Harry L. Keller
WILLISTON -- Harry L. Keller died Monday at his residence in Williston following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 70.
Mr. Keller served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War and the Vietnam War, retiring after 27 years at the rank of captain. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Retired Officers Association, the Chosen Few and the Marine Corps Association.
He was a former building official for the cities of Cape Canaveral and Oceanside, Calif., and a former building construction consultant.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Keller of Williston; five daughters, Diane Garrison and Peggy Keeter, both of Gainesville, Karen Stresau of Satellite Beach, Linda Pugeau of Redmond, Wash., and Vonda Keller of North Carolina; a son, Lee S. Keller of California; a brother, Robert Keller of Hermiston, Ore.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

James Anthony London
James "Gene" Anthony London, a lifelong resident of Gainesville, died Friday at Shands at the University of Florida following a brief illness. He was 42.
Mr. London was a senior mail clerk at CH2M Hill.
He was a member of Redeeming Faith Ministry, where he served as minister of music, pianist, youth choir director and pastor's assistant.
He graduated from Eastside High School in 1976 and later attended Santa Fe Community College.
Survivors include his wife, Henrola London of Gainesville; a daughter, Christina R. London of Gainesville; two sons, Jermane A. London and Jason L. London, both of Gainesville; his parents, Alphonso and Alzadie Wilson London of Gainesville; two sisters, Gloria London and Leesha London, both of Gainesville; a brother, Alphonso London Jr. of Atlanta.
Margaret Jean Kelly
HIALEAH -- Margaret Jean Kelly died of cancer Monday. She was 63.
Mrs. Kelly was born in Miami and moved to Hialeah 16 years ago.
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Gene Kelly of Hialeah; two sons, Chuck Little of Gainesville and Scott Kelly Bigham of Hialeah; a stepdaughter, Nancy Sue Kelly of Hialeah; two sisters, Gladys Rallis and Mary J. Platt, both of Ocala; a brother, Jim Rossey of Miami; and two grandchildren.
William Lawrence Munroe
William Lawrence Munroe died Tuesday at his residence in Gainesville. He was 57.
Mr. Munroe moved to Gainesville from Daytona Beach 30 years ago.
He was a carpenter with the U.S.D.A. Entomology Lab and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
He was a ragtime piano player and a musical director for many years at the 1890s McIntosh Festival. His stage names were "Fingers" and "Ivor E. Keys."
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn E. Munroe of Gainesville; a daughter, Lauren F. Munroe of Gainesville; a son, William Harry Munroe of Atlanta; his mother, Ruth Munroe of Orange City; and a sister, Gail Packman of Deltona.
Patrick B. Orton
CROSS CREEK -- Patrick B. Orton died Tuesday at his residence in Cross Creek. He was 74.
Mr. Orton was born in Gainesville and moved to Cross Creek two years ago.
He was employed by the Alachua County School Board as a school bus maintenance worker for 20 years.
He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lorraine Thomas Orton of Cross Creek; a stepdaughter, Connie Dodd of Cross Creek; seven stepsons, Gene Thomas, Kennis Thomas, Larry Thomas, Billy Thomas and Tony Thomas, all of Cross Creek and Ronnie Thomas and Wendy Thomas, both of Island Grove; a sister, Alice Blake of Gainesville; a brother, William Orton of Gainesville; 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Ervin S. Priem Sr.
Professor Ervin S. Priem Sr. of Gainesville died Monday in his home. He was 89.
Dr. Priem was born in Shawano, Wis., and moved from Chicago to Gainesville 48 years ago.
He was a retired electrical engineering professor at the University of Florida, one of the first radar engineers in 1942 with Hazeltine Electronics and a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dottie Ruth Priem of Gainesville; two daughters, Pamela Wright of Denver, Colo. and Joy Ammerman of Orlando; a son, Ervin S. Priem Jr. of Gainesville; and two grandchildren.
Eva M. Randall
PUTNAM HALL -- Eva M. Randall died Tuesday at her residence in Putnam Hall following a brief illness. She was 79.
Mrs. Randall was born in Quincy and moved to Putnam Hall from Sanford 53 years ago.
She was a homemaker and a member of Abilene Missionary Baptist Church, where she held several leadership positions and was church secretary for 25 years. She was a member of the Women's Home Mission and Christian Pallbearers Lodge, where she served as financial secretary. She was the first African American to serve as president of the P.T.O. She was also a volunteer supervisor for the U.S.D.A. Food Program.
Survivors include three daughters, Bernice Randall and Gloria Corig, both of Putnam Hall and Barbara Sharpe of Gainesville; three sons, Michael Cliffen and Gregory Randall, both of Putnam Hall and Brian Cliffen of Interlachen; 19 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Willie J. Richardson
Willie J. Richardson died Tuesday at his residence in Gainesville following an extended illness. He was 65.
Mr. Richardson was a lifelong resident of Gainesville.
He was a driver with Rinker Cement Company and a member of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Angela Richardson of Gainesville; five daughters, Linda Williams, Regina Peterson, Caryn Blue, Joy Ellison and Sherry Richardson, all of Gainesville; two sons, Willie J. Richardson Jr. of Washington D.C., and Darrell A. Richardson of Gainesville; two sisters, Jeraline Terry and Eula Coward, both of Gainesville; two brothers, George Wallace of Gainesville and Ulysses Richardson of Washington D.C.; 24 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Jennings Quitman Stewart
Jennings Quitman Stewart of Gainesville died Saturday at North Florida Regional Medical Center. He was 51.
Mr. Stewart was born in Lake Panasoffkee and moved to Gainesville from Jacksonville 15 years ago.
He was a truck driver and a Baptist.
Mr. Steward served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Cherie Stewart.
Survivors include a son, Anthony Stewart of Jacksonville; and three sisters, Jean Polopolus of High Springs, Joan Milonas of Jacksonville and Burnell Allen of Brooksville.

Phillip Coleman Sr.
HAWTHORNE -- Phillip Coleman Sr. of Hawthorne died in an automobile accident Sept. 12. He was 44.
Mr. Coleman was born in Philadelphia and moved to Hawthorne 10 years ago.
He was a custodian and a Pentecostal.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie McCray-Coleman of Hawthorne; six children, Philesha Coleman and Patrice Coleman, both of Philadelphia, Phillip Coleman Jr., Tory Williams, Sontoya Collins and Bessie Collins, all of Hawthorne; his parents, William and Alice Coleman of Hawthorne; three sisters, Denise Coleman and Wanda Beck, both of Philadelphia, and Luann White of Lakeland; four brothers, William Allen Coleman of Gainesville and Stevie Coleman, David Coleman and Tyrone Coleman, all of Philadelphia; and a grandchild.
Hugo R. Crocker
HAWTHORNE -- Hugo R. Crocker of Hawthorne died Tuesday in Hawthorne. He was 81.
Mr. Crocker was born in Newberry and moved to Hawthorne from Windsor in 1972.
He was a retired maintenance worker at Village French Quarters and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Grace S. Cocker of Hawthorne; three daughters, Joyce Lewis and Judy Dickerson, both of Hawthorne and Jerri Watkins of Gainesville; three sons, Rocky Crocker of Hawthorne, Tom Crocker of Archer and Frank Crocker of Gainesville; a sister, Mary Tompkins of Archer; a brother, Larsen Crocker of Gainesville; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren.
Ethel Burns Hicks
PERRY -- Ethel Burns Hicks of Perry died Tuesday at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. She was 75.
A native of Fort White, she lived in Lake City, Panama City, Memphis and Mobile, Ala., before moving to Perry in 1987. She was a secretary at Burns Monument & Vault Co. and a member of the St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Panama City, the Perry Golf & Country Club and the Perry Women's Club.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Louie Hicks of Perry; a daughter, Cindy Simmons of Pittsfield, Mass.; a son, Tommy Hicks of Pensacola; a brother, Joe P. Burns Jr. of Perry; and two granddaughters, Jessica Simmons and Brittany Hicks.

George Wilson Loper Jr.
STARKE -- George Wilson Loper Jr. of Starke died Monday at Shands at Starke following an extended illness. He was 73.
A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Loper moved to Starke in 1966.
He was a retired U.S. Marine Corps warrant officer, having served in World War II and the Korean War.
He was a teacher at Bradford Middle School, where he was awarded the Teacher of the Year Award.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church and the National Education Association.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanne Anne Loper of Starke; three daughters, Carol Ann Cloud of Dowingtown, Pa., and Lynn J. Sakers and Anne M. Todd, both of Starke; two sons, George W. Loper III of North Wales, Pa., and John V. Loper of Starke; a brother, Robert Loper of Malvern, Pa.; and eight grandchildren.
