Sarah "Maxine" Snyder, 84 Inverness
Sarah "Maxine" Snyder, 84, of Inverness, died Friday, May 30, 2003, at her home under the care of her family and Hospice of Citrus County.
Born Sept. 8, 1918, in Lane Township, Ind., to Alvah and Bessie Chambers, she came here 22 years ago from Gainesville.
Mrs. Snyder was a member of the First Baptist Church in Inverness. She was a member of the Baptist Women's Missions and was former youth director and Sunday school teacher.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon, on March 12, 1982.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Snyder of Gainesville and Barry R. Snyder and his wife Jo of Inverness; daughter Linda Caward of Inverness; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Audrey D. Behan, 90, of OTOW
Audrey D. Behan, of OTOW, died Saturday, May 10, 2003, at Munroe Regional Medical Center. A native of Jersey City, N.J., she moved here in 1990 from Bergen County, N.J. She was 90.
Mrs. Behan was a homemaker. She was a former treasurer of Singles Club at On Top of the World. She was Presbyterian.
Survivors include her son, Warren W. Behan of Carmel, N.Y.; daughter, Brenda A. Behan of New York City; four grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Walter Behan.

Anthony J. Casey, 82, of Palm Cay
Anthony J. Casey, of Palm Cay, died Monday, May 12, 2003, at Munroe Regional Medical Center. A native of Litchfield, Conn., he moved here in 1989. He was 82.
Mr. Casey was a retired electrical estimator for the state of Connecticut. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Angela Santos Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 4781, and the Air Force Association. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Rita P.; daughter, Kathleen Bianchi of Boston; stepsons, Michael Beaumier of Jupiter and Jacques Beaumier of Hollywood; stepdaughters, Genevieve Kitouac of Dublin, Va., Collette Perry of San Diego, Nicole Hurbon of Escondido, Calif., Claude Beaumier and Dianne Polletta, both of Waterbury, Conn.; brother, James Casey of Litchfield; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Gerald S. "Jerry" Lukcso, of Ocala, died Wednesday, May 14, 2003, in Price, Utah. A native of Torrington, Conn., he moved here from Casselberry in 2000. He was 67.
Mr. Lukcso was a retired master electrician for Walt Disney World. He attended Episcopal Church of the Advent and was an avid square dancer.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Dorothy S.; a son, David Lukcso of Rockville, Md.; two daughters, Patti A. Fenneran of Staunton, Va., and Cheryl Lee of Ocala; a sister, Laura Silano of Torrington, Conn.; and six grandchildren.

Estevan B. Esquibel, of Marion Oaks, died Friday, May 16, 2003, at home. A native of Velarde, N.M., he moved here in 1993 from Bensenville, Ill. He was 67.
Mr. Esquibel was a retired general foreman.

Carlos Gallardo, 28, Crystal River, died Sunday, June 15, 2003, at Seven Rivers Community Hospital in Crystal River.
He was born June 24, 1974, in Havana, Cuba, to A. Carlos and Martha Gallardo and moved here 23 years ago.
He worked with stucco and as a plaster on new construction.
He was Catholic.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Gallardo.
Survivors include his father, A. Carlos Gallardo of Crystal River; brother, Pavel Gallardo of Jacksonville; and sister, Lizett G. Rodriguez of Jacksonville.

Caroline H. Kitchen, 82, Beverly Hills, died Thursday, June 19, 2003, in Beverly Hills.
She was born Sept. 10, 1920, in Hamilton, Canada, to James and Jean Hendrie and came here in 1980 from Taylor, Mich.
Mrs. Kitchen was a retired auditor for the Internal Revenue Service and past president of the Humane Society of Citrus County.
She was Methodist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Kitchen.
Surviving are two brothers, William Hendrie of Beverly Hills and James Hendrie of Mears, Mich.

Mr. Nagle was a retired self-employed tool and dye maker.
He was Catholic.

She was born Aug. 8, 1925, in Middletown, Ill., to Paul and Thelma Mae (Stollard) Davison and came here 12 years ago from Springfield, Ill.
Mrs. Stonesifer was a retired computer programmer for Horace Mann Insurance Co.
She was Protestant.
Survivors include her husband, George E. Stonesifer of Crystal River; daughter, Claudia Kay Davis of DelRey, Calif.; three stepdaughters, Maybelle Johnston of Marlinsburg, W.Va., Arlene Gettle of Shrewsbury, Pa., and Pearl Reyes of Crystal River; brother, Dean Davison of Homosassa; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
