on January 6, 1936, the daughter of Alois and Louise (Ruhland) Liegel in Plain, WI. She was married on June 29, 1954 to Gerry Brickl. Marie was employed by Winn Dixie Grocery Store in Spring Hill, Florida for 13 years. Survivors include her husband: Gerry Brickl of Spring Hill, FL; five children: Barbara (Bruce) Hawksworth of Hurdle Mills, NC, Ken (Jen) Brickl of Viola, Kathy (Richard) Appleman of LaFarge, Scott (Teresa) Brickl of Hillsboro, Carla (Jim) Clark of Hillsboro; ten grandchildren; five siblings: Junie (Mary) Liegel of Spring Green, Danny (Marlene) Liegel of Spring Green, JoAnne (Bob) Schanke of Plain, Linda (Dave) Elder of Baraboo, Sue Kowalke of Spring Green. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Plain, WI. Fr. CHASTAIN, Sara Elizabeth Wynns, 79, of Tampa died on June 24 at St.Joseph's Hospital. She was born
in Tampa, graduated from Jefferson High School, and attended the University of Tampa. She was a telephone operator for GTE and a homemaker. Later, she became a successful sales representative for Ace Beauty Supply in Pinellas Park until she had to retire in 1986 after suffering a very serious stroke. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Alton; their children, Sherry Chastain Thomas-Dertke and her husband Max Dertke of Tampa, Susan Chastain Cappy Wallace of Tampa, Doug Chastain and his wife DeDe of Dover, and Dale Chastain and his wife Anne of Tampa. She has four grandchildren, Ryan Cappy, Sara Chastain, Dustin Chastain, and George (Geordie) Chastain on whom she doted. She has a sister, Nancy Wynns Vaughn of Marietta, Ga.; a half-sister, Linda Jolly of Boca Grande; and two half-brothers, Richard Wynns of Ft. Myers, and Larry Wynns of Boca Grande; a stepmother, Ms. Geneva Giddens of Lutz; and many nieces and nephews. Sara loved to cook, and her family loved especially her unique recipe for macaroni and cheese with oysters. Sara was a member of the Kings Avenue Baptist Church. Her family will welcome visitors on Monday evening, June 28 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Stowers Funeral Home in Brandon. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 29 at Kings Avenue Baptist Church in Brandon at 11 a.m. She will be interred at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, also in Brandon. October 8, 1909 in Palestine, Ohio to Sherman William and Clo Lucille (Snyder) Harris. From 1917 until his retirement in 1976, he lived in Indiana. He was a longtime member of Lynn Friends Church in Indiana. Locally, he attended First United Methodist Church in Zephyrhills. He was preceded in death just five months ago, by his wife of 69 years, Luella; two sisters, Vivian Swain and Harriet Hinshaw. His loving family includes two sons, Charles Verdeen (Sarah) Harris of Lynn, Ind., and David Earl (Carol) Harris of Greenville, Ohio; two daughters, Marilyn J. (Bill) Warford of Connersville, Ind., and RuthAnn Wilson of Zephyrhills; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grand- children; and six great-great- grandchildren. WARNER L.V., age 83, of Avon Park, Fla. passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at the Florida Hospital Heartland. He was born
on September 9, 1920 in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and was a winter resident of Avon Park for 17 years, moving here in 2003 from Pierceton, Ind. He was a farmer; a school bus driver; and a member of the Sebring Church of the Brethren. Mr. Warner is survived by his wife, Ruth N. Warner of Avon Park, Fla.; sons, Jack (Flora) Warner of Sebring, Fla., Rex (Nell) Warner of West Lafayette, Ind., Paul (Ruth) Warner of Lexington, Ky.; brother, Maurice Warner of Pierceton, Ind.; sister, Devona Farley of N. Manchester, Ind.; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. WEDDLE, Eileen, 87, of Tampa, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2004. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard Weddle in 1969, she is survived by her daughter, Kathy Long and husband Robert Atkins; sister, Kathleen Cavanaugh and husband Martin Cavanaugh; and grandchildren, Michael Long and Stephen Long. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church and member of Circle 8. She worked for the Exchange National Bank in the commercial loan department for over 40 years. Born in Montreal, Quebec, she moved to Florida in 1985 from Glenview, Ill. She was a bookkeeper for Merill Lynch and was a Roman Catholic. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Lawrence Woelfel, of Port Richey, Fla.; two daughters, Theresa Griffiths, and Tammy Way, both of Port Richey, Fla.; and five grandchildren. YNTEMA, Theodore O. Jr. Ted passed away May 25, 2004 in Seattle, Wash. at the age of 60. He was born
on April 10, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Theodore and Virginia Yntema. Ted graduated from the Cranbrook School in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. He then earned a bachelor's degree from Brown University and was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He then earned a master's in business administration from the Wharton School of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. At the New York Institute of Finance, he received certification for the Stock Exchange and Brokerage Office Procedures and became a registered broker with the National Association of Securities Dealers. Ted founded Yntema, Wood and Co., where with partner Doug Wood, he was an institutional investment strategist to portfolio managers serving clients throughout the United States. Ted was very active in his community prior to his illness and continued supporting various organizations such as the Michigan Humane Society, Detroit Institute of Arts - Founders Society, Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village, Michigan Opera Theatre, and Cranbrook House and Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Stone Yntema of West Bloomfield, Mich. (formally of Corbin, Ky. and Tampa, Fla.); his children, from a previous marriage, Sarah Yntema Starbird of Fairfax, Calif. and Theodore O. Yntema III of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and a sister, Gwin Yntema of Farmington Hills, Mich.
