Survivors are wife, Heather of Riverview; son, Dwayne of Apollo Beach; daughters, Tammy, and Wanda Clark of Augusta, Ga., Caitlyn Carousel of Riverview; mother, Bessie Rickerson of Augusta; grandmother, Maude Wright of Augusta; brothers, Eddie (Bubba), Charles, Buford, William, Paul, all of Augusta; sisters, Blanche Lowe and Elizabeth Sizemore, of Augusta; and three grandchildren. Born in Richmond, Ga., he moved to Tampa 18 years ago. He is a retired superintendent for Rithoffer Shows; a Baptist by faith; and member of International Independent Showmen's Association. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel with Rev. Gene Sorensen, pastor of Victory Baptist Church of Brandon officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Interment will be in Fellowship Cemetery.

SHARPTON, Arthur E. `Bill`, 82, of Plant City, Florida, passed away October 3, 2000. Mr. Sharpton is survived by his two sons, Pat Sharpton and his wife, Marian of Middleburg, Florida and Ben Sharpton and his wife, Kay of Orlando, Florida; his daughter, Sharon Wiggins of Plant City, Florida; sister, Frances Hobkirk of Naples; and four grandchildren; Amy Wiggins, Holly Wiggins, Nicole Sharpton and Jonathon Sharpton. He is preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle in 1987. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday Morning, October 7,2000 at the First United Methodist Church, 303 North Evers Street, Plant City, Florida with Dr. Alan Beaver and Dr. Robert Bledsoe, to officiate. Mr. Sharpton was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Plant City, Florida; a U.S. Navy World War II Veteran; a member of the Masonic Lodge, F & AM Lodge # 79; a member of Kiwanis Club of Plant City, Florida; a member of the Plant City Automotive Dealers Association; and a member of the Board of Directors of South Florida Baptist Hospital and First Florida Bank in Plant City, Florida. Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Pauline; one sister, Florence Lawrence; and one brother, Russell, sister-in-law, Johanna Wools, all of Indianapolis, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews, step children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Born in Brazil, Ind., he moved to St. Petersburg in 1996 from Tampa, Fla. He was owner of Jack's Auto Service in Tampa until his retirement in 1985. He was a 55 year member of Community Lodge #292 F & AM, and a 50 year member of Scottish Rite. He belonged to the Coast Guard Auxiliary, was a deputy sheriff with Hillsborough County for 16 years and was a member of El' Bethel Baptist Church. Friends may call today from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel, where a funeral service will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Guillermina; four daughters, Amy Adams of Mobile, Erica Hand of Dade City, Krystal Adams of Dade City and Daniela Adams of Trilby; a son, Jesse Adams of Trilby; his parents, Harold and Shirley Adams of Trilby; a sister, Brenda Hand of Dade City and a brother, Gregory Ada ms of Trilby. Born and raised in this area, he was a truck driver and was Baptist. Graveside funeral services will be held at Trilby Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2000 (TODAY) with Reverend Stan Burke officiating. Mr. Barnes is survived by his wife, Grace of Zephyrhills; three sons, Walter Barnes of Goshen, Indiana , David Barnes of Zephyrhills, Florida and Keith Barnes of Ft. Wayne, Indiana ; one daughter, Marlene Taylor of Lawrenceville, Georgia; one brother, Dick Barns of Sparta, Tennessee; two sisters, Virginia Swanger of Wapakoneta, Ohio and Ruth Truesdale of Cincinnati, Ohio; also eight grandchildren. Born in New Hampshire, Ohio, he moved to this area 16 years ago from Elkhart, Indiana . He was a retired school teacher at Pasco Middle School and a member of the First Assembly of God in Zephyrhills. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Funeral services for Mr. Barnes were held Friday, October 6, 2000 at 10:00 a. m. at the First Assembly of God church with pastor Malcom Preble officiating. Interment will follow the service at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. The family did receive friends at the Oakley Funeral Home in Zephyrhills from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening. Donations may be given to Pasco Hospice in his memory.

A native of Boston, he came to this area in 1978. He was a retired eng ineer in the transportation industry and was Catholic. A native of Nappan ee, Ind., he moved to the area eight years ago from Goshen, Ind.. He was a plumber for Coachmen Industries, a member of Warsaw, Indiana , Moose Lodge #1423 and the Syracuse, Indiana , Eagles Lodge #4176. ANTUONO, Nannie Ann O'Donohue, 99, passed away on October 5, 2000. Born in Atlanta, Ga., she was a resident of Tampa for over 86 years. Mrs. Antuono is survived by her daughter, Carolyn A. Lambert and her husband, Ralph E.; and daughter-in-law, Betty J. Antuono, all of Tampa; a granddaughter, Ann Marie Lambert Hall and husband Stephen, Memphis, Tenn.; grandsons, Jeffrey A. Lambert and wife Karen, Sarasota, Mark J. Lambert, Birmingham, Ala., Anthony E. Lambert and Tammy Lambert, Christopher A. Lambert, and wife Leigh, all of Tampa; eight great-grandchildren; a niece and two nephews. Mrs. Antuono was a Catholic and a member of Christ the King Church. She belonged to the Catholic Womens Club, Christ the King Guild, American Legion Auxiliary Post #5, World War I Ladies Auxiliary Barracks #17 and The Owls. She was a volunteer at St. Joseph's Hospital for many years and a volunteer for Meals On Wheels. Mrs. Antuono was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Frank and Carrie O'Donohue; her dear husband, Albert M.; her son, Albert J.; a grandson, Paul E. Antuono; two brothers and two sisters. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. A beautiful lady, who will be missed and loved forever. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. A very special thank you to the staff on B Wing at Bon Secours Maria Manor in St. Petersburg for all their expert care, compassion, and especially the love that was given to my mother during her last years. A thank you also to Hospice of Florida Suncoast (Lavender Team) for their special care. Funeral mass will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m. at the Christ King Chapel. Interment will follow in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. A Rosary Service will be held at the funeral home Sunday at 7:00 p.m..
