RUBY C. MILLER, 86, of Dade City died Tuesday. A native of Dooly County, Ga., she moved to the area in 1942. She was a retired bookkeeper for Cook Lumber Co., a Girl Scout Leader, member of Women in Construction and Seminole Heights United Methodist Church. She is survived by a son, Joel of Brooksville; a daughter, Virginia Youngflesh of Alexandria, Va.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. JULIO N. MORALES, 78, of Tampa died Tuesday. A native of Cuba, he moved to the Tampa area in 1983. He was a maintenance employee for Hillsborough County Schools and Catholic. She was a dietitian for Hillsborough County Schools and member of the Florida Dietary Association and St. John's Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Richmond Sr.; a son, Richmond Jr. of Seabrook, Md.; two daughters, Priscilla Keith of Lakeland and Mary Gilliard of Tampa; five brothers, Willie Williams of Detroit, Leroy and Arthur Williams, both of Lake Wales, and Horace and Ernest Williams, both of Marianna; four sisters, Coretha Bogier of Goldsboro, N.C., Martha Peterson of Blountstown, Annie Baker and Inell Smith of Marianna; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. He was a retired mechanical engineer at the University of South Florida, Navy veteran of World War II and member of Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; a son, Keith of Tampa; three daughters, Nancy of New York, Lee of Colleyville, Texas , and Nita of Tampa; a brother, Fred of Tampa; two sisters, Mary Tully and Julie McDermott of Tampa; and five grandchildren.
