PARTLOW, Carol A., 63, of Tampa, died all too soon on May 18, 2002, after a long illness. Carol's irrepressible and free spirit lives on in all those who loved her, for whom a bright star has just faded from view. Carol's love of life and people, generous nature, unbridled optimism and determination to struggle for what she believed was right, touched many, many people over the years and left as a legacy a shining example for others to follow. As one who lived fully, she left undone many things she wished to accomplish, yet did more with her time than many do with decades more given to them.
