Stanley Caudle, 75 Monteview, Idaho
Stanley Caudle, 75, of Monteview, Idaho, died June 13, 2003, at his home from a lingering illness.
He was born July 25, 1927, in Taneyville, Mo., to William and Bessie (Austin) Caudle. He lived in Taney-ville until the age of 6. He then lived in Buffalo, Ind., for 23 years where he attended Buf-falo High School.
He met Shirley Grace Bowsher and they were married
July 2, 1954, in Auburn, Ind. They lived in Monticello, Ind., for 12 years then moved to Monteview, Idaho in 1969.
During World War II, he served as a Private 1st Class in the American Theater in Panama. He earned many medals, including the World War II Victory Medal and the M-1 Rifle Marksman medal.
He owned a construction company and worked as a building contractor in Indiana. After moving to Monteview, he owned his own farm and was named in "Who's Who for 2002" for his success in farming. He and his three sons built their home in Monteview.
He enjoyed farming and spending winters in Homosassa Springs, where he fished on the gulf and enjoyed flea markets.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley Caudle of Monteview, Idaho; three sons, Kevin (Glenna) Caudle of Terreton, Idaho, Jon (Cindy) Caudle and Rick (Debbie) Caudle, all of Terreton, Idaho; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Raymond Fletcher, 80 Inverness
Raymond Fletcher, 80, Inverness, died Thursday, June 12, 2003, at Avante At Inverness.
A native of Staffordshire, England, he was born June 29, 1922, to Edward and Sarah Jane Fletcher.
He came to Florida in 1986 from Trenton, N.J., where he was employed as a machinist for American Standard Manufacturing Company.
Mr. Fletcher was predeceased by his wife, Catherine Fletcher, on May 24, 1989.
There are no immediate survivors.

Martin Johansen, 97 Bradenton
Martin Henry Johansen, 97, Bradenton, died Friday, June 13, 2003, at Blake Medical Center.
A native of Chelsea, Mass., he moved to Manatee County from Dunnellon in 1996.
Mr. Johansen was a retired service representative for H.A. Johnson Food Distrib-utor and served our country as a Merchant Seaman.
He was a member of Dunnellon Presbyterian Church, past master of Thomas Talbot Masonic Lodge in Billerica, Mass.; district deputy, Lowell, Mass. Masonic District awarded him the 50-year Masonic Service pin.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beth Landon Johansen.
Survivors include two sons, Arthur Martin Johansen of Bradenton and Ossipee, N.H., and the Rev. Paul Charles Johansen of New Philadelphia, Ohio; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Edward 'Ted' Wood, 83 Beverly Hills
Edward (Ted) Wood, 83, Beverly Hills, was born April 10, 1920, in Great Falls, Mont., to Thomas Wood and Marguerite Bone. He moved to Pittsburgh, Pa., by way of Chicago and St. Louis. He studied industrial engineering at PA State College.
At the age of 8, he started studying the violin and continued for 12 years with various teachers and playing in church and recitals.
Late in life, he also enjoyed playing the electronic organ. He was also active in amateur radio for many years and enjoyed woodworking and photography as hobbies. Most of all, he loved classical music.
Mr. Wood entered Navy flight training in February 1941, graduating from Pensacola, November 1941. He went aboard the USS Cabot November 1943 and was engaged in all Pacific operations of Task Force 58 in the Pacific during World War II.
Mr. Wood participated in several campaigns in the Pacific and was awarded the Navy Cross, two Distinguished Flying Crosses and the Air Medal. He was a torpedo pilot flying TBMs from the USS Cabot. He returned State-side, November 1944, remaining actively flying with the Naval Reserve and retiring as a Navy Captain in 1980.
Post-war, Mr. Wood was engaged in various aspects of air traffic control in California at Oakland, Sacramento and Los Angeles International until 1951. He went back on active duty during the Korean War for two years.
Then he returned to civilian life working as a civilian in the Navy Department at the Pentagon and later the Federal Aviation Administration Test Center at Atlantic City, N.J. He retired from Civil Service in 1970 after 29 years of service.
Mr. Wood lived in southern New Jersey for 23 years before coming to Beverly Hills in 1999.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Wood, of Pittsburgh, Pa.
He is survived by his wife of three years, Blanca "Kalli" Wood; his son, Robert Wood of Portland, Ore.; and his daughter, Leslie Willmott of New York City, N.Y. Laura E. Richter, 87, Candy Maker
Laura Ellen Richter, 87, of Bushnell, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003, in Bushnell. A native of Troy, N.J., she has been a resident of Central Florida for 30 years, formerly of Jersey City, N.J. Mrs. Richter was a candy maker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Panasoffkee. Survivors include a son, Erich Richter of Winston-Salem, N.C.; daughter, Patricia Segebart of Bushnell; five sisters, Mildred Kunosen, Evelyn Flint, Lillian Gooley of Troy, N.Y., Gertude Catlin of Inverness, Dorothy Frosch of Hialeah; two brothers, Sanford Catlin of Troy, N.Y., and Donald Catlin of Sacramento, Calif.; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Bessie R. Turner, 75, of Bushnell, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2003, in Bushnell. A native of Red Level, Ala., she was a resident of Sumter County since 1958, formerly of Red Level, Ala. Mrs. Turner was a teacher's aide with the public school system. She was a member of Gant Lake Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Turner and Jerry Turner, both of Dothan, Ala.; three daughters, Shirley Story of Groveland, Barbara Kirk of Kissimmee and Lisa Strickland of Inverness; two sisters, Mary Gomillion of Andalusia, Ala., and Emma Brogden of Birmingham, Ala.; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m. at Gant Lake Baptist Church, Gant Lake, with Rev. Ed Button and Rev. Billy Rigsby officiating. Interment at Center Hill Cemetery, Center Hill. Neil Cason, 71 Homosassa
Neil E. Cason, 71, Homosassa, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2003, at his home.
He was born in Batesville, Ark., and came here 17 years ago from Largo.
Mr. Cason was a retired relief man at General Motors for 19 years and a member of the United Auto Workers Local 659.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Bonnie Garrison Cason of Homosassa; three sons, William Cason and wife, Cynthia, of Homosassa, Brian Cason of Arcadia and Kevin Cason of Homosassa; two daughters, Patricia Cason of Homosassa and Christine Steinhoff and husband, Michael, of New Port Richey; three brothers, Stanley Cason of Holiday, Bill Cason of Homosassa and Doyne Cason of Flint, Mich.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was born May 8, 1926, in Bronx, N.Y., to John and Katherine Cernak. She came here in 2002 from Lillian, Ala.
Mrs. Crary was a homemaker.
She was Protestant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Crary, in November 2001.
Survivors include three sons, John Lynch and Kevin Lynch of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and Charles Crary of Voorheesville, N.Y.; one daughter, Chryste Cefala of Dunnellon; a sister, Sue Pagano of Lecanto; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Margaret 'Miss Bonnie' Duncan, 70 Inverness
Margaret "Miss Bonnie" Dollar Duncan, 70, Inverness, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003, in Inverness.
She was born July 15, 1933, in Monticello to John and Romie Dollar and came here from Brandon in 1967.
Mrs. Duncan was the owner/ operator of Miss Bonnie's Daycare and Preschool.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Inverness and Partners in Christ Sunday School class.
She enjoyed quilting.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, W.C. Sonny Duncan of Inverness; one son, William Duncan and wife, Marion, of Inverness; two daughters, Janice Duncan Johnson and husband, Tom, and Julie Duncan Taylor and husband, Mike, all of Inverness; two brothers, Robert Dollar of Inverness and Paul Dollar of Plant City; four sisters, Grace Tribble and Dot DeVane, both of Plant City, Patsy Parrish of Oxford and Gay Buckalew of Plant City; and five grandchildren.

William 'Fishcamp Bill' Folsom, 81 Tampa
William "Fishcamp Bill" Folsom, 81, Tampa, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2003, in Tampa.
He was born April 12, 1922, in Boston, Mass., to Benjamin and Dora Folsom and came to Florida 20 years ago.
Mr. Folsom was the manager of a supermarket. He was a United States Marine Corps World War II veteran.
He was Catholic.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Benjamin Folsom Jr. and Norman Folsom.
Surviving are three sons, Christopher Allan Folsom of Homosassa, Colin Robert Folsom of Key West and William Walter Folsom of St. Petersburg; and one daughter, Lauri Ann Folsom Planz of Tampa.
