JESSIE D. "JUNIOR" GAY JR., 58, of Tampa died Friday at Palm Gardens. A native of Sylvester, Ga., he moved to the area 30 years ago. He was a laborer and Protestant. He is survived by his wife, Juanita; two sons; six brothers, Simon of Fort Lauderdale, James, John, Willie, Jerry and Larry; and three sisters, Ossie Faison, Dorothy Alford and Ruby Lee. ALBERT R. GREEN, 53, of Tampa died Monday at home. A native of Adrian, Ga., he moved to the area in 1950. He was a supervisor for the Tampa Water Department and Baptist.
