O'QUINN, Mary T., 85, of Tampa, loving mother and grandmother, passed away August 16, 2002. Mrs. O'Quinn was predeceased by her loving husband, Sam. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennie and Gilbert Gulick; son, George O'Quinn; grandsons and wives, Gil and Gay Gulick, and Gregory and Jamie Gulick; and numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Charlotte, N.C., she moved to Tampa in 1956 and has been an active member of Seminole Heights Baptist Church since then. She has also been active in Bible Study Fellowship for 17 years, 13 of those as a discussion leader. A church service to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, Aug. 20 at 10:00 a.m., at Bayshore Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Nikki; four sons, Bryon, William, Carl and Eddie; his mother, Janice Cline, and sister, Patricia Cline, residing in Huntington, W.Va. He has a brother, Jimmy, in Brookville, Ohio and a brother, Keith in Tampa, Fla. His foster parents, Wayne and Erva Prevatt, and foster sister, Debbie Ridge, reside in Spring Hill, Fla. He has 11 gandchildren. A small memorial will be held for the family at his home on Saturday, August 24. COAKLEY, Kathleen H., 45, passed away August 17, 2002 after a valiant struggle against cancer. She was lovingly cared for by LifePath Hospice during her illness. She was born in San Francisco. In recent years, she resided in Phoenix, Ariz. She previously resided in Boston, Mass., and Charleston, S.C. She was a graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Conn. and had been employed as a graphic artist, photographer, and in the hospitality industry.
