and charter member of the Krewe of the Knights of Sant Yago. He was an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, LSU Tigers, and Florida State Seminoles. He is survived by his high school sweetheart, June Parrino Vento; his children, Anthony A.
