Robert Williams, 76 Dunnellon

Robert B. Williams, 76, Dunnellon, died Thursday August 7, 2003 in Ocala.

Born in Jonesville, Va., he came here from DeLand in 1969.

He was retired. He was a supervisor with the Deltona Corporation.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He was Protestant.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Dunnellon.

He was a former member of the Dunnellon Quarterback Club supporting local football teams. He was an active Gator fan.

Survivors include his wife, Joanne Williams of Dunnellon; four sons, Eddie Williams and Terry Williams, both of Dunnellon, Danny Williams of Ocala, and Michael Williams of Ft. Myers; a daughter, Claudia Williams of Ashville, N.C.; brother Dwight Williams of Fredericksburg, Va.; sister Jean Newman of Harrisonburg, Va.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Wilfred P. Bebeau, 78, of Oak Run

Wilfred Paul Bebeau, of Oak Run, died Saturday, July 5, 2003, at Munroe Regional Medical Center. Born in Woonsocket, R.I., he moved to Ocala from Jackson Heights, N.Y. in 1989. He was 78.

Mr. Bebeau was a retired Amtrak engineer. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus in New York. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Inge; son, Paul Bebeau of Hillsboro, N.J.; sisters, Beatrice Storm of Coos Bay, Ore., and Alice Marriot of Yreka, Calif.; and two granddaughters.

Cleo M. Cain, 80, of OTOW

Cleo M. Cain, of OTOW, died Sunday, June 29, 2003, at Sylvia's Hospice House. A native of St. Cloud, Minn., she moved here in 1985 from Kissimmee. She was 80.

Mrs. Cain was a homemaker. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and the Crafty Ladies of On Top of the World. She was a founding member of D'Clowns of On Top of the World and was a blood donor for many years.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Michael J.; daughters, Billie L. Atkins of Arlington, Texas, and Margaret J. Hitt of Highland, Ill.; sons, James C. Cain of Cody, Wyo., Patrick Cain of Chicago and Larry M. Cain of Ypsilanti, Mich.; brothers, Dwaine Harwood of Arcadia, Kenneth L. Harwood of Jackson, Mich., and Joseph LaFramboise of Southfield, Mich., ; sisters, Judith A. Nicholas of Buford, Ga., and Joyce Spear of Harrison, Mich., 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Marion County.

Don E. Caskey, 81, of Pine Run

Don E. Caskey, of Pine Run, died Sunday, June 29, 2003, at home. A native of Emporium, Pa., he moved here in 1987 from Syracuse, N.Y. He was 81.

Mr. Caskey was a retired national account supervisor for GTE Corporate Credit. He was a member of Pine Run Golf Association, Pine Oaks Golf Club, Pine Run Bowling League and 359th Fighter Group 8th Air Force. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.

Survivors include his daughter, Jude Dooghan of Ocala; son, Alan G. Caskey of Cortland, N.Y.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Connections, Education and Support Inc., Ocala.

Donald H. Clark Sr., 68, of Oak Run

Donald Herbert Clark Sr., of Oak Run, died Friday, June 27, 2003, at TimberRidge Rehabilitation Center, Ocala. A native of Hudson Falls, N.Y., he came here in 1996 from there. He was 68.

Mr. Clark was a retired generator operator for a paper mill. He was a member of Ocala Word of Faith Church, Ocala and of the Oak Run Volleyball Club.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth; two daughters, Deborah Maranville of Conway, N.H., and Deanna Martin of Spring Hill; son, Donald H. Clark Jr. of Hudson Falls, N.Y.; two sisters, Sandra Dubay of Lake George, N.Y., and Betty Ann Bramer of Burgaw, N.C.; brother, William Clark of Blaine, Washington; eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ocala Word of Faith Reaching Fund, Ocala.

Romolo I. Gennari, 81, of Dunnellon

Romolo I. Gennari, of Dunnellon, died Thursday, July 3, 2003, at MRMC TimberRidge Medical Center. A native of Rome, he came here from Sunrise in 1978. He was 81.

Mr. Gennari served as an Army staff sergeant in World War II. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, enjoyed gardening, tinkering, fishing and helping others.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Mary; daughters, Janet Righetti of Ocala and Lorretta Gennari of Belton, Texas; his twin brother, Remo Gennari of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.

Richard E. Jemiola, 83, of OTOW

Richard E. Jemiola, of OTOW, died Wednesday, June 25, 2003, at Munroe Regional Medical Center. A native of Chicago, Ill., he came here 23 years ago from McHenry, Ill. He was 83.

Mr. Jemiola was a retired clothing salesman. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and a volunteer for Hospice of Marion County and Munroe Regional Medical Center. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Martha H.; daughters, Donna Lynn Looze of Pocatello, Idaho, and Karen Lee Haven of Ocala; sister, Irene Yakimow of Sycamore, Ill.; and two grandchildren.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Hospice of Marion County, P.O. Box 4880, Ocala, Fla. 344787.

Ann Pangle, 90, of Ocala

Ann Pangle, of Ocala, died Saturday, June 28, 2003, in Ocala. A native of Baltimore, Md., she came here in 1981 from Fort Lauderdale. She was 90.

Ms. Pangle was a retired schoolteacher. She was a member of the Holy Faith Episcopal Church and the American Association of University Women.

Survivors include her friends, Jane Allen of Ocala and Pieter VanGunst of Dunnellon.

Robert C. Hallin, 91, of Ocala

Robert Charles Hallin, of Ocala, died Saturday, June 14, 2003, at TimberRidge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. A native of Mount Clemens, Mich., he moved here in 1992. He was 91.

Mr. Hallin was owner of Fox Hollow Morgan Horse Farm and Timberwood Estates Horse Farm. He was formerly employed by Ford Motor Co. and the Ford family.

Survivors include his daughters, Greta K. Ovad of Ocala and Jeane L. Hallin of Crestline, Calif.; sons, William R. Hallin of Lake Worth and James R. Hallin of Ocala; twin brother, the Rev. Ray K. Hallin of St. Petersburg; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Hallin, on June 6, 1993, and son, David F. Hallin on Nov. 7, 1994.

Carol M. Furmanski, 62, of Ocala

Carol M. Furmanski, of Ocala, died Friday, June 27, 2003, at home. A native of Chicago, she moved here in 1996 from Milwaukee. She was 62.

Mrs. Furmanski was a homemaker and she enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, traveling and gardening.

Survivors include her son, Scott Furmanski of Milwaukee; daughter, Debi Furmanski of Ocala; mother, Regina Pruzinski of Chicago; sister, Susie Racce, Pat Ostergard and Phyllis Pruzinski, all of Chicago.

Emily R. Miller, 78, of Dunnellon

Emily Rose Miller, of Dunnellon, died Sunday, June 29, 2003, in Ocala. A native of Devonshire Parrish, Bermuda, she came here in 1982 from Miami. She was 78.

Mrs. Miller was a member of First Baptist Church of Dunnellon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edison Eugene Miller.

Survivors include a son, Donald Bruce Miller of Saratoga, Calif.; daughter, Vicki Ann Urguhart of Parker, Colo.; four brothers, Jerry DeCouto of Fort Myers, Ernest DeCouto and Roderick DeCouto, both of Bermuda, and Anthony DeCouto of Marrietta, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
