FRED COLLINS, 92, of Tampa died Monday at Tampa General Hospital. A native of Polk County, he moved to Tampa in 1919. He was a cigarmaker for Garcia and Vegas Cigar Co., former coach for the West Tampa Blues and Tampa Little League, and member of Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church.
