He was a retired farm manager, an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II and Catholic. He was a charter and life member of B.P.O.E. 2236 in West Milford, a member of the Disabled American Veterans 78, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10167, American Legion Post 173 and Tarpon Springs Moose Lodge 1429, all of Holiday. He is survived by his wife, Agnes; two daughters, Charmaine of West Milford and Susan Huddy of Greenwood Lake, N.Y.; a brother, Melvin of Baldwinville, Mass.; a sister, Mildred Kells of Steston, Maine; and two grandchildren.
